The Second Birth of Socio-Political Radio Text in Terms of the Convergence of Radio and the Internet: Specifics of Internet Radio Text

The article examines the changes in the radio text in terms of convergence of radio and the Internet on the basis of the analysis of the features of the transcripts of the public-political radio programmes on the website of radio station «Echo Moskvy». The author highlights the changes in the radio text published on the Internet taking into account the visual presentation of text material and specifics of the Internet. The signs of classic radio text stored in the transcript (contact and lack of preparation of speeches, amount of text) are also described, as well as the features of Internet radio, which are brought to it by the visual form of presenting the text material and posting on the Internet (the appearance of the title, lead, features of layout, creolized text, intertextuality, interactivity).Показаны изменения, происходящие с радиотекстом в условиях конвергенции радио и интернета на основе анализа особенностей расшифровок общественно-политических радиопрограмм на сайте радиостанции «Эхо Москвы», выделены изменения, происходящие с радиотекстом при публикации в интернете с учетом визуальной формы подачи текстового материала и специфики глобальной Сети. Описаны приметы классического радиотекста, сохраняемые в расшифровке (контактность и неподготовленность речи, объем текста), а также выявлены особенности интернет-радиотекста, которые привносятся в него в связи с визуальной формой подачи текстового материала и публикацией в интернете (появление заголовка, лида, особенности верстки, креолизованность, интертекстуальность, интерактивность)

The author describes changes in representation of domestic and foreign politicians in the air of two different radio stations - "Ekho Moskvy" and "Radio Rossiyi". Electron detachment from negative ions in bichromatic laser field

Negative ion detachment in two-colour laser field is considered within the recent modification of Keldysh model which makes it quantitatively reliable. The general approach is illustrated by calculation of angular differential detachment rates, partial rates for particular ATD (Above Threshold Detachment) channels and total detachment rates for H$^-$ ion in bichromatic field with 1:2 frequency ratio. Both perturbative and strong field regimes are examined. Polar asymmetry and phase effects are quantitatively characterized with some new features revealed. Phase effects are found to result in a huge anisotropy factor $\sim 10^3$ in the electron angular distribution in the perturbative regime.Comment: 13 pages, 8 figures in separate files which are not incorporated in the latex file of the pape

The changes in peripheral blood flow have the influence on the maintenance of equilibrium which affects mainly the frontal plane. Changes in the regulation of vascular tone in a part of the peripheral blood flow affect the performance of dynamic equilibrium and, as result, reduction of the integral index of balance function

To do this, in the course of phylogeny developed a very complex, but at the same time, an effective system of automatic fine regulation of body position - postural control system. It has proposed to use sectioning devices - recloses for organizing ATS and AR, under voltage protection, overcurrent protection, protection against single-phase earth faults, and connection of new consumers. The level of reliability and quality of power supply of the distribution network assessed, which is carried out according to the indicative indicators SAIFI, SAIDI, RNRE and ARAE, which characterize, respectively, the number and duration of outages in the network for the period under review, the relative efficiency of reconstruction and the average efficiency of the use of reclosers

Comparative analysis of land management in the world

The article studies and compares agricultural land management performance criteria applied in different countries worldwide. It is stated that there are different definitions and classifications of agricultural lands in different countries, which implies different indicators of land use efficiency. Sometimes these indicators cannot be correlated or compared with each other. It is suggested using such criteria as arable land area and fodder yield per 1 ha as the most unified and appropriate ones

Genesis and historical stages of the idea of interconnection of training and education in foreign pedagogy

This article is directed on identification of genesis and disclosure of historical stages of development of the idea of interconnection of training and education in foreign pedagogy. The leading approach to research of this problem is systematization and generalization of historical facts and original sources. The main results of the research are in the study of genesis of development of training and education in foreign pedagogy, from the period of Antiquity until formation of industrial and modern postindustrial society. It was established that development of the idea of interconnection of training and education in foreign pedagogy went through a number of certain stages, in particular, connected with modification of purposes, values, content and forms of implementation of interaction of training and education under the influence of changes of socio-economic and political conditions of social development. Materials of the article can be useful for enrichment of historical and pedagogical knowledge: a certain lack in the history of foreign pedagogy in studying practical and theoretical experience of organization of interconnection of training and education in foreign schools is met. New opinion on possibility of adaptation of conditions of interconnections of training and education at foreign schools to the practice of Russian education opens prospects for scientific substantiation of modern innovative strategies of its development

Specifics of computer discourse translation from English into Russian

Relevance of the problem under study is caused by need of further development of science and technology in Russia and abroad and it inevitably puts on the agenda the issue of information exchange in the field of scientific and technological achievements. This article is directed on identification and analysis of main features of translation of lexical and grammatical phenomena of computer discourse. The leading approaches to research of this problem are logical and linguistic analysis, method of actualization, selection, systematization and generalization with analysis of the specifics of lexical-grammatical phenomena of computer discourse point of translation studies. The main results of the study are that the concept of computer discourse and the characteristics of technical translation were analyzed; specificity of computer terminology translation was revealed; lexical and grammatical phenomena of computer discourse in terms of the theory of translation were investigated. The article may be useful for IT teachers when preparing teaching aids and manuals on languages, seminars and special courses on English in the field of information technology and dictionaries of the English and Russian languages.peer-reviewe
