Introspectiveness of Higher Education Students: Study and Development
The change in strategic guidelines in Russian education is associated with a revision of the goals of teaching and upbringing. However, the emphasis of reforms has shifted towards the formation of the required professional competences at this stage in the development of the education system of the Russian Federation. We think that it is possible to achieve the set goal of higher education through the development of the introspectiveness as a quality of the personality of students. The formation of the introspectiveness in a future specialist will have an effect on the successful mastery, expansion and transformation of social experience, as well as the internal plan of action. Thus, demonstrating the formed introspectiveness as a personality trait, the student is able to organize his educational activities independently, activities to cognize the surrounding reality and his inner world, as well as self-determine in various life situations, including the development of general cultural and professional competences. In this regard, the emphasis in the issue of developing the introspectiveness of students is made on specifying the conditions that must be created at a higher education institution for the manifestation and formation of this personality quality. The purpose of the article is to study the level of the introspectiveness of university students and develop psychological and pedagogical conditions that develop this personality quality. The leading techniques for the study of this problem were the following: Q-sort Technique; the technique for diagnostics of an individual measure of the introspectiveness degree. At the stage of the ascertaining experiment, the levels of the introspectiveness of university students were revealed. The results of the ascertaining experiment convincingly demonstrated the need to organize special work to develop the introspectiveness of students. The authors substantiated that the success of developing students’ introspectiveness is ensured by the created psychological and pedagogical conditions. A model of developing the introspectiveness as a personality quality of a future professional has been developed and tested. The results of this study create opportunities for further development of the problem in the context of the organization of lectures in the learning process for students of different courses and types of specialization. The Problem of Law-Abiding Behavior among Minors in Educational Institutions: Domestic and Foreign Experience
At present, the problem of sustaining the law-abiding behavior of minors in educational institutions, identifying and eliminating the causes and conditions that contribute to the development of deviant behavior of students is becoming more and more topical. This paper presents the results of a monitoring study of the current state of the activities carried out by educational institutions to form the law-abiding behavior of minors in the territorial entities of the Russian Federation. It also presents the results of a theoretical study of the foreign experience of educational institutions in the framework of maintaining the law-abiding behavior of minors in the educational environment. The conclusions have been drawn that a system-activity approach should be the basis of an educational impact in educational institutions which will provide: the formation of students’ readiness for self-development; the design and construction of a social environment for the development of students based on moral principles, traditional Russian values, relevant scientific knowledge and skills, respect for the traditions of the multinational, multicultural and multiconfessional Russian society; active educational and cognitive activities of students; building educational and moral education activity, taking account of the individual age-related psychological and physiological characteristics of students and with a focus on educational results. The materials of the paper are part of a large-scale study within the framework of the "Conception for the development of a system for the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency for the period up to 2020", conducted by a team of scientists from 2017 to 2020, whose scientific interests lie in the study of the problem of deviant behavior of minors
Structural Characterization of the NodD Transcription Factor
Abstract Using computer analysis and modeling we studied NodD transcription factor which controls expression of nodulation genes of symbiotic nitrogen-fixing bacteria. On the basis of the amino acid sequences it was predicted that in the secondary structure of NodD protein it must be present ten alpha helices and three beta sheets which form two do mains after folding. Since NodD acts in oligo meric mode, it was analy zed all four known for other similar factors of transcription ways of assembly into dime rs. Development of health-saving competencies in students from dysfunctional families as a factor of socialization and formation of a healthy behavior model
The paper presents a study of the specific features of socialization, as well as the formation and development of health promoting competences in students from dysfunctional families. The authors of the paper conducted a theoretical and methodological analysis of the stated problem (the characteristics of the main groups of dysfunctional families and their classification are given; the content of the concept of deviant behaviour as a factor of desocialization of the student’s personality is uncovered), and an empirical study was carried out. Based on the results obtained, an additional education program was designed and tested, aimed at the formation and development of socialization skills and health promoting competences in students. It has been proved that after doing the program, students have developed the following personal qualities required for successful socialization in society: personal identification (knowing their desires, needs; strengths and weaknesses; ideas about their character traits); ideas about the skills of communicative behaviour. Creative imagination mechanisms were developed and an idea of the world of professions was formed. As part of the formation of health promoting competences, students developed coping behaviour skills in difficult life situations and coping strategies. In addition, the authors of the paper provide methodological recommendations for the introduction of the designed program into the practice of the educational process
The formation and development of health-saving competencies of university students
The importance of the presented paper is determined by the fact
that the worldview of Russian society is characterized by the
emergence of awareness of the priority of the value of human health. It
has been proved that the process of developing the health-saving
competency of university students has positive dynamics provided that
modern educational technologies are introduced into programs of
study, namely, socio-psychological training which provides a
concretization of the concept of “health-saving competency of a
specialist”. It includes the implementation of a set of pedagogical
conditions that ensure the effective formation of health-saving

objetivos de la enseñanza y la educación. Sin embargo, el énfasis de las reformas se ha desplazado
hacia la formación de las competencias profesionales necesarias en esta etapa del desarrollo del
sistema educativo de la Federación de Rusia. Pensamos que es posible lograr el objetivo planteado
de la educación superior a través del desarrollo de la introspectividad como una cualidad de la
personalidad de los estudiantes. La formación de la introspectividad en un futuro especialista tendrá

psicológicas y pedagógicas que desarrollan esta cualidad de personalidad. Las principales técnicas
para el estudio de este problema fueron las siguientes: técnica de Q-sort; la técnica para el
diagnóstico de una medida individual del grado de introspectividad. En la etapa del experimento de
determinación, se revelaron los niveles de introspectividad de los estudiantes universitarios. Los
resultados del experimento de comprobación demostraron de manera convincente la necesidad de
organizar un trabajo especial para desarrollar la introspectividad de los estudiantes. Los autores
corroboraron que el éxito en el desarrollo de la introspectividad de los estudiantes está garantizado
por las condiciones psicológicas y pedagógicas creadas. Se ha desarrollado y probado un modelo de
desarrollo de la introspectividad como cualidad de personalidad de un futuro profesional. Los
resultados de este estudio crean oportunidades para un mayor desarrollo del problema en el contexto

instituciones educativas, identificando y eliminando las causas y condiciones que contribuyen al
desarrollo de conductas desviadas de los estudiantes se está volviendo cada vez más actual. Este
artículo presenta los resultados de un estudio de seguimiento del estado actual de las actividades
que realizan las instituciones educativas para formar el comportamiento respetuoso de la ley de
los menores en las entidades territoriales de la Federación de Rusia. También presenta los resultados de un estudio teórico de la experiencia extranjera de las instituciones educativas en el
marco del mantenimiento del comportamiento respetuoso de la ley de los menores en el ámbito
educativo. Se ha extraído la conclusión de que un enfoque de actividad sistémica debe ser la
base de un impacto educativo en las instituciones educativas que proporcione: la formación de
la preparación de los estudiantes para el autodesarrollo; el diseño y la construcción de un entorno social para el desarrollo de los estudiantes basado en principios morales, valores tradicionales rusos, conocimientos y habilidades científicas relevantes, respeto por las tradiciones de la
sociedad rusa multinacional, multicultural y multiconfesional; actividades educativas y cognitivas activas de los estudiantes; Construir una actividad educativa y de educación moral, teniendo
en cuenta las características psicológicas y fisiológicas de los estudiantes relacionadas con la
edad y con un enfoque en los resultados educativos. Los materiales del trabajo forman parte de
un estudio a gran escala en el marco de la "Concepción para el desarrollo de un sistema para la
prevención del abandono y la delincuencia juvenil para el período hasta 2020", realizado por un

problema del comportamiento desviado de los menore
