[EN] In this paper, we study well-posedness for the following third-order in time equation with delay <disp-formula idoperators defined on a Banach space X with domains D(A) and D(B) such that t)is the state function taking values in X and u(t): (-, 0] X defined as u(t)() = u(t+) for < 0 belongs to an appropriate phase space where F and G are bounded linear operators. Using operator-valued Fourier multiplier techniques we provide optimal conditions for well-posedness of equation (0.1) in periodic Lebesgue-Bochner spaces Lp(T,X), periodic Besov spaces Bp,qs(T,X) and periodic Triebel-Lizorkin spaces Fp,qs(T,X). A novel application to an inverse problem is given. The first, second and third authors have been supported by MEC, grant MTM2016-75963-P. The second author has been supported by AICO/2016/30. Determination of the characteristics of an electric arc plasma contaminated by vapors from insulators

    No full text
Number of industrial insulators: 10Results are presented from an experimental study (at atmospheric pressure) carried out on plasma penetrated by vapors from different industrial insulators. The data describe the influence of each insulator type upon the characteristics of the electric arc plasma, i.e. the resulting increase of the temperature, electronic density, electric field, and extinction velocity of the arc. Measurements were made spectrometrically and by means of probe

Number of materials: 16The importance of the value of the metal first ionisation potential in a low temperature region (T<8000K) is shown through a theoretical investigation of plasmas contaminated by various metals, for a temperature range between 5000K and 14000K

Development and study of cement and a phosphocalciques ceramic as medical use

    No full text
The hydroxyapatite (Ca10_{10}(PO4)6_{4})_{6}(OH)2)_{2}) has a structure and a chemical composition very close to those of the mineral phase of calcified tissues. It is thus used for a long time in orthopedic and odontological surgery. In the past few years, cements which evolve toward the hydroxyapatite have been the object of several studies. This communication reports the synthesis and the study of new phosphocalcic cement, which evolves after hardening, towards a hydroxyapatite. The cement is composed of tricalcium phosphate a type (α\alpha -Ca3_{3}(PO4)2)_{4})_{2}), calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)2)_{2}) and phosphoric acid (H3_{3}PO4)_{4}). The sintering of hardened cement, leads to ceramics having a structure and chemical composition close to those of the bone's mineral phase. The trisodium phosphate is used as melting agent to increase the hardness of ceramics and to decrease the sintering temperature, without affecting the physicochemical properties of ceramics
