ANALISIS KUALITAS FASILITAS FISIK PERPUSTAKAAN PUSAT DI GRHA KANDAGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS PADJADJARAN

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengunjung terhadap kualitas fasilitas fisik Perpustakaan Pusat di Grha Kandaga Unpad menggunakan model Sercive Quality untuk melihat kesenjangan (gap) yang ada antara harapan (expectation) dan kenyataan (perception). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat kesenjangan yang mengartikan kepuasan pengunjung belum terpenuhi secara maksimal meskipun Perpustakaan Pusat Grha Kandaga telah memenuhi standar minimum Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi. This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of users towards the quality of physical facilities at the Grha Kandaga Central Library, Universitas Padjadjaran. The Service Quality model was employed to measure the gap between users' expectations and perceptions of the facilities. The findings revealed a significant gap, indicating that users' satisfaction has not been fully met, despite the library meeting the minimum standards for university libraries

ANALISIS TEORI RESEPSI TENTANG FILM PENDEK LORONG BUKU SEBAGAI PROMOSI PERPUSTAKAAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pesan yang disampaikan melalui video promosi perpustakaan serta mengidentifikasi posisi penerimaan pesan apakah pesan yang disampaikan diterima atau ditolak oleh audiens. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis resepsi Stuart Hall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa penolakan dalam proses pemaknaan pesan yang disampaikan sehingga sebagai sebuah konten promosi perpustakaan, film ini belum dapat menggambarkan perpustakaan secara optimal. This study aims to analyze the message conveyed through the library promotional video and identify the position of message reception whether the message conveyed is accepted or rejected by the audience. Qualitative research method with Stuart Hall reception analysis method. The results of the study indicate that there are several rejections in the process of interpreting the message conveyed so that as a library promotional content, this film has not been able to describe the library optimally

TRANSFORMASI PUSAT INFORMASI MAJAPAHIT MENUJU PERPUSTAKAAN DIGITAL BERBASIS KOMUNITAS

Transformasi digital informasi budaya menjadi kebutuhan mendesak bagi Pusat Informasi Majapahit (PIM) di Trowulan. Penelitian ini merancang sistem perpustakaan digital partisipatif menggunakan pendekatan Community-Based Research. Melalui pelatihan SLiMS, digitalisasi koleksi, dan penguatan kapasitas, program ini membangun sistem informasi yang fungsional dan berkelanjutan. Hasilnya menunjukkan CBR efektif menciptakan kolaborasi, literasi digital, dan pelestarian budaya berbasis komunitas yang dapat direplikasi. Digital transformation of cultural information is an urgent need for the Majapahit Information Center (PIM) in Trowulan. This research designs a participatory digital library system using a Community-Based Research approach. Through SLiMS training, collection digitization, and capacity building, the program built a functional and sustainable information system. KEMUDAHAN LAYANAN INFORMASI ARSIP STATIS FOTO DI INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG MELALUI DIGITALISASI ARSIP

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemudahan layanan informasi arsip statis foto di Institut Teknologi Bandung melalui kegiatan digitalisasi arsip. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriftif dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi lapangan, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi arsip yang dilakukan di ITB dilakukan pada arsip statis berupa arsip foto, kartografi, suara, dan tekstual. Dengan penerapan digitalisasi pada arsip statis, layanan informasi kearsipan di ITB menjadi lebih mudah, efektif dan efisien, dibandingkan dengan arsip statis bentuk analog. This research aims to analyze the ease of information services for static photo archives at the Bandung Institute of Technology through archival digitization activities. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach using interview techniques and field observations. The results of this study indicate that archival digitization carried out at ITB is carried out on static archives in the form of photo, cartographic, sound, and textual archives. By applying digitization to static archives, archival information services at ITB become easier, more effective and efficient, compared to analog static archives

CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES IN LIBRARY DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION : A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

This research uses the Literature Review approach, aiming to analyze the challenges and opportunities in the digital transformation of libraries in order to provide strategic recommendations that support education and literacy in the digital era, as well as build human resources that are responsive to the times. Based on the findings, this study recommends improving infrastructure, enhancing staff digital competencies through continuous training, and developing user-centered digital services to strengthen the library's role in supporting education and literacy in the digital era

PERPUSTAKAAN SEBAGAI WAHANA EDUKASI DAN REKREASI KREATIF

Fungsi rekreasi dalam UU No. 43 Tahun 2007 membuka peluang transformasi perpustakaan menjadi ruang edukatif dan rekreatif. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji peran perpustakaan sebagai destinasi rekreasi kreatif melalui metode kualitatif dan kajian literatur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan mampu menyediakan akses informasi dan mendukung pengembangan masyarakat. Transformasi digital dan adaptasi teknologi menjadi langkah strategis menjaga relevansi perpustakaan di era modern. The recreational function in Law No. 43 of 2007 opens up opportunities for libraries to transform into educational and recreational spaces. This article aims to examine the role of libraries as creative recreational destinations through qualitative methods and literature review. The results show that libraries are able to provide access to information and support community development. Digital transformation and technological adaptation are strategic steps to maintain the relevance of libraries in the modern era

TATA KELOLA PENYIMPANAN DAN PENEMUAN KEMBALI ARSIP DINAMIS INAKTIF DI DINAS PERPUSTAKAAN DAN KEARSIPAN KOTA BATU

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana tata kelola penyimpanan serta proses penemuan kembali dari arsip dinamis inaktif di Dinas Perpustakaan serta Kearsipan Kota Batu. Metode yang diterapkan yakni jenis metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan melakukan observasi, hasil wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta perumusan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Batu sudah menjalankan tata kelola penyimpanan serta penemuan kembali arsip dinamis inaktif menurut standar dan pedoman yang berlaku. Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Batu memiliki dua Unit Kearsipan (UK) sebagai tempat penyimpanan arsip, dan telah menggunakan standar penyimpanan serta pengolahan arsip inaktif yang sesuai dengan peraturan. Sedangkan pada proses penemuan kembalinya, Dinas Kota Batu masih memanfaatkan sistem manual dan menggunakan “Excel” sebagai alat utama dalam pencarian arsip dinamis inaktif. This study aims to examine the management of storage and retrieval processes of inactive dynamic records at the Library and Archives Office of Batu City. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the Library and Archives Office of Batu City has implemented storage management and retrieval of inactive dynamic records according to applicable standards and guidelines. The office has two Records Units (UK) designated for record storage and has adopted proper standards for storing and processing inactive records in accordance with regulations. However, the retrieval process is still conducted manually, utilizing Microsoft Excel as the main tool for searching inactive dynamic records

IMPLEMENTASI KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PADA PERPUSTAKAAN RAJA NAGA JAMBE: PENDEKATAN SECI MODEL

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi knowledge management berbasis model SECI di Perpustakaan Raja Naga Jambe. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif eksploratif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model SECI baru berjalan pada tahap socialization dan externalization, sedangkan tahap combination dan internalization belum optimal akibat keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur teknologi, dan kebijakan institusional. This study aims to analyze the implementation of knowledge management based on the SECI model at Raja Naga Jambe Library. The research employed a qualitative exploratory method through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the SECI model has only been implemented at the socialization and externalization stages, while the combination and internalization stages remain suboptimal due to limitations in human resources, technological infrastructure, and institutional policy

PROGRAM KELAS BAHAN BEKAS (KEBAS) PERPUSTAKAAN BERBASIS INKLUSI SOSIAL DI KABUPATEN DAIRI

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Program kelas bahan bekas (kebas) perpustakaan berbasis inklusi sosial di Kabupaten Dairi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kebas difokuskan pada 22 perpustakaan desa dan 4 perpustakaan rumah ibadah. Adapun kendala dari program ini adalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia. This study aims to analyze the utilization of material classes (kebas) of social inclusion-based library programs in Dairi Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the kebas program is focused on 22 village libraries and 4 libraries of houses of worship. The constraints of this program are limited human resources

PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL OLEH GEN Z TERHADAP PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN INFORMASI TERKAIT REKOMENDASI TEMPAT KULINER

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menyelidiki penggunaan media sosial oleh Gen-Z dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi terkait rekomendasi tempat kuliner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa gen-Z menggunakan Tiktok dan Instagram untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi mereka. Pencarian informasi didorong faktor kemudahan akses informasi serta rasa keingintahuan. Perilaku pencarian informasi dilakukan dengan empat perilaku, yaitu perhatian pasif, pencarian pasif, pencarian aktif, dan pencarian berkelanjutan. This research aims to investigate the use of social media by Gen-Z in fulfilling their information needs regarding culinary recommendations. The method used in this research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research findings indicate that Gen-Z utilizes TikTok and Instagram to meet their information needs. Information search is driven by factors such as ease of access to information and curiosity. Information search behavior is carried out through four behaviors, namely passive attention, passive search, active search, and ongoing search
