Sejarah Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bintuhan Tahun 2000-2014

The objective of this research is to describe history of school leadership at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bintuhan from 2009 – 2014. The method of this research used history study.The technique of collection data were interview, observation and documentation. Analysis data were data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The conclusions of this research that were thehistorical leadership at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bintuhan 2000-2014 met the requirements specified by the standard in accordance with the ministerial regulation no. 13 of 2007. Leadership headmaster from 2000-2014, the history of the journey has reached fourteen years, with a period of fourteen years at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bintuhan has happened five times changes of leadership

PERAN PUSTAKAWAN SMAN 1 CIANJUR SEBAGAI PENGELOLA LAYANAN INFORMASI DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT MEMBACA (LITERASI) PADA SISWA SMAN 1 CIANJUR DI MASA PANDEMI

Tujuan dibuatnya kajian literatur ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pustakawan sebagai pengelola layanan informasi memberikan kontribusi untuk meningkatkan kembali minat baca dan minat literasi yang sedang dalam ambang degradasi. Menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi secara langsung sebagai indikator jawaban yang diharapkan, hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dan jawaban bagi mereka yang akan melakukan pengembangan kajian dan pemutakhiran kajian.The purpose of this literature review is to find out how’s the librarian role as an information manager to contributes to increasing reading interest and literacy interest which is on the verge of a degradation. By using a qualitative research with an interviews and direct observations as the indicators of the expected answers and result, the final results of this research are expected to be the basis and the answers for those who will carry out this study development and updated studies

Kinerja Dan Prospek Pengembangan Bahan Bakar Nabati Di Indonesia

Pengembangan energi berbahan baku nabati menghadapi tantangan yang sangat berat. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis kinerja dan prospek pengembangan bahan bakar nabati dengan melihat aspek kinerja produksi, USAha tani, kelayakan finansial industri yang berbahan baku tanaman kelapa sawit, jarak pagar, ubikayu dan tebu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kinerja produksi tanaman penghasil biofuel masih ditentukan oleh kontribusi luas tanam. Analisis USAhatani masing-masing komoditi menunjukan layak untuk dikembangkan, kecuali jarak pagar karena ada kendala pada hasil rendeman CJO yang masih dibawah standar. Studi kelayakan finansial menunjukkan bahwa industri biodiesel dan bioetanol layak untuk dikembangkan. Implikasi kebijakan yang disarankan adalah pengendalian konversi lahan, pembukaan lahan baru dengan memanfaatkan lahan kritis, insentif harga dan perbaikan USAhatani, penelitian dan pengembangan, pembukaan akses petani pada modal, teknologi dan input produksi, pengembangan kemitraan antara petani dengan pengusaha, rehabilitasi dan restrukturisasi industri pengolahan bahan baku biofuel dan penerapan standar pengolahan yang bai

Pembelajaran Kompetensi Menulis Cerpen Melalui Metode Show Not Tell

This study aims to describe the application of the method show not tell in the process of learning to write short stories for the improvement of learning outcomes to write a short story using the Show Not Tell the students of class XI High School DDI Alliritengae Maros. This research is an action research conducted in two cycles. The data source of this research is an Indonesian teacher and students as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques used were observation and tests. The data in this study of the data and the data of the learning process of learning to write short stories using the Show Not Tell. Data were analyzed with the learning process qualitative descriptive techniques, while learning outcome data were analyzed with descriptive quantitative techniques. Learning outcomes through the method of writing short stories Show Not Tell in the first cycle reaches an average value of 59.17, while in the second cycle reached an average value of 80.37. Difference in the average value of 21.1 students. The average value of higher students in the second cycle than the first cycle, the results indicate an increase in learning to write short stories

Siswa SLTA adalah generasi muda yang pada umumnya dalam usia perkembangan yang sensitif harus dipersiapkan agar memiliki watak dan karakter bangsa yang unggul, tangguh, memiliki jiwa nasionalisme yang tinggi sebagai warga negara yang berbudi pekerti luhur. Pembentukan moral dan karakter harus dilakukan secara integratif disemua mata pelajaran. Mata pelajarao seni budaya selain memberikan konsep-konsep tentang kesenian dan kebudayaan, juga sebagai alat pendidikan yang berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian. Perdidikan seni budaya penting diberikan di sekolah karena keunikannya yang multikultural, multidimensional. dan multilingual. Oleh karena itu guru perlu mengembangkan metode pembelajaran dan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan perkembangan peserta didik

Inovasi Peningkatan Efisiensi Panel Surya Berbasis Fresnel Solar Concentrator Dan Solar Tracker

Indonesia is a tropical country with great potential for solar energy is about 4.5 kWh per m2. However, this potential can not be fully utilized due to the efficiency of solar panels is still very low at around 16%. Various research and development of solar panels has been done in order to get a system with higher efficiency. Starting from the development of constituent materials, the selection of topology until the latest is the change construction design of the solar panels. That is a change from fixed solar panel model (fixed solar panels) into a solar tracker. With the discovery of the sun's solar panels followers, efficiency solar panels can now be increased up to 16.5%. However, the figure is too low if the solar panel want to be a solar panel power generation technologies that can be utilized by the general public. We tried to develop a solar panel system by utilizing the Fresnel lens that can concentrate sunlight intensity on the solar cell. Then, because of the position of the sun that always changes, we use a solar tracker that automatically adjust the position of the solar panels to always face the sun. So with the combination of the two technologies, solar panel can absorb maximum sunlight intensity
