    Microfluidics device has been applied in the biomedical fields to manipulate fluids in a channel network with the dimensions between 5-500 µm. Microfluidics device is manufactured by microfabrication process consists ofdesign, microstucturing and back-end process. One of microfluidics application is passive mixing microchannel. Inthis device, the fluids will flow through the channel without any moving part and pressure from outside to producemixing fluid. It is important to design the form of channel to produce a good lamination passive mixingmicrochannel. In this study, the process of channel design was performed. Low power CO2 laser was used formicrostucturing process as a cutting tool to produce microfluidic device on acrylic material. The parameters affectthe output of the cutting process are the laser power, cutting speed and the design of channel. Surface roughness ofdesigned channel was observed. Finally, back-end process was performed by joining process using thermalbonding method.     In Indonesia, labor is one of the drivers of economic life and is a resource that is quite abundant. Economic conditions that are less attractive in their own country and incomes that are quite large and appear more attractive in destination countries have become triggers for international labor mobility. And the destination of most Indonesian workers is Saudi Arabia. As a developed country and a recipient of workers from Indonesia, it is not necessarily supported by progress in legal protection for migrant workers working in Saudi Arabia. Even though in the end Saudi Arabia was represented by the Ministry of Manpower and had issued Labor Laws and Regulations. This article is a library research approach that is used is normative-juridical. The authors compare the concept of legal protection for migrant workers in Saudi Arabia according to Indonesian Law and Saudi Arabian Law. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Law Number 39 of 2004 concerning the Placement and Protection of Overseas Workers, as well as the King's Decree No. (A/91) Basic Law of Governance and in the Labor Law issued by the Ministry of Manpower of Saudi Arabia No. M/51. It is a form of guarantee that the Government of Indonesia and the Government of Saudi Arabia provide legal protection for Indonesian Migrant Workers working in Saudi Arabia. The similarities in the concept of legal protection for migrant workers between the governments of Indonesia and Saudi Arabia are both clearly stated in the laws and regulations of the two countries. The difference from the concept of legal protection for migrant workers lies in the handling process/field. In addition to the different legal basis, it is also difficult for Indonesian migrant workers to obtain definite legal protection for each case they experience. Saudi Arabia uses Islamic law or Sharia law as the legal basis so that the rules are set differently, so that the handling of the legal protection process for migrant workers is still weak

    Babagan merupakan kelompok nelayan yang melakukan praktek civil society berupa peran signifikan dalam melestarikan Sedekah Laut. Tradisi ini terbentuk berdasarkan rasionalitas nelayan terkait pekerjaan mereka sebagai pelaut, merefleksikan kehidupannya yang sangat tergantung pada laut. Realitas demikian lazim terjadi di Kampung Nelayan Pandangan Kabupaten Rembang. Tradisi yang bertujuan membuat kondisi guyup rukun (social harmony). Peran tersebut berbuah ragam tradisi berupa upacara dan hiburan rakyat. Hal ini merupakan aktualisasi atas harkat, martabat, dan atau harga diri kelompok nelayan yang biasa disebut Babagan. Terkadang demi tujuan ini, nelayan bersikap sangat royal dan bahkan melebihi kemampuan finansial mereka sendiri.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif study kasus dan diuraikan secara deskriptif berdasarkan pengalaman informan. Hasilnya diuraikan secara kronologis untuk upaya memuat realitas apa adanya. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan keberadaan Babagan Setan Merah Komunity, Babagan Saleho di dukuh Blandok desa Plawangan. Babagan Pagak, Babagan Pengging, Babagan Prapatan, Babagan Respanel, Babagan Risnelpan desa Pandangan Wetan, dan Babagan Mbalelo, Babagan Regal, Babagan Prowek dan Babagan Kowang yang berada di desa Pandangan Kulon.Merujuk ciri dasar keswadayaan dan kerelaan kelompok nelayan dalam melestarikan tradisi ini secara bersama-sama, satu visi dan gagasan, menunjukkan gerakan civil society yang mandiri. Mereka melakukannya tanpa ketergantungan pada pemerintah. Kesadaran tersebut mengandaikan suatu interaksi terbuka antar Babagan yang ada di masyarakat nelayan untuk melakukan dialog dan mencari kesepakatanbersama.Penelitian ini menjadi representasi eksistensi kelompok civil society dalam melestarikan budaya khas masyarakat nelayan sebagai salah satu aspek kekayaan ragam sosial, budaya dan politik lokal Indonesia

It is important to design the shape of the channel to generate a nice passive mixing microchannel. Low power CO2 laser is used to process microstucturing as cutting tools to produce microfluidic devices on acyilic material. Surface roughness lines were designed to be observed. In this study, the design process channel carried by the experimental method through the parameters that affect the output of the process is the power of laser cutting, cutting speed and design channel. And then the fabrication of microfluidics with back-end processing is done by the process of merging with a thermal bonding method. Finally, From the experimental results, the design of the channel 1 has an influence on all the parameters for surface roughness compared with a channel design 2

    The role of teachers in education is very important. To establish the professionalism of teachers in the learning process can not be separated from the role of the principal as academic supervision to enhance the competence and professionalism of teachers in the learning process, it needs to be done megingat the quality of education and the quality of the learning process is a necessity and at the same time claim that fundamental to educate nation and develop human resources in Indonesia. The problem (1) How to increase the professionalism of teachers through academic supervision at SMP Negeri 1 Darul Hikmah Aceh Jaya district. (2) What are the factors that support and hinder the improvement of the professionalism of teachers through academic supervision at SMP Negeri 1 Darul Hikmah Aceh Jaya district. The research objective is to: (1) Analyzing the increase in professionalism of teachers through academic supervision at SMP Negeri 1 Darul Hikmah Aceh Jaya district. (2) Analyze the factors supporting and enhancing the professionalism of teachers through academic supervision. The method used is a qualitative method. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants are school superintendents, principals, vice-principals, teachers and heads of administration. The results showed that: 1) An increase in the ability of teachers to planning, implementation and assessment of student learning outcomes is done through the implementation of the supervisory colleges. In summary: 1) The academic supervision can improve teachers' mastery of teaching materials, lesson planning, implementation and usage of learning media. 2) factors affecting the increase in the professionalism of teachers through academic supervision is supervisor competence, pedagogical competence of teachers, motivation, organizational work environment. 3) Solutions to enhance the professional competence of teachers should be done by creating a harmonious relationship between teachers and supervisors in sharing the role of supervising teachers and cooperation with the principal in formulating work programs that are needed for teachers to improve their professional skillsPeran guru dalam dunia pendidikan sangat penting. Untuk mewujudkan profesionalisme guru dalam proses pembelajaran tidak bisa terlepas dari peran serta kepala sekolah sebagai supervisi akademik untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme guru dalam proses pembelajaran, hal ini perlu dilakukan megingat mutu pendidikan dan kualitas dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan suatu kebutuhan dan sekaligus tuntutan yang mendasar untuk mencerdaskan bangsa dan mengembangkan sumber daya manusia di Indonesia. Rumusan masalah (1) Bagaimanakah peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui supervisi akademik pada SMP Negeri 1 Darul Hikmah Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. (2) Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui supervisi akademik pada SMP Negeri 1 Darul Hikmah Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk: (1) Menganalisis peningkatan profesionalismen guru melalui supervisi akademik pada SMP Negeri 1 Darul Hikmah Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. (2) Menganalisis faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui supervisi akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian adalah pengawas sekolah, kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan kepala tata usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:1) Adanya peningkatan kemampuan profesionalisme guru terhadap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian hasil belajar siswa yang dilakukan melalui pelaksanaan supervisi akademi. Kesimpulannya: 1) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme guru terhadap penguasaan materi bahan ajar, perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penggunanaan media pembelajaran. 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui supervisi akademik adalah kompetensi supervisor, kompetensi pedagogik guru, motivasi, organisasi lingkungan kerja. 3) Solusi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru sebaiknya dilakukan dengan menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis antar guru dan supervisor dalam berbagi peran melakukan supervisi guru dan  kerjasama dengan kepala sekolah dalam merumuskan program-program kerja yang sangat dibutuhkan guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan profesionalnya

    Pada tulisan ini akan dibahas metode modifikasi dari Photolitography yaitu Visible Ligth Maskless Photolitography, perbedaannya menggunakan sinar tampak (visible light) dan tanpa mask (cetakan) selanjutnya diaplikasikan pada fabrikasi jalur listrik PCB (printed circuit board). [DI1]Kelebihan metode adalah mudah, murah tetapi mampu membuat profil rumit dan aman. Cara kerjanya model/ profil dibuat di komputer/ laptop kemudian dipancarkan melalui DLP projector. Pada bagian bawah projector dipasang PCB yang sudah dilapisi Negative Photoresist sehingga terjadi proses exposure. Selanjutnya dilakukan proses developing dan eching sehingga terbentuk profil sesuai desain. Pada jenis projector Infocus IN114A ditemukan parameter terbaik: posisi lensa pemfokus pembesaran 3X berjarak 3 cm dibawah DLP projektor dan 14 cm diatas material uji PCB, menggunakan kombinasi warna hitam (R:0 G:0 B:0) dan biru terang (R=0, G=176, B=240) dengan waktu prebake 2 menit, spin 2.000 rpm, exposure 3 menit, developing 5 menit, Postbake 5 menit dan Eching 5 menit. Profil jalur listrik yang berhasil dibuat diantaranya: garis, huruf, alur listrik, dan bentuk microcontroller. Hasil pengukuran Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) profil garis terkecil yang dapat dibuat yaitu m132 m dan memiliki kekasaran tepi (deviasi) 6,6 m

    The Covid-19 pandemic has a wide impact on various aspects of social life including education. The learning process in the new normal era causes many problems for students, especially decreased learning motivation due to boredom. This study aims to identify and describe: a) the principal managerial competence in overcoming the decline in student motivation in the new normal era; b) Application of the blended learning model in the new normal era; and c) The development of student motivation at SMP Negeri 1 Jatiwangi in the new normal era after the blended learning model was applied. The research approach used qualitative by means of collecting in-depth interviews with informants who were determined purposively. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively interpretive through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested through triangulation techniques. The results showed: a) the principal managerial competence was included in the competent category; b) Application of the blended learning model, which is optional between face-to-face combination and face-to-offline combination; and c) After the blended learning model was applied, student motivation increased and boredom decreased. In conclusion, the principal's managerial competence through the application of blended learning can increase student motivation

Therefore, the researcher wants to do research on: Development of Reading Subject Matter Based on Interactive Multimedia (Research and Development at SMP Babul Maghfirah in Aceh Besar). The research aims to develop Reading Subject Matter Based on Interactive Multimedia and its effects on students. The research method referred to research and development used the method named ADDIE. The research population includes all students of Babul Maghfirah in Aceh Besar, 28 students from the second grade (D), 432 students in total. The researcher has conducted interviews, questionnaires, and tests as research tools. This research aims to develop interactive Multimedia that could give more positive benefits for students based on five steps;  analysis, design, development, application, and evaluation. As a result, the researcher has successfully created a new interactive Multimedia of reading subject matter. It also has received a positive score, in learning materials and in media 100% (Special). The application has effectively contributed to the development of students' reading ability based on the calculation (ttest), which is bigger than the table's results (ttable) or 7.76 > 2.05 and 2.77

    Kepuasan siswa merupakan target akhir dari sebuah proses pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar, yang ditandai sikap siswa yang memperlihatkan rasa senang karena adanya kesesuaian antara apa yang diharapkan dan dibutuhkan dengan kenyataan yang diterima. Pada hakikatnya, Tangible, Assurance, Realibility, Resvonsiveness dan Empathy merupakan indikator dari mutu layanan pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai sekolah yang bermutu. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang besaran pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan continuous professional development (CPD) terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran guru SD Negeri di Kota Tasikmalaya. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui besaran pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan continuous professional development (CPD) terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis deskriptif dengan korelasional dan regresi. Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah dan Guru SDN di Kota Tasikmalaya. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa: (1) supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran sebesar 26,2% (2) CPD berpengaruh terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran guru sebesar 37,2% (3) supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, dan continuous professional development (CPD) guru terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran guru sebesar 34,8%. Kesimpulannya Secara bersama-sama Supervisi Akademik kepala sekolah dan Continuous Professional Development berpengaruh secara positif dengan kriteria cukup kuat terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran guru
