Concept for Organizational Culture Change in a Company

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je vypracování návrhů na zlepšení stávající organizační kultury SŽG v Brně. V teoretické části mé práce se věnuji obecným charakteristikám organizační kultury. Praktická část se zabývá samotnou analýzou problému. Na základě této analýzy pak navrhuji takové změny, které by podpořily strategii a výkonnost podniku. V závěru celé práce pak bude zhodnoceno naplnění cílů a ověření hypotéz stanovených v úvodu.The goal of my bachelor works is the develop proposals for improving the existing organizational culture of the SŽG in the Brno. In the theoretical part of my bachelor work is devoted to general characteristics of organizational culture. The practical part is considers analysis of problems. On the basis of this analysis I propose changes that would encourage the strategy and performance of the enterprise. At the conclusion of the whole of the work will examine the objectives and hypotheses set out in the introduction to the work.

Analysis of Organization Structure and Economic Activities of the Selected Association

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na organizační strukturu a ekonomické činnosti vybraného spolku s cílem využít řešenou problematiku k posouzení silných a slabých stránek spolku a ke stanovení návrhů na případná zlepšení zjištěných nedostatků. V teoretické části práce je obecně vymezeno prostředí neziskových organizací s postupným zaměřením na oblast nestátních neziskových organizací, která je charakteristická pro hlavní popisovanou část týkající se problematiky spolků. U spolků je podrobněji popsán proces jejich vzniku a zániku, organizační struktura a vymezení pobočných spolků. V praktické části práce je vymezen konkrétní spolek. Je provedena analýza jeho organizační struktury a ekonomických činností, zjištěné skutečnosti jsou porovnány s údaji v teoretické části této práce a je vypracována analýza silných a slabých stránek spolku na základě vypozorovaných faktů.The bachelor thesis is focused on the organizational structure and economic activities of the selected association aiming the usage of discussed topic; strong and weak aspects of association will be evaluated and recommendations for possible improvement of found deficiencies will be given. In theoretical part, there is environment of non-profit organizations generally determined with gradual focus on the area of non-governmental non-profit organizations. This area is characteristic for the main described part dealing with associations. Process of associations´ foundation and termination, organizational structure and determination of subsidiary associations is described. In practical part of the thesis, the concrete association is determined. Proposal of Communication Mix of Selected Company

Cílem diplomové práce je na základě provedené analýzy současného stavu komunikačního mixu podniku navrhnout opatření k jeho zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou část. Teoretická část slouží k seznámení s teoretickými východisky pro zpracování analytické a návrhové části. V praktické části je představen vybraný podnik s jsou provedeny analýzy. Návrhová část se na základě provedených analýz zabývá návrhem opatření vedoucích ke zlepšení současného stavu komunikačního mixu podniku.The goal of the thesis is to propose measures to improve the communication mix based on the analysis of current state of the communication mix of the company. The Thesis is dividend into theoretical, analytical and proposition part. The teoretical part is to introduce the teoretici background needed for analyzing analytical and proposal part. . Second part contains the introduction of the company and the analysis of current situation. In the proposition partdelas with a proposal of measures to improve the current state of the communication mix of the company.

Physical protection of pupils in schools in the Czech Republic

Import 05/08/2014Předmětem diplomové práce je fyzická ochrana školského zařízení. V první části je teoretické vymezení řešené problematiky zabývající se problematikou fyzické ochrany a právními předpisy. V další části je věnována pozornost oblasti útoků ve školských zařízeních. Na to navazuje popis současného stavu zabezpečení budovy školy. V předposlední části je provedena analýza rizika, kde jsou identifikovány a vyhodnoceny jednotlivé nedostatky. Pro ty jsou poté v poslední části navrženy tři varianty opatření, a z nich vybráno jedno nejvhodnější.The subject of the thesis is the physical protection of school facilities. In the first part is theoretical definition of solved problems dealing with physical protection and legislation. The next part attention is paid to the area of attacks in school facilities. This is followed by a description of the current state of security of the school building. The part is analyses of risks are identified and evaluated various shortcomings. Effect of education on ability of resocialization by young prisoners

1. RESUMÉ Aim of this work was afer to effect of education on repeated criminal activity made of prisoners of age 18-26. For gears of this work I specificity triple style of education, that is mean education in functional family, in functionless family and institutional care. And effect of particular educations scope I showed by researched in prison Horní Slavkov. We can say, that young prisoners belongs to the group of prisoners, which can be somehow affected. Their preparing for return to the sociality is absolutely necessary. It is evident, that every group of young prisoners has own specifics gained through education. We can't affect this way of education, so it is important to influence on young prisoners in the execution of punishment. This influence works through programmes of treatment in the prisons. That's why I would like to appeal to create this programmes individualy especially for young prisoners. I deal with this ways of treatment on prisoners in the age 18 - 26 in the last part of this work. I offer several variations which should provide or at least increase better resocialization of young prisoners to the society and through this lower number of recidivist in this age group. Influence of order competition pairs and the audience vote in StarDance

Diplomová práce se zabývá lidským rozhodováním. Konkrétně je práce zaměřena na televizní pořad StarDance…když hvězdy tančí. Právě diváci tohoto pořadu jsou hlavním výzkumným souborem vlastního výzkumu. V první části diplomové práce jsou představeny teoretické poznatky ohledně racionality, omezené racionality a rozhodování. Dále je provedena rešerše výzkumů na téma ovlivnění rozhodování. V neposlední řadě jsou představena pravidla a smysl taneční soutěže StarDance…když hvězdy tančí. Vlastní výzkum je složen ze tří analýz, jejichž cílem je zjistit, jestli existuje vztah mezi pořadím soutěžních párů na základě hodnocení poroty a rozhodnutím diváků o zapojení se do hlasování. Provedena je grafická analýza dat, korelační analýza a regresní analýza. Přínosem diplomové práce je aplikovatelnost vlastního výzkumu na podobné situace.This diploma thesis is about the human ability to make decisions. Specifically it focuses on the television series StarDance...když hvězdy tančí. The audience of this television program are the basis for the research sample of this research. The first part of the thesis introduces the theoretical knowledge about rationality, bounded rationality and decision making. It also talks about previous researches into how decisions are made and how they can be influenced. The general information and the rules of the dancing competition StarDance...když hvězdy tančí are also introduced in this part. The research part of the thesis is composed of three analysis. The aim of each analysis is to find out, if there is a relationship between the order of the competing couples according to the points given to them by the judges and the audience's decision to participate in voting.
