Surface Treatment of Tool for Thermal Riveting of Plastics in Automotive

Bakalářská práce se zabývá povrchovou úpravou nástroje pro tepelné nýtování plastů v automobilovém průmyslu. Teoretická část je věnována vhodnosti jednotlivých druhů plastů používaných v automobilovém průmyslu pro určité aplikace. Další část se zabývá technologiemi spojování plastů se zaměřením na nýtování a mechanické spoje. Praktická část obsahuje návrh metodiky experimentálních prací i jejich provedení včetně zkoušek povlaku. Závěrem práce je vyhodnocení dosažených výsledků a stanovení optimální povrchové úpravy.The bachelor's thesis deals with the surface treatment of the tool for thermal sourdating of plastics in the automotive industry. The theoretical part is devoted to the suitability of individual types of plastics used in the automotive industry for certain applications. The next part deals with plastic bonding technologies with a focus on entant and mechanical joints. The practical part contains a proposal of the methodology of experimental works as well as their implementation, including coad tests. The conclusion of the thesis is the evaluation of the achieved results and the determination of optimal surface treatment.345 - Katedra mechanické technologievýborn

Pedestrian Footbridge

Předmětem studentské práce je návrh nosné ocelové konstrukce lávky pro pěší. Lávka spojuje dva objekty v lokalitě Brno – Bohunice. Jedná se o přemostění pozemní komunikace, parkoviště a vstupních oblastí obou objektů. Konstrukce lávky je řešena ve třech variantách s výběrem nejvhodnější variantyThe subject of this student work is the design of a load-bearing steel structure of a footbridge for pedestrians. The footbridge connects two buildings in the locality of Brno - Bohunice. It includes the bridging of a road, car park and entrances of the both buildings. The construction of the footbridge is solved in three variants with the best variant selected.

Design and Implementation of Database Application for a Manufacturing Company

Hlavním tématem této práce je navržení a implementace databázové aplikace pro správu firemních dat menší firmy. Diskutována byla řada přístupů, z nichž bylo následně vybráno vhodné řešení. Takové řešení je založeno na platformě Microsoft Access s podporou jazyka Visual Basic for Applications. Implementace splňuje všechny požadavky a poskytuje plně funkční databázovou aplikaci, která bude primárně určena vedoucímu firmy. Hlavním přínosem práce je pak zefektivnění vnitřních firemních procesů.The main topic of this thesis is the design and implementation of a database application for data management of a small-sized company. Various approaches have been reviewed and subsequently an appropriate solution has been selected. The solution is based on Microsoft Access with a support of Visual Basic for Applications. The implementation satisfies all of requirements and provides a fully functional database application, which is going to be used primarily by the manager of the company. Framework for Graphical User Interface Testing

This thesis is describing the development of a framework for graphic user interface testing with usage of Soft Computing algorithms. Development is divided into four phases. The first phase is acquaintance with existing GUI testing frameworks and their analysis. The second phase is about choosing appropriate technologies for development, appropriate algorithms and implementation design. Then there is the framework implementation phase itself and last phase with the testing, result evaluation and improvements proposal

RBC model - application to the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with the basic Real Business Cycle (RBC) model. RBC theory provides pure supply-side explanation of economic fluctuations. Generaly acknowledged contribution of RBC theory is the fact that the model is developed strictly on microeconomic basis. The thesis consists of two basic parts, theoretical and practical. First, historical background of RBC theory is mentioned. Then the basic RBC model is step-by-step derived and all equations are provided with explanations. In the last theoretical part section RBC theory critisism is discussed. In the practical part the derived basic model is applied to the Czech economy. First certain properties of the Czech business cycles are examined. Then, the basic model is calibrated, simulated and the results are commented

Material and Surface Treatment Selection for Support Segments of Single-Purpose Fixtures for Plastic Parts

Diplomová práce se zabývá volbou vhodného materiálu a jeho povrchové úpravy či tepelného, případně chemicko-tepelného zpracování povrchu opěrných segmentů jednoúčelových přípravků. Teoretická část práce se v krátkosti zabývá plasty používanými v automobilovém průmyslu, dále je jejím obsahem studie o materiálech používaných pro opěrné segmenty včetně úprav povrchu, následuje teorie zkoušek, které lze použít k vhodné volbě materiálu a jeho úpravy povrchu. Následuje experimentální část, která se postupně zabývá návrhem zkoušek, volbou vhodných materiálů a jejich úprav včetně detailního popisu těchto materiálů a provedení jednotlivých zkoušek včetně hodnocení. Závěrem práce je vyhodnocení dosažených výsledků a stanovení optimálního materiálu a úpravy povrchu.The thesis deals with the choice of suitable material and its surface treatment or thermal or chemical-thermal treatment of the surface of supporting segments of single-purpose preparations. The theoretical part of the work deals briefly with plastics used in the automotive industry, as well as its content is a study of materials used for support segments including surface treatments, followed by test theories that can be used to appropriately select the material and its surface treatment. This is followed by an experimental part that deals gradually with the design of the tests, the selection of suitable materials and their modifications including a detailed description of these materials and the performance of individual tests, including evaluation.
