    ANALYSIS OF IMPLEMENTATION THE EVALUATION OF GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING PROGRAM AT SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS OF SINGKAWANG

    Focus of this study are (1) describe and analyze the implementation of the guidance and counseling program, (2) find some factors inhibiting the implementation of the guidance and counseling program. This study uses qualitative methods; using interview data collecting technique, tested its validity through triangulation. Subjects in this study are all teachers of guidance and counseling in the Senior High School of Singkawang as many as 10 people as well as principals and supervisors as the informants with the total of 11 people. Results (1) the implementation of evaluation of guidance and counseling program by the teachers still has many weaknesses on each phase of the evaluation, such as not understanding the evaluation models of the guidance and counseling program, how to apply them, and monitoring process that is not done in deeply and in detail, (2) Some factors inhibiting the implementation of the evaluation of guidance and counseling program are lack of knowledge and understanding of the evaluation of guidance and counseling program in the schools, lack of interest in developing professional competencies, and lack of guidance to the teachers in implementing the guidance and counseling evaluation program

Learning media is a tool or technique used in the teaching and learning process so that the teaching and learning process becomes more interesting and the material conveyed can reach students precisely and quickly. Based on this definition, it can be concluded that learning media has great benefits in the teaching and learning process. The learning media used must be interesting so that students can pay more attention to the material conveyed in the teaching and learning process.     Pendapat Imam Abu Hanifah tentang wakaf buku dalam kitab Badāi’ al-Shanāi’ karya ‘Alauddīn Abī Bakri bin Mas’ūd al-Kāsānī

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pendapat Imam Abu Hanifah yang menyatakan bahwa wakaf buku tidak dapat diperbolehkan karena termasuk wakaf manqūl (bergerak). Sedangkan para ulama` lain, termasuk para imam madzhab lain berpendapat bahwa wakaf benda bergerak diperbolehkan. Pendapat Imam Abu Hanifah tersebut dapat ditemukan dalam salah satu kitab dari pengikut madzhab hanafiyah, yakni Badāi’ al-Shanāi’ karya ‘Alauddīn Abī Bakri bin Mas’ūd al-Kāsānī. Kajian ini meliputi tentang pendapat beliau dan istinbath hukumnya. Pengkajian terhadap istinbath hukum dilakukan karena dalam literer-literer yang membahas pemikiran Imam Abu Hanifah tidak diketemukan bagaimana istinbath hukum yang dilakukan oleh Imam Abu Hanifah. Oleh sebab itulah, dalam penelitian ini akan dicoba untuk melakukan pembacaan terhadap metode istinbath beliau dalam merumuskan pendapatnya tentang wakaf buku. Untuk merealisasikan pengkajian tersebut, maka dalam penelitian ini diajukan tiga rumusan masalah, yakni bagaimana pendapat Imam Abu Hanifah tentang wakaf buku? bagaimana metode istinbath hukum Imam Abu Hanifah tentang wakaf buku? Dan bagaimana relevansi pendapat Imam Abu Hanifah tentang wakaf buku pada masa sekarang? Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan sebagai penunjang adalah metodologi penelitian kepustakaan yang bersifat kualitatif. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah kitab Badāi’ al-Shanāi’, sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah teori-teori yang berhubungan dengan konsep wakaf dalam hukum Islam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisa data menggunakan teknik analisa deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapat Imam Abu Hanifah tentang tidak boleh wakaf buku karena merupakan manqūl dan tidak memenuhi syarat ta`bīd dalam dzat benda dan manfaatnya untuk umat manusia. Namun disisi lain, penyandaran manqūl pada tidak terpenuhinya ta`bīd dalam pendapat Imam Abu Hanifah dapat dijadikan acuan umat Islam dalam mengelola wakaf buku sehingga esensi fungsi wakaf tetap terjaga karena adanya ta`bīd yang tidak hanya pada benda wakaf semata namun juga menyangkut tahan lama kemanfaatan bagi orang banyak (lil ‘āmmah). Istinbath hukum yang dilakukan oleh Imam Abu Hanifah mengenai tidak bolehnya wakaf buku disandarkan pada ra`yu terhadap hadits yang menceritakan dialog Nabi SAW dengan Umar bin Khattab tentang pemanfaatan tanah khaibar yang dimiliki oleh Umar. Ra`yu tersebut diterapkan pada kata-kata ارضا بخيبر (tanah), ان شئت حبست اصلها (jika kamu menginginkan maka tahanlah asalnya) dan وتصدقت بها (dan shadaqahkanlah darinya) yang mana dari ma’qūl yang dilakukan itu kemudian lahirnya konsep wakaf Imam Abu Hanifah. Dari proses ra`yu tersebut didapatkan konsep wakaf Imam Abu Hanifah yakni wakaf yang diperbolehkan adalah wakaf harta yang menetap yang didasarkan pada aspek tanah (ardl). Hal ini kemudian menimbulkan akibat bahwa harta benda yang tidak menetap tidak boleh diwakafkan. Jadi istinbath hukum yang dilakukan oleh Imam Abu Hanifah adalah istinbath kausalitas benda bergerak terhadap harta benda yang diwakafkan dalam hadits Nabi SAW

    Differences in Anxiety on the New Student of STKIP Singkawang

    The purpose of this study is to investigate differences in anxiety based on gender, study programa and ethnicity on the new students of STKIP Singkawang. The research method used is quantitative. The number of samples used is 71 new students. The data are analyzed using SPSS with descriptive analysis techniques and ANOVA. The results show that the female students have higher anxiety than the male ones. The students in Guidance and Counseling study program have the highest rate of anxiety, followed by elementary Students Teachers, Physics, Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian language), and Mathematics study programs. The students from Javanese ethnic have the highest level of anxiety, followed by Malay, Batak, Dayak, Chinese, and Madura. However, there are no significant differences related to the students’ anxiety in terms of sex, study programs, and ethnicity.     Effectiveness Of Act Number 23 Of 2004 Regarding Elimination Of Violence In Household (PKDRT) Against Psychological Violence In Semarang

    Every family dreams to build family harmony, happy and loved each other, but in fact many families are feeling uncomfortable, depressed and sad because of violence in the family, whether the violence is physical, psychological, sexual, or neglect.Purpose of the effectiveness of the implementation of Act Number 23 of 2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence against psychological violence in the city of Semarang, namely: to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Act Number 23, 2004. The method used Soerjono Soekanto said that the effectiveness of the implementation of the law in a society is determined by several factors, namely (1) the rule of law, (2) law enforcement officials, (3) legal facilities, (4) community and (5) culture. The approach I use in this study is a sociological juridical legal approach, ie an approach by examining the secondary data first, followed by conducting research in the field of primary data. The results showed that effect implementation of Act Number 23 of 2004 in reducing psychological violence in the city, namely (1) the perceived inadequate (2) and ineffective. This is evident from the level of psychological domestic violence volatile and without a significant decrease. Suggestions authors hope that the government and relevant institutions more concerned about PKDRT and routinely provide information, education and prevention of domestic violence.Keywords: Effectiveness; Psychological Violence; Domestic.

    The objectives of this research are: (1) to describe and analyze the implementation of guidance and counseling supervision at the State Senior High Schools of Kubu Raya, and (2) to find main factors inhibiting the implementation of guidance and counseling supervisor at the State Senior High Schools of Kubu Raya regency. This study used the qualitative method with the interview as the data collection technique tested its validity through source triangulation. The research subjects in this study were one guidance and counseling supervisor and seven guidance and counseling teachers as the informants. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results show that: (1) the implementation of the guidance and counseling supervision has still many weaknesses on each stage done by the supervisors, such as unidentified guidance and counseling teachers‘ needs, the program planning is not yet organized well, the supervisors do not use particular approaches, and they do not control the supervisions carried out, (2) some factors inhibiting the implementation of guidance and counseling supervision include lack of guidance and counseling supervision forces that so many guidance and counseling teachers are not supervised optimally, lack of knowledge and understanding by the supervisors on the implementation of the guidance and counseling supervision, and also minimal development of supervisory competencies in the guidance and counseling field. The objectives of this research are: (1) to describe and analyze the implementation of guidance and counseling supervision at the State Senior High Schools of Kubu Raya, and (2) to find main factors inhibiting the implementation of guidance and counseling supervisor at the State Senior High Schools of Kubu Raya regency.     PENGARUH DUKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP STRES KERJA PADA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR

    Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Apakah terdapat perbedaan dukungan sosial dan stress kerja pada guru SD berdasarkan gender, jabatan, status pekerjaan dan usia?; 2) Apakah terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap stress kerja pada guru SD?. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu guru dan kepala sekolah pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Tengah Temila Kabupaten Landak yang berjumlah 60 sekolah. Sampel diambil dengan teknik insidental sehingga keseluruhan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 74 orang. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan mean, SD, manova dan regresi sederhana. Hasil penlitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) nilai p > 0.05 sehingga tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terkait dukungan sosial dan stres kerja guru berdasarkan gender, jabatan, status kerja dan usia, 2) nilai p < .05 sehingga dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stress kerja dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 10.5% dan koefisen regresi 0.382. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru laki-laki dan perempuan memiliki stress kerja yang sama besarnya. Pengaruh positif yang diberikan oleh dukungan sosial terhadap stres kerja tidak sesuai dengan harpan penelitian dan berbagai penelitian terdahulu. Arah pengaruh harusnya negatif karena semakin tinggi dukungan sosial maka stres kerja akan semakin rendah. Ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial tidak terkait secara langsung dengan stres kerja guru

    Penerimaan Orang Tua Terhadap Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Di ULD-PT Kota Singkawang

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Penerimaan orang tua terhadap Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus; 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses penerimaan orang tua terhadap Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di Unit Layanan Disabilitas dan Pendidikan Transisi (ULD-PT) Kota Singkawang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian  fenomenologi. Pemilihan subjek pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik “purposive sampling”, dengan jumlah subjek 6 orang. Adapun teknik yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan observasi, instrumen penelitian yaitu pedoman wawancara dan pedoman observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Miles and Huberman, untuk menguji keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan orang tua di ULD-PT kota Singkawang sudah dapat menerima anak berkebutuhan khusus dan faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan orang tua terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus di ULD-PT kota Singkawang yaitu; konsep “anak idaman”, interaksi orang tua dengan tenaga ahli, dukungan sosial, tingkat pendidikan orang tua dan tingkat ekonomi atau kemampuan keuangan keluarga
