Ordered Statistics Vertex Extraction and Tracing Algorithm (OSVETA)
We propose an algorithm for identifying vertices from three dimensional (3D)
meshes that are most important for a geometric shape creation. Extracting such
a set of vertices from a 3D mesh is important in applications such as digital
watermarking, but also as a component of optimization and triangulation. In the
first step, the Ordered Statistics Vertex Extraction and Tracing Algorithm
(OSVETA) estimates precisely the local curvature, and most important
topological features of mesh geometry. Using the vertex geometric importance
ranking, the algorithm traces and extracts a vector of vertices, ordered by

The Defect Sequence for Contractive Tuples
We introduce the defect sequence for a contractive tuple of Hilbert space
operators and investigate its properties. The defect sequence is a sequence of
numbers, called defect dimensions associated with a contractive tuple. We show
that there are upper bounds for the defect dimensions. The tuples for which
these upper bounds are obtained, are called maximal contractive tuples. The
upper bounds are different in the non-commutative and in the com- mutative
case. We show that the creation operators on the full Fock space and the co
ordinate multipliers on the Drury-Arveson space are maximal. We also study pure

Sesquilinear quantum stochastic analysis in Banach space
A theory of quantum stochastic processes in Banach space is initiated. The processes considered here consist of Banach space valued sesquilinear maps. We establish an existence and uniqueness theorem for quantum stochastic differential equations in Banach modules, show that solutions in unital Banach algebras yield stochastic cocycles, give sufficient conditions for a stochastic cocycle to satisfy such an equation, and prove a stochastic Lie–Trotter product formula. The theory is used to extend, unify and refine standard quantum stochastic analysis through different choices of Banach space, of which there are three paradigm classes: spaces of bounded Hilbert space operators, operator mapping spaces and duals of operator space coalgebras. Our results provide the basis for a general theory of quantum stochastic processes in operator spaces, of which Lévy processes on compact quantum groups is a special case

Utilization of Spent Rice Straw Compost to Substitute Napier Grass Fed to Cattle and Its Effect on Rumen Metabolism Products
. The aim of this research was to find the optimum level of substitution of fresh Napier Grass with Spent Rice Straw Compost (SRSC) on rumen metabolism products. Two male cattle breeds consisted of indigenous cattle (Ongole Crossbred = OC) with average body weight of 78.48±7.69 kg and Fries Holland Crossbred (FHC) with body weight of 83.93±17.67 kg were kept in individual cages of 1x1.2 m and they were given four kinds of Napier Grass subtituted with SRSC of 0, 25, 50 and 75 percent of forage dry matter. Therefore, factorial experiment of 2x4 was used in this research. The dry matter ratio of forage and concentrate was maintained at 50:50% with total dry matter intake 3% of body weight. Total Volatil Fatty Acid (VFA) production were influenced by the breed of cattle and the body weight, but there was no significant effect of breed on the N-NH3. Both average of VFA (122.92±3.22 mM/l) and N-NH3 (4.14±0.4 mM/l) were still in the optimum range for rumen micoorganisme activities. Regression analysis showed that the digestibility of crude fiber had same pattern with acetate (C2), propionate (C3), butirate (C4), and valerate (C5). It can be concluded that SRSC can be used to substite fresh Napier Grass up to 75 percent of forage dry matter in the diets of male cattle both OC and FHC
Quality of Chicken Feather Processed in Different Conditions
. The objective of this research was to evaluate the hydrolyzed chicken feather based on pepsin digestibility and nutrient content, after physico-chemical and biological process. It was carried out by experimental methods at feed and nutrition laboratory. The treatments were hydrolyzed feather meals immersed in 0.5% NaOH and Na2S solution for 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 hours, each treatment was repeated three times. The results showed that chemical treatment (NaOH-Na2S) in various time of incubation at 60oC followed by fermentation using Bacillus sp. MTS at 37oC for four days decreased the protein of hydrolyzed feather (78.88 to 73.06%), but increased the keratin fiber (1.9 to 3.26%). Pepsin digestibility informed that the increasing incubation time from 0, 2, 4, 6 to 8 hours resulted in higher solubility than that of control (30.2% at 8 hours vs 15.4% at 0 hours). Processing chicken feather by 0.5% NaOH and Na2S solution at 60oC for 6 hours followed by fermentation increased the value of pepsin digestibility
The effect of familiarization on temporal aspects of turn-taking: A pilot study
The organization of conversations with respect to turn-taking and back-channeling is a well-established field of research. Suprasegmental features governing these phenomena have been analyzed regarding both speech production and perception. The present study aims to analyze an interpersonal factor, the process of familiarization and the nature of relationship of the speakers and its effects on the properties of turn-taking and back-channeling. The reasons and temporal organization of turn-taking and back-channeling were analyzed in the initial and final parts of three-member conversations of Hungarian speakers of diverse relationships. The patterns of reasons, the forms of turn-taking and the occurrence of back-channeling turned out to show particular effects of the relationship/familiarity of the speakers
