Tato diplomová práce se v teoretické části zaměřuje na analýzu klíčových havárií odkališť s využitím volně dostupných databázových systémů, dále problematiku řízení bezpečnosti odkališť a prevenci jejich havárií. Popsány jsou dále i české a evropské legislativní aspekty odkališť a jejich havárií. Práce dále definuje, které typy nebezpečí mohou odkaliště představovat a popisuje dále jejich potenciální dopady na složky životního prostředí s přihlédnutím k případovým studiím. V praktické části práce pak dochází ke zdokonalení bezpečnostních pokynů pro prevenci havárií odkališť s přihlédnutím k potenciálním přeshraničním dopadům.The theoretical part of this master's thesis focuses on analyzing the most prominent tailing management facilities disasters using freely accessible database sources, tailing management facilities safety management principles, and disaster prevention. It also describes czech and eurupean legal aspects of management of tailings and their disasters. The thesis further defines the dangers posed by tailing management facilities and gives an account of the potential impact on the environmental components, with various case studies being taken into consideration. Comparison of technologies insulation cladding specified object

Import 15/01/2013Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro výstavbu třípodlažní podsklepené rekreační residence Nika, s jedenácti apartmány. Residence se skládá z apartmánů pro ubytované hosty v rámci prvního, až třetího nadzemního podlaží a nebytových prostor, které jsou umístěny v suterénu. Konstrukční systém novostavby residence je navržen, jako železobetonový monolitický skelet s vyzděným, zatepleným obvodovým pláštěm. Projektová dokumentace je zpracována ve dvou částech. Část pozemní stavby a část technologie. V části pozemní stavby jsou řešeny stavební výkresy a kompletní projektová dokumentace stavby pro stavební povolení novostavby residence. V technologické části diplomové práce je vypracován kompletní technologický předpis pro provádění zateplení ETICS pomocí šedého pěnového polystyrenu Isover EPS Greywall plus. V další technologické části je zpracován časový harmonogram a rozpočet tohoto druhu zateplení. Součástí této práce je také vypracovaná technická zpráva pro zařízení staveniště, včetně dvou výkresů zařízení staveniště. První výkres v době zahájení stavebních prací a druhý ve fázi zateplování objektu. V závěru této práce je zpracováno srovnání tří druhů izolačních desek, používaných v kontaktním zateplení ETICS. Jedná se o šedý pěnový polystyren Isover EPS Greywall plus, bílý pěnový polystyren Isover EPS 70 F a o minerální izolaci z kamenných vláken Isover TF.The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a project documentation for the construction of a three-storey a recreation residence with one basement floor and with eleven apartments named Nika. The residence consists of apartments for an accomodation for guests from first till third floor and non-residential premises, which are situated in the basement. The construction system of a new residential building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton with a brick up walls and thermal wall cladding system. The project documentation is processed in two parts. These are a part of the building construction and technological part. In the part of a building construction are solved construction drawings and complete project documentation for the implementation of a new residential building. In the technological part of the diploma thesis is drawn up a complete technological prescription for the thermal wall cladding system ETICS using by gray foam polystyrene Isover EPS Greywall plus. In the next technological part is processed a timetable and a budget for this type of thermal insulation. A part of this thesis is also the technical report for a site equipment including two drawings of the construction site. The first drawing is focused on the beginning of construction work and second one during making up of a thermal wall cladding system. In the conclusion of this thesis is handled a comparison three types of an insulation boards in a thermal wall cladding system ETICS. Import 04/07/2011Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro výstavbu třípodlažního částečně podsklepeného bytového domu s osmi bytovými jednotkami. Bytový dům se skládá z bytových prostor v rámci prvního až třetího nadzemního podlaží a nebytových prostor, které jsou umístěny v suterénu. Součástí projektu je bezbariérový přístup do bytového domu a navržení bytové jednotky pro obyvatele s omezenou schopností orientace a pohybu. Zpracovaná dokumentace je rozdělena na dvě části. Část pozemní stavby a část technologie. V části pozemní stavby jsou řešeny stavební výkresy a kompletní projektová dokumentace stavby pro provádění novostavby bytového domu. V technologické části bakalářské práce je vypracována kompletní projektová dokumentace stavby. V další části je řešen technologický postup dílčí etapy zdění systému POROTHERM, na kterou navazuje rozpočet a harmonogram této dílčí etapy. Součástí této práce je také vypracovaná technická zpráva pro zařízení staveniště.The purpose of this bachelor thesis is project development of housing construction free-floors and there is participally cellar and eight housing units. The block of flats composed of housing premises within the frame of the first to the third overhead floor and non-residential premises which are located in basement. The unbarrier entrance is a part of this project to the block of flats and proposion of the housing unit for inhabitants with partial ability and movement. This processed documentation is divided to the two parts. The first part is ground construction and the second part is technology. In the part of ground construction there are solved architectural drawings and complete project documentation of building for construction lately erected building of block of flats. In the technological part of this bachelor thesis is processed complete documentation of building. In the other part there is solved technological procces next process of walling of the system POROTHERM and on this part budget and progress chart is connected. Bakalářská práce "Social media metrics" představuje problematiku monitoringu, měření a metrik sociálních médií. Práce představuje, shrnuje a rozděluje metriky sociálních médií. V praktické části také mapuje a zachycuje současný stav měření a monitoringu sociálních médií v české praxi. Výzkumem mezi správci velkých brandových facebookových profilů hodnotím využívání nástrojů na monitoring sociálních médií a využívané způsoby měření sociálních médií v České republice.With growing amount of data produced by users on social media the need of extraction of relevant data for marketing, research and other uses grows as well. The bachelor thesis named "Social media metrics" presents the issues of monitoring, measurement and metrics of social media. Recently, tensions between the Romany and non-Romany segments of society have been rising, in many cases taking on a certain form of antiziganism. For various professionals it means having to deal with problems such as how to devise and implement suitable methods leading to the mitigation of such tensions and various forms of antiziganism. Teachers constitute one of the major professions that possesses this ability. The hypothesis that we try to prove through our research in the area of inter-ethnic tensions is that communication between teachers and pupils as well as their families can help improve relations between the non-Romany and Romany segments of a multicultural society, thus helping both the Roma and non-Roma fi ght antiziganism
