COMPLEX INTUITIONISTIC FUZZY DOMBI PRIORITIZED AGGREGATION OPERATORS AND THEIR APPLICATION FOR RESILIENT GREEN SUPPLIER SELECTION

    Get PDF
One of the main problems faced by resilient supply chain management is how to solve the problem of supplier selection, which is a typical multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) problem. Given the complexity of the current decision-making environment, the primary influence of this paper is to propose the theory of Dombi operational laws based on complex intuitionistic fuzzy (CIF) information. Moreover, we examined the theory of CIF Dombi prioritized averaging (CIFDPA) and CIF weighted Dombi prioritized averaging (CIFWDPA), where these operators are the modified version of the prioritized aggregation operators and Dombi aggregation operators for fuzzy, intuitionistic fuzzy, complex fuzzy and complex intuitionistic fuzzy information. Some reliable properties for the above operators are also established. Furthermore, to state the art of the proposed operators, an application example in the presence of the invented operators is evaluated for managing resilient green supplier selection problems. Finally, through comparative analysis with mainstream technologies, we provide some mechanism explanations for the proposed method to show the supremacy and worth of the invented theory

The threshold spatial effect of digital technology on carbon emissions

    No full text
International audienceThe aim of the paper is to evaluate empirically the main implications of digital technology (DT) on carbon emissions (CE). Our sample focuses on 283 cities of China over the period from 2003 to 2019, and the effect of DT on CE is examined with a threshold spatial effect model. Empirical results show that DT has a negative impact on carbon emissions and the transmission mechanism contains both a direct impact on local region and a spillover effect across regions. There is empirical evidence of a threshold effect in the relationship between DT and CE, with stronger carbon reduction effect for DT values larger than the established threshold. Moreover, CE reduction effect of DT appear to be amplified by the level of marketization. Regions with a higher level of marketization thus show a more significant manifestation of CE reduction effect attributed to DT. Our results provide empirical evidence that DT development may contribute to achieving carbon neutrality at least partially

Application of the Coordination Control Strategy of pH and SO2 Concentration in the Desulphurization Slurry Supply

    No full text
The desulphurization slurry flow of the coal-fired unit is usually regulated by a single PID loop that controls the pH value of the gypsum slurry. And the desulphurization system is characterized with large inertia and serious hysteresis, which often results in SO2 concentration of the outlet exceeding the standard, and leads the operators to turn the regulating valve to manual mode. The SO2 concentration of the outlet was taken into consideration into the optimized control strategy of desulphurization slurry supply introduced in this paper, and it is with the gypsum slurry pH value for cooperative control of the slurry regulating valve. Finally, the experiment proved that after the optimization of the control strategy, the desulfurization loop could be automatically put into operation for a long time, and the SO2 concentration of the outlet keeps stable, and the comprehensive utilization rate of limestone and the automation level of auxiliary equipment are significantly improved

Weifuchun (WFC) tablet is a classic Chinese patent medicine composed of Panax ginseng, Isodon amethystoides, and Bran Fried hovenia dulcis. It is wildly used in digestive diseases by strengthening the spleen, replenishing qi, and invigorating bloodm and has been proved by the China Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of chronic gastritis (approved No. Z20040003). More and more clinical studies have reported the application of WFC for better efficacy in patients with CAG[7,8]. According the consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of integrated Chinese and Western medicine for chronic atrophic gastritis in 2017, WFC was recommended as an alternative treatment for CAG[9]. However, the consensus did not grade the quality level of evidence of this patent medicine. A systematic review is urgently needed to support the effectiveness and safety of WFC. In this work, we will systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of WFC for CAG using a meta-analysis method, so as to provide a reliable evidence for clinical practice

Contribution of digital governments to digital transformation of firms: evidence from China

    No full text
International audienceRapid advances in information and communication technologies have promoted the evolution of digital governments and the digital transformation of firms (DTF). As a provider of public services and a regulator, the government is associated closely with the operations of firms. However, the manner by which a digital government contributes to the DTF remains unknown. In this study, we use a sample of Chinese A-share listed firms in 2021 to determine the configurations of digital government components that generate different levels of DTF via fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis. Empirical results show that the synergy of multiple digital government components, instead of a single digital government component, generates high and non-high levels of DTF. Additionally, a digital government heterogeneously affects the digital transformation of state-owned and non-state-owned firms. Non-state-owned firms are more dependent on high-performing digital governments than state-owned firms in achieving high levels of DTF. These findings contribute to the understanding of the important role of digital governments and promote investigations into the driving mechanisms of the DTF

Correlation between Pre-Operative 25-Hydroxyvitamin D Levels and Poor Prognostic Factors for Papillary Thyroid Cancer

Purpose To evaluate the relationship between pre-operative 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25 (OH) D) levels and poor prognostic factors for papillary thyroid cancer (PTC). Methods A total of 1161 patients diagnosed with PTC were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were categorized .based on their pre-operative 25 (OH) D levels into three groups: the severe vitamin D deficiency (VDD) group (25 (OH) D  25 (OH) D ≥ 10 ng/mL), and control group (25(OH)D ≥ 20 ng/mL) Differences in the demographic and clinicopathological characteristics among the three groups were analyzed. Linear and logistic regression analyses were also performed to determine the effect of 25 (OH) D levels on the established poor prognostic factors for PTC. Results We observed a negative correlation between 25 (OH) D levels and tumor size (r = −0.067, P = 0.049). Severe VDD and moderate VDD were independently associated with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis diagnosed during surgery (P = 0.00, odds ratio (OR) = 4.11; P = 0.00, OR = 3.33, respectively). After adjusting parameters such as sex, age, body mass index, and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels, severe VDD and moderate VDD were found to be closely associated with advanced cancer stage (stage III or IV) (P = 0.018, OR = 3.02; P = 0.041, OR = 3.60, respectively). Additionally, a significant correlation (P = 0.007) was observed between the pre-operative 25 (OH) D and TSH levels. Conclusion 25 (OH) D levels were significantly associated with certain poor prognostic factors for PTC, including larger tumor diameter and the occurrence of lymph node metastasis. More prospective studies are needed to evaluate whether the assessment and supplementation of vitamin D contributes to the pre-operative management of patients with PTC

The Publisher's final version can be found by following the DOI link. This study develops an R-mathematical programming method for multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problems with assessment values of alternatives and truth degrees of pairwise alternative comparisons represented by R-sets while the decision maker holds subjective bounded rationality. First, a novel scalar multiplication operation and defuzzification of R-sets are proposed to allow the use of R-sets in MAGDM problems. Subsequently, based on prospect theory and R-sets, a new technique is proposed to compute the individual overall prospect value of an alternative by simultaneously considering the positive ideal solution (PIS) and negative ideal solution (NIS). Additionally, the R-group consistency index (R-GCI) and R-group inconsistency index (R-GII) are defined using the individual overall prospect values of alternatives. The decision makers’ weights, attribute weights, PIS, and NIS are estimated by establishing a novel R-mathematical programming model, which is solved by the external archive-based constrained state transition, while the collective overall prospect values are computed to derive the final ranking order of alternatives. Thus, a new RLINMAP method is developed to solve MAGDM. A practical instance concerning online physician selection is provided with the corresponding sensitive and comparative analyses to verify the applicability, validity, and superiority of the developed method

The complete mitochondrial genome and phylogenetic analysis of Chasmagnathus convexus (Crustacea: Grapsidae)

    No full text
The complete mitochondrial genome of the Chasmagnathus convexus has been determined in this study. The complete genome (mtDNA) was 15,107 bp in length and contained 13 protein-coding genes, 1 rRNA genes, and 22 tRNA genes. The overall base composition of the genome in descending order was 34.2% T, 32.8% A, 20.9% C, and 12.1% G. In 13 protein-coding genes, most of the protein-coding genes start with ATG (COX1, COX2, COX3 and ATP8) and ATT (NAD5, NAD4, NAD4L, NAD6, ATP6 and NAD2), only CYTB, NAD3, and NAD1 genes start with ATA. For the stop codon, only NAD2 end with TAG, the other 12 genes end with TAA. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that C. convexus is closely related to Hemigrapsus penicillatus family. It would be a supplement for the genetic analysis of C. convexus and promote the phylogenesis of Grapsidae
