    This study aimed to examine the effect of credit rating, asset tangibility, profitability, long-term investment, short-term investment on capital structure decision. Sample of this study used non-financial companies that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange and registered on PEFINDO during 2010-2014. This research was made because there are differences in results between studies with each other. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method covering 15 companies as samples. The analysis used multiple regression, which is preceeded by a test consisting of the classical assumption test for normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing is using F test and t test. The result of this research show that credit rating and profitability had significant negative effect on capital structure decision as well as long-term investment variable had significant positive effect on capital structure decision. In addition, the results did not support that asset tangibility and short-term investment had significant effect on capital structure decision. Moreover it found that the value of the adjusted R square is 41.5%. This means that 58.5% is explained by other variables outside the model

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara profitabilitas, pertunbuhan perusahaan dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2018. Penelitian ini dibuat karena masih adanya perbedaan hasil penelitian antara yang satu dengan lainnya serta adanya fluktuasi nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014–2018. Sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini 37 perusahaan pada sektor industri barang konsumsi yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan likuiditas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai berusahaan. Secara parsial profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan

    This study examined the influence of competence and well-being on the productivity of pharmaceutical personnel in the city of Magelang. This research uses a quantitative approach. The study used primary data from 100 respondents as a sample selected by a simple random sampling method. The collected data is analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Research shows that competence and well-being simultaneously affect employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, while well-being has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. The results of the study provide management implications for the welfare of Magerland City Pharmacy by developing employee welfare program policies to increase productivity. We want the pharmacies we operate to thrive and sustainably with increased productivity

    The company's performance describes a company's financial condition that reflects work performance in a certain period. The company's performance is also determined by the ability to compete against other companies. The company's competitive ability can be improved through good corporate governance and utilising the company's intellectual capital. The change in management pattern from labour-based business to knowledge-based business has triggered the growing interest in intellectual capital disclosure. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the role of intellectual capital and governance in explaining the variability of corporate financial performance. This study uses samples of 20 state-owned companies (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015-2020. Analysis of research data with panel data regression using STATA. The results show that Corporate Governance and Intellectual Capital have no significant effect on the BUMN financial performance.     Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pengelolaan bisnis yang baik. Kendala pengembangan dan pengelolaan wisata di Gunungpring dijadikan sebagai dasar untuk melakukan program ini. Salah satu permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah aspek kunjungan wisatawan yang musiman. Sebagai wisata religi bagi umat islam, wisata religi di Gunungpring dikunjungi wisatawan dalam waktu-waktu tertentu saja, seperti pada penanggalan hijriah saja. Hal ini pasti berpengaruh pada pendapatan masyarakat yang tidak sama sepanjang musim. Selain itu, kondisi pengelolaan lokasi, ketersedian sarana penginapan dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya secara umum masih kurang. Program kemitraan masyarakat melaksanakan program yang dapat membantu Mitra memahami pentingnya analisis kelayakan suatu bisnis pariwisata di Gunungpring. Studi kelayakan bisnis adalah kegiatan dalam menganalisis unsur dan elemen-elemen penting dalam dunia bisnis seperti aspek teknis, aspek manajemen, aspek pasar, aspek lingkungan, dan aspek keuangan. Pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi dan edukasi, tutorial serta diskusi.     Size, Growth, Profitability and Capital Structure

    This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the role of profitability, firm size and firm growth in explaining the variability of capital structure. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling method. The research sample that met the criteria was 34 companies in the consumer goods industry which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. The independent variables consist of profitability, company size and company growth. In this study, hypothesis testing was carried out using linear regression processed through SPSS software. The coefficient of determination is 98.58%, meaning that the variability of the capital structure is influenced by the variables of profitability, company size and company growth. Based on the results of linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%, the results provide evidence that there is a negative and significant relationship between profitability and capital structure and there is a positive and significant relationship between company growth and capital structure. This study also provides evidence that firm size has no role as a determinant of capital structure

    Company goals cannot be realized without the involvement of human resources so human resources can be the key to success and the company's capital to have a competitive advantage. The important role of human resources makes companies need to pay attention and manage employees well so that competent employees in the company do not leave the company because they have turnover intention due to a lack of company attention. PT Putra Albasia Mandiri has an employee turnover phenomenon of 26.66% in the 2017-2021 period. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the role of self-efficacy and workload on turnover intention through work-life balance. The objects in this study were production employees of PT Putra Albasia Mandiri. The sampling method used simple random sampling with a total sample of 171 employees. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling and the Sobel test. The results of the study provide empirical evidence that self-efficacy affects work-life balance. Workload affects work-life balance. Self-efficacy does not affect turnover intention. Workload does not affect turnover intention. Self-efficacy and workload affect turnover intention through work-life balance. Work-life balance acts as a full mediation in this study. Based on these findings, companies must be more proactive in managing employees to avoid turnover intention and look for other jobs. Employee turnover intention must receive special attention from the company so that there is no trend of high employee turnover from year to year. Tujuan perusahaan tidak dapat terwujud tanpa adanya keterlibatan dari sumber daya manusia, sehingga sumber daya manusia dapat menjadi kunci kesuksesan dan modal perusahaan untuk memiliki keunggulan kompetitif. Peran penting sumber daya manusia membuat perusahaan perlu memberikan perhatian dan mengelola karyawan dengan baik, supaya karyawan yang berkompeten di perusahaan tidak keluar dari perusahaan karena mempunyai turnover intention akibat kurangnya perhatian perusahaan. PT Putra Albasia Mandiri memiliki fenomena turnover karyawan sebesar 26,66% dalam kurun waktu 2017-2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai peran self-efficacy dan workload terhadap turnover intention melalui work-life balance. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan produksi PT Putra Albasia Mandiri. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 171 karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan structural equation modelling dan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti empiris bahwa self-efficacy berpengaruh terhadap work-life balance. Workload berpengaruh terhadap work-life balance. Self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Workload tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Self-efficacy dan workload berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention melalui work-life balance. Work-life balance berperan sebagai full mediation dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil temuan ini, perusahaan harus lebih proaktif dalam mengelola karyawan untuk menghindari turnover intention dan mencari pekerjaan lain. Turnover intention karyawan harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus oleh perusahaan agar tidak terjadi tren turnover karyawan yang tinggi dari tahun ke tahun.
