Concept of three-phase active rectifier

Tato práce pojednává o řízení trojfázového aktivního usměrňovače. V první, teoretické části, popisuje několik různých strategií řízení, se zaměřením na napěťově orientovanou strategii. Pro ni je v práci vypracován návrh, popsán vytvořený model a jeho následná simulace. Druhá, praktická část se zabývá realizací řízení na kontroleru TMS320F28335, který je řídící jednotkou zařízení zapůjčeného firmou Elcom. V této části jsou tedy popsány možnosti a nastavení kontroleru a vytvořený algoritmus řízení. Následují dosažené výsledky měření, které jsou v závěru zhodnoceny.This work deals with three-phase active rectifier control. In first, theoretical part it describes several control strategies with focus on voltage oriented control. For this type of control a design is worked out, and created model and its simulation is described. Second, practical part deals with realisation on microcontroller TMS320F28335, which is main processing unit of device lent by company Elcom. Therefore in this part abilities and settings of the controller along with developped control algorithm are described. Reached results of measurement are then presented and in the conclusion they are evaluated.

An Encoder and Decoder of an Error-correction Code for Programmable Read-only Memories

Práce se zabývá teorií kódování, analyzuje současné skupiny samoopravných kódů a popisuje vlastnosti a parametry vybraných zástupců těchto skupin. Na základě daných kritérií vybírá porovnáním těchto parametrů a vlastností rozšířený Hammingův kód jako vhodný kód pro zabezpečení paměti typu read-only-memory (ROM). Práce popisuje návrh syntetizovatelných modulů kodéru a dekodéru v jazyku VHDL. Dále vysvětluje princip činnosti vytvořené aplikace, která je schopna generovat tyto syntetizovatelné moduly. Pro ověření generovaných modulů vytváří verifikační prostředí, jehož součástí je i model paměti typu ROM, umožňující zápis libovolné chybové hodnoty do paměti. Na závěr provádí automatickou verifikaci generovaných modulů kodéru a dekodéru pro různé šířky vstupního informačního vektoru.This work deals with theory of coding, analyses current groups of error correction codes and describes features and parametres of chosen representatives of these groups. By comparing these parametres along with given criteria it choses extended Hamming code as suitable code for securing read-only-memories (ROM). For this code it choses way of realization of synthetisable modules of coder and decoder and describes their design. The work describes design of synthetizable modules of coder and decoder in VHDL. Then it explains functionality of created application which is able to generate these synthetisable modules. For verification of generated modules it creates authentication environment. Part of this environment is also model of ROM allowing writing of any error value into the memory. In the end it automatically verifies generated modules of coder and decoder with various width of input information vector.

Evaluation of error components in rainfall retrieval from collocated commercial microwave links

Opportunistic rainfall sensing using commercial microwave links (CMLs) operating in telecommunication networks has the potential to complement conventional rainfall monitoring, however, the diversity of sensors and their errors are difficult to handle. This analysis empirically evaluates errors of CML observations that manifest discrepancies between collocated sensors without reference rainfall measurements. Collocated CMLs are evaluated as independent rainfall sensors, which enable us to assess the effect of hardware homogeneity and measurement consistency using CML observations at twelve sites within a real telecommunication network in Prague. The evaluation considers 33 rainfall events distinguishing between stratiform and convective rainfall type in the period 2014 and 2016, monitored in 1-min temporal resolution. Collocated CMLs of identical and different frequencies are evaluated, and different rainfall types are discussed. The collocated commercial microwave links are in excellent agreement. The inherent error of rain-induced attenuation for paired independent commercial microwave links is 0.4 dB. The high correlation of the rainfall intensity measurements between the collocated sensors was obtained in a range between 0.96 and 0.99, and the root mean square error ranges between 0.4 mm h&minus;1 and 1.7 mm h&minus;1. This confirms homogeneous behaviour of the hardware in a real network. Therefore, the data of CMLs of the same characteristics can be processed with identi-cal parameters for rainfall retrieval models.</p

Measurement of parameters of the aircraft hydraulic systems

Tato práce rešeršní formou sumarizuje dosavadní znalosti měření parametrů hydraulických soustav letadel. V práci je především kladen důraz na návaznost informací a uvedení čtenáře do problematiky parametrů hydraulických soustav a postupech jejich měření. V úvodu se práce věnuje vlastnostem hydraulických kapalin jejich vlivu práci hydraulických soustav. Následně jsou popsány metody i přístroje, které se používají k laboratornímu měření parametrů hydraulických kapalin. Dále se práce přesouvá k tématice provedení hydraulických soustav u letadel, jednotlivých hydraulických zařízení i kapalin, které se v leteckém i obecném provozu hydraulických soustav užívají. K závěru práce je zpracována rozvaha nad výběrem vhodného vybavení laboratoře pro měření parametrů hydraulických kapalin.This thesis summarizes current knowledge of the parameters of hydraulic systems of aircraft. Attention is paid in particular to the continuity of information and the introduction of the reader to the parameters of hydraulic systems issue and the procedures for their measurement. In the introduction the thesis deals with the properties of hydraulic fluids and their influence on the operation of hydraulic systems. Subsequently methods and instruments that are used for laboratory measurement of the parameters of hydraulic fluid are described. Furthermore, the thesis moves on to the topic of hydraulic systems for aircraft, individual hydraulic devices and fluids that are used in the air and for general operation of hydraulic systems. At the end of the thesis a balance sheet is prepared over the selection of suitable laboratory equipment for the measurement of hydraulic fluid parameters.

New possibilities in the field of resocialisation and education of convicts

The thesis deals with new possibilities and approaches in the field of education and resocialization of individuals in prison. The process of treatment of prisoners in the prison system is carried out by systematic and professional methods of treatment. At present, according to the current strategic document, the Concept of the Prison System until 2025, the main focus is on education and employment of persons in prison. The issue of resocialisation and further education of convicts is developed within the framework of social andragogy. The theoretical part will analyse the possibilities of using andragogical, social and social andragogical counselling in imprisonment. The sub-objective of the thesis is to characterize the individual stages of the counselling process and to define its contribution to the reintegration of convicts. New methods and their use in the framework of further education and resocialization of convicts will be observed within the research. This is especially the concept of an open prison, which is quite unique in the Czech Republic and is implemented within the Jiřice prison. It is based on trust between convicts and the staff of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. Proces zacházení s vězni je ve vězeňském systému prováděn systematickými a odbornými metodami zacházení. V současné době je dle aktuálního strategického dokumentu Koncepce vězeňství do roku 2025 kladen důraz především na vzdělávání a zaměstnanost osob ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Problematika resocializace a dalšího vzdělávání odsouzených je rozpracována v rámci sociální andragogiky. V teoretické části budou analyzovány možnosti využití andragogického, sociálního a sociálně andragogického poradenství ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Dílčím cílem práce je charakterizovat jednotlivé etapy poradenského procesu a definovat jeho přínos pro reintegraci odsouzených. V rámci výzkumu budou sledovány nové metody a jejich využití v rámci dalšího vzdělávání a resocializace odsouzených. Jedná se zejména o koncept otevřené věznice, který je zcela unikátní v ČR a je realizován v rámci věznice Jiřice. Staví na důvěře mezi odsouzenými a pracovníky Vězeňské služby ČR. Design of ventilation and cooling system in family house

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh větrání a chlazení rodinného domu. Představou autora bylo souhrnné zpracování teoretických podkladů i projektové dokumentace určené pro realizaci (instalaci) větrání i chlazení. Součástí práce je představení dispozice domu, teoretická rešerše současných možností chlazení a větrání rezidenčních budov. Dále obsahuje výpočet tepelné zátěže, dva návrhy chlazení a tři návrhy nuceného větrání, dimenzování vzduchovodů a porovnání finančních nákladů na nákup, montáž, provoz a případný servis navržených systémů.The diploma thesis is focused on a ventilation and cooling design of a family house. Author’s idea was to make summary of theoretical information and project documentation for realization (installation) of the ventilation and cooling. Introduction of the house disposition, theoretical research of a current cooling and ventilation options in residential buildings are parts of this thesis. Next it contains thermal load calculation, two designs of a cooling and three designs of a forced ventilation, dimensioning of the pipelines and financial cost comparison of a purchase, assembly, working and service of a designed systems.
