ORGANIZATION OF ACCOUNTING FOR LONG-TERM INTANGIBLE AND FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS IN A COMPANY

The work has examined the accounting of intangible and financial investments in SIA „N”, which has invested its funds in the capitals of other companies. Economic and financial activity, as well as an organisation for the accounting of these funds, was analysed. The aim of the research paper: Assess long term financial and intangible asset accounting in the company and analyse the economic activity indicators. Study methods used at work: method of comparison; method of economic analysis; monographic, or descriptive method. Legislation is not strictly regulated as long-term intangible investments are to be accounted for. SIA "N" uses the opportunities offered by Horizon for the accounting of intangible investments

Pursuit differential-difference games with pure time-lag

This is a post-peer-review, pre-copyedit version of an article published in “Discrete & Continuous Dynamical Systems – Series B”. The final authenticated version is available online at: http://dx.doi.org/10.3934/dcdsb.2019004The analytical approach for the solution of pursuit differential-difference games with pure time-lag is considered. For the pursuit local problem with the fixed time the scheme of the method of resolving functions and Pontryagin's first direct method are developed. The integral presentation of the game solution based on the time-delay exponential is proposed at the first time. The guaranteed times of the game termination are found, and corresponding control laws are constructed. Comparison of the times of approach by the method of resolving functions and Pontryagin's first direct method for the initial problem are made

Apple religion: новий релігійницй феномен чи явище корпоративної релігії («Apple Religion»: a New Religious Phenomenon or the Manifestation of Corporate Religion)

У статті проаналізовано «Apple religion» як феномен, що виник внаслідок впливу продукції компанії «Apple» на свідомість споживачів. Досліджено «Apple religion» крізь призму характерних для поняття релігії ознак. На основі виокремлених рис розглянуто «Apple religion» як явище корпоративної релігії компанії. (The article analyses «Apple religion» as a phenomenon whose essence is rooted in the effect produced by the Apple company products onto its consumers’ minds. «Apple religion» is analyzed through the prism of signs characteristic of the notion of religion. On the basis of singled out features «Apple religion» is viewed as a manifestation of the company’s corporate religion.

Theory, organization and method of account, analysis and audit of payment of labour on enterprise (on the example of TDV «Shystov-spurt»).

Дипломну роботу присвячено питанням розробки теоретико-методичних і практичних засад обліку, аналізу й аудиту праці та її оплати. Висвітлено сутність праці як економічної і обліково-аналітичної категорії в умовах трансформації економіки. Розкрито і систематизовано основні функції заробітної плати та принципи її організації на підприємствах. Розглянуто організація та нормативно-правове регулювання, форми і системи трудових виплат та основні складові фонду оплати праці. Розкрито методичні й організаційні засади бухгалтерського обліку праці та її оплати, процеси гармонізації і стандартизації обліку розрахунків з оплати праці, автоматизацію облікового процесу по розрахунках з оплати праці та формування звітності. Охарактеризовано стан і динаміку кадрового забезпечення підприємства, наведено оцінку ефективності використання працівників і визначено шляхи її підвищення, проаналізовано та сформульовано основні напрями удосконалення формування й використання фонду оплати праці. Досліджено організаційні й правові засади аудиту праці та її оплати, основні методичні прийоми здійснення аудиту.Diploma work is devoted to the questions of development teoretical and practical principles of account, analysis and audit of labour and his payment. Essence of labour as economic is reflected and registration-analytical categories in the conditions of transformation of economy. The basic functions of salary and principles of its organization are exposed and systematized on enterprises. It is considered organization and normatively legal adjusting, forms and systems of labour payments and basic constituents of fund of payment of labour. Methodical and organizational principles of record-keeping of labour and its payment are exposed, processes of harmonization and standardization of account of calculations from payment of labour, automation of registration process on calculations from payment of labour and forming of accounting. The state and dynamics of the skilled providing of enterprise is described, the estimation of efficiency of the use of workers and certainly ways of its increase is resulted, basic directions of improvement of forming and use of fund of payment of labour are analysed and formulated. Організаційні форми навчання як компонент методичної системи формування інформатичних компетентностей майбутніх учителів початкових класів

The article deals with new approaches to organization of informative future teachers’ training on competency-based grounds that providing harmonious, balanced and appropriate mix of traditional and modern information and communication technology training of future teachers of primary school. The structure of system of the informative competence of the future teachers provides scientific foundation of methodical system of formation informative competencies of the future primary school teachers and the relationship of its components: purpose, content, methods, tools and organizational forms of learning. It is determined that the content of education, purpose and objectives, teaching methods are implemented through organizational forms. The organization forms of education means the series of external conditions which contain organization and learning process. The educational process in higher education establishments is conducted in the following forms: training sessions; independent work; practical training; control tests. It should be taken into consideration that teaching and educational technology – the systems of methods, tools and techniques that are used to achieve the educational and pedagogical goals, their current level is largely characterized by the possibilities of using the modern information and communication systems, multimedia and others.У статті розглядаються сучасні підходи до організації інформатичної підготовки майбутнього вчителя на компетентнісній основі, що передбачають гармонійне, виважене та доцільне поєднання традиційних та сучасних інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій підготовки майбутнього вчителя початкових класів. Структура системи інформатичних компетентностей майбутніх учителів надає можливість науково обґрунтувати методичну систему формування інформатичних компетентностей майбутніх учителів початкових класів та взаємозв’язки її компонентів: мети, змісту, методів, засобів і організаційних форм навчання. Визначено, що зміст освіти, мета і завдання, методи навчання реалізуються через організаційні форми. Під організаційними формами навчання розуміють сукупність зовнішніх умов, у яких організовується та проходить навчальний процес. Навчальний процес у вищих навчальних закладах здійснюється за такими формами: навчальні заняття; самостійна робота; практична підготовка; контрольні заходи. Enhancing learners’ awareness of presentation literacy to stimulate interactive and creative learning in tertiary education

Learning methods play a significant role and receive more and more attention in this digital era where everyone wants something exciting, dynamic, effective, and interactive. This paper argues that one of the essential tasks of the current communication age and of a modern-day teacher is the enhancement of presentation literacy through the encouragement and development of students’ creative, communicative, and interactive skills. The article provides some of the reasons why present-day teaching should lay account on a new type learner, i.e. a net gener, and his needs as well as his expectations in the learning environment in the 21st century. The skill of effective public speaking or the practice of the commonly called presentations is brought into focus alongside. The study employed a survey on the usefulness and effectiveness of the presentation assignment which integrated TED Talks and topic-related creative activities. The research involved the students of Creative Industries study program at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Lithuania. As a result, a more creative and interactive learning method of delivering presentations and becoming more self-confident speakers proved to be beneficial among students. Their reflections revealed their attitude towards the effectiveness of the activity and offered insights into the learning process on how to help teachers cater to changing students’ needs. The implications of this article are relevant to all stakeholders in higher education
