    Strategic analysis of sustainable socioeconomic situation of rural areas in the Samara Region of the Russian Federation

    On the one hand, the relevance of this problem is primarily determined by growing gap of rural territorial entities in socioeconomic development, and on the other hand, due to their significance in such prominent aspects for the country as food security, maintaining the existing land, industrial, ecological, demographic and human potential. The purpose of the article is comprehensive assessment of socioeconomic, institutional and ecological situation of rural areas in order to justify managerial decisions and effective policy making at the regional and local levels. The leading method for studying this problem is stratigic analysis of processes of developing rural areas, as well as factors, affecting development. The results of the study: In this article the authors assessed the situation in socioeconomic sphere of munitipalities in the Samara Region of the Russian Federation, accordingly, based on this, the authors concluded about a predominance of degradation processes, which form instability in the development of rural areas. The results of this study can be used by the regional authorities in their practice for making and implementation both regional policy, as well as strategy of socioeconomic development of rural area.     Mathematical model of coordination number of spherical packing

    On the one hand, the relevance of the studied issue is determined by growing lag of rural territorial units in socioeconomic development, and one the other by their significance in such important aspects of the country, as ensuring food supply security, preservation of the available land, production, ecological, demographic and human potential. The aim of the article is to develop the conceptual model of sustainable development of rural areas, which is based on the system of indicators of quality of living of rural population. The leading method for studying this issue is modeling, which allows to consider it as a targeted and organized process of formation of the concept of sustainable development of the rural sector of the regional economy using the example of the studies of experience of sustainable development of the Kinel-Cherkassky municipal district of the Samara region. The results: the analysis of consistence and tendencies of development of agrarian potential of rural areas of the Samara region was carried out for the purpose of implementation of the conceptual model of sustainable development and assessment of further prospects in the production sphere of the village; the main reasons for disproportion in sustainable development of rural areas of the Samara region are identified. The materials of this article can be used for theoretical conclusions, methodological developments and working knowledge in activities of bodies of the regional government and local self-government when developing the concept and programs of sustainable development of rural municipalities.     Aim. To perform the preclinical studies of the stress-protective activity of a new β€œTonus-Aktiv” homeopathic medicinal product.Materials and methods. The stress-protective effect of the β€œTonus-Aktiv” homeopathic medicinal product (MP) and the reference drug – β€œStress-gran” homeopathic granules were studied on the model of neuromuscular tension by Selye. The stress-protective effect of the drugs was assessed by the conventional methods described in the scientific literature and the corresponding current instructional guidelines. All factual material was processed by variational statistics methods using parametric (Newman-Keuls test) and non-parametric methods of analysis (Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney).Results and discussion. It was found that β€œTonus-Aktiv” had a pronounced gastro-protective effect, reducing the area of ulcers by almost 3 times, having a statistically significant antioxidant effect, reducing the level of TBA (thiobarbituric acid) active products in the liver homogenate. It did not have a normalizing effect on the protein metabolism, but it did contribute to enhancing energy-supplying metabolic processes: aerobic glycolysis indicated by a reliable increase of the pyruvic acid level in the blood serum, and lipolysis, as evidenced by a significantly higher level of the total blood lipids. β€œTonus-Aktiv” showed a pronounced antioxidant activity: it reduced the TBA level of active products in the liver homogenate. At the same time, the level of endogenous antioxidant of reduced glutathione was observed to be lower than in the stressed animals against the background of the β€œTonus-Aktiv” application. It indicates the physiological nature of the stress protective activity of the drug.Conclusions. A moderate stress-protective activity of β€œTonus-Aktiv” homeopathic granules can be observed; it is caused by antioxidant properties, as well as a probable activating effect on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system, which may be manifested by the protective action.ЦСль Ρ€Π°Π±ΠΎΡ‚Ρ‹.     Lethality at a stroke in patients with a diabetes 2 types in 2 ,8 times above than in patients without it. The hyperglycemia increases a zone ot a reversible ischemia and promotes its transformation in a infarct.Patients are included in our research with a stroke and a diabetes mellitus type 2. To the basic group (n=36) permanent intravenous infusion of insulin was spent, the control group (n=37) received frequent subcutaneous injections of insulin.
