Berufsbildung in Europa. Neue Herausforderungen für die deutsche Berufsbildungsforschung

Dieser Beitrag basiert auf einem Referat, das auf der Fachtagung "Entwicklungspfade zum EUROPASS- Berufsbildung" der Gesellschaft zur Förderung Pädagogischer Forschung im Juni 1999 in Frankfurt am Main gehalten wurde. Der Autor skizziert die Herausforderungen für die berufliche Bildung im Rahmen der europäischen Integration und unterstreicht, das sich Organisation und inhaltliche Gestaltung der Berufsbildung in Deutschland den neuen gesellschaftlichen Herausforderungen stellen müssten. Der Verfasser nennt Konsequenzen für die deutsche Berufsbildungsforschung. Der Staat und die katholische Schule

Der Autor skizziert „das Verhältnis von Staat und katholischer Schule auf der Grundlage der Bestimmungen des Grundgesetzes“. „Leitender Gesichtspunkt ist die Frage nach Stellung und Möglichkeiten der katholischen Schule im Rahmen dieser Vorschriften. Die Einschränkung auf die verfassungsrechtlichen Bestimmungen erlaubt es, die Konturen dieses Verhältnisses von Staat und katholischer Schule klarer zu zeichnen. Die Bedeutung des Schulrechts für die Lehrerbildung: Teil 1

Der Beitrag macht die Bedeutung des Schulrechts für die universitäre Lehrerbildung deutlich. Dies ist umso wichtiger, als es faktisch in der universitären Lehrerbildung keine Rolle spielt. Seine Bedeutung zeigt sich bereits darin, mit Zwang (Schulpflicht) einhergeht, andererseits als Freiheitsgewährleistung dient. Es bietet außerdem einen Organisationsrahmen und fungiert als Ordnungsrecht. Imaging assessment of children presenting with suspected or known juvenile idiopathic arthritis : ESSR-ESPR points to consider

Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is the most common paediatric rheumatic disease. It represents a group of heterogenous inflammatory disorders with unknown origin and is a diagnosis of exclusion in which imaging plays an important role. JIA is defined as arthritis of one or more joints that begins before the age of 16 years, persists for more than 6 weeks and is of unknown aetiology and pathophysiology. The clinical goal is early suppression of inflammation to prevent irreversible joint damage which has shifted the emphasis from detecting established joint damage to proactively detecting inflammatory change. This drives the need for imaging techniques that are more sensitive than conventional radiography in the evaluation of inflammatory processes as well as early osteochondral change. Physical examination has limited reliability, even if performed by an experienced clinician, emphasising the importance of imaging to aid in clinical decision-making. On behalf of the European Society of Musculoskeletal Radiology (ESSR) arthritis subcommittee and the European Society of Paediatric Radiology (ESPR) musculoskeletal imaging taskforce, based on literature review and/or expert opinion, we discuss paediatric-specific imaging characteristics of the most commonly involved, in literature best documented and clinically important joints in JIA, namely the temporomandibular joints (TMJs), spine, sacroiliac (SI) joints, wrists, hips and knees, followed by a clinically applicable point to consider for each joint. From practice to field:a multi-level model of practice-driven institutional change

This article develops a model of practice-driven institutional change - or change that originates in the everyday work of individuals but results in a shift in field-level logic. In demonstrating how improvisations at work can generate institutional change, we attend to the earliest moments of change, which extant research has neglected; and we contrast existing accounts that focus on active entrepreneurship and the contested nature of change. We outline the specific mechanisms by which change emerges from everyday work, becomes justified, and diffuses within an organization and field, as well as precipitating and enabling dynamics that trigger and condition these mechanisms. © Academy of Management Journal

Some comments on the debate on a constitution of a political union of the Windward Islands in the Eastern Caribbean

Transforming the Hungarian educational system. A report on the Draft Act on Public Education of the Hungarian ministry of Culture and Education

Der Autor wirkte im Auftrag der UNESCO im Jahre 1992 in Ungarn als Berater bei der Erarbeitung eines neuen Bildungsgesetzes, das an die Stelle des 1985 verabschiedeten Gesetzes treten sollte. Preliminary ideas for the elaboration of an interim constitution of Nepal
