    The Relationship between Emotional Violence and Learning Achievement of Female Students

    Violence is a phenomenon social happened and inclined for women as a sacrifice. There are still a few people who know the violence that is happened in relationship. It is because they assume that relationship is amazing time in young age. It is one of ignorance from citizens that they are less of information and data report of violence victim in the relationship. Learning achievement is measured of the success of students in learning activities. Influence factors achievement of study can be classified into two groups, namely the internal self sourced from students and external factors included factors of family, school and community environment factors. The aim of the research was to investigate the relationship between emotional violence and learning achievement of female students in SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This study was observational analytic employing cross sectional design. The subject of research was 85 students of SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta. The results showed that there was no relationship between emotional violence with learning achievement

Penelitian ini berfokus kepada Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Guru di SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimanakah gambaran gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar, (2) Bagaimana gambaran motivasi kerja guru di SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar, (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto dengan jumlah sampel 56 guru ditetapkan dengan teknik Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa Kuesioner dengan responden guru. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Deskriptif dan analisi Inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gambaran gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMA Negeri SeKecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar lebih berpengaruh pada gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah demokrasi; (2) Gambaran motivasi kerja guru di SMA Negeri SeKecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar lebih berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja guru eksternal; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian mengenai analisis regresi sederhana mengambarkan kedua variabel tersebut kedalam persamaan regresi Y= 39,168 + 0,340X. Untuk uji t diperoleh t hitung sebesar 2,656 > t tabel 2,004 dan probilitas (sig) ternyata 0,010 < 0,05 yang berarti h o ditolak dan h a diterima dengan kata lain gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru dan untuk koefisien determinasi diketahui dari nilai R Square sebesar ,116 hal ini berarti pengaruh variable X secara simultan terhadap variable Y sebesar 11,6% sedangkan sisanya 88,4% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini. Even in the process, it will not always run smoothly and well, parents must always try and innovate in attracting children's interest so that children feel challenged and happy with carrying out the tasks given. As for the application made for parents in educating children, not only that the Wase application can also be used to build children's skills, and participate in child care in everyday life. In order to increase the enthusiasm of children in carrying out the tasks written in the task column and then the results will get rewards in the form of points that can be used to claim bigger rewards. With this application as a media for parents to do fun parenting and motivate daily activities set by parents on tasks, it can form good habits and is expected to be useful and increase children's motivation in forming good daily habits.Peran orang tua dalam pengasuhan anak sangat berpengaruh untuk tumbuh kembang anak, bagaimana orang tua membentuk kebiasaan dan membangun karakter hingga pola pikir pada anak. Dalam prosesnya pun tidak akan selalu berjalan lancar dan baik, orang tua harus selalu berusaha dan berinovasi dalam menarik minat anak agar anak merasa tertantang dan senang dengan menjalan tugas yang diberikan. Adapun aplikasi yang dibuat diperuntukkan kepada orang tua dalam mendidik anak, tidak hanya itu aplikasi Wase juga dapat digunakan untuk membangun skill anak, dan berperan serta dalam hal pengasuhan anak dikehidupan sehari-hari. Agar meningkatkan semangat anak dalam melakukan tugas yang dituliskan pada kolom task dan kemudian hasilnya mendapatkan reward berupa poin yang dapat digunakan untuk klaim rewards yang lebih besar.     The purpose of this study was to find out the Career Planning of Candidates for Bachelor of Physics Education Classes of 2020 and 2021. This research is a descriptive type of research. The population in this study were prospective alumni of Physics Education, to be precise, the 2020 and 2021 batches. Data collection was carried out using a g-form. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical techniques, namely in the form of frequencies, percentages, and averages. The results showed that: the number of Physics Education students in the Class of 2020 is 61 people and the Class of 2021 is 60 people, a total of 121 people. Of all the Physics education students who have distributed questionnaires. In fact, seen from the scattered data, there is a tendency for students to choose a plan after completing their studies, namely continuing to the next level of study and choosing to do business or start a business. In addition, the trend of the results of the questionnaires that were distributed shows that so far the number of physics education students has preferred the type of agency for career planning, namely in the public sector. As well as the tendency for students to really have their career plans after graduating from a bachelor's degree in education, namely in the field of teaching and the lowest is in the field of tutors

    Kurikulum darurat yang diberlakukan Pemerintah pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 belum efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa Pendidikan Dasar khususnya melalui Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui permasalahan dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan pembaharuan kurikulum Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini terletak pada SD Katolik Cor Jesu Malang. Hasil penelitian dapat menunjukkan beberapa hal dari permasalahan-permasalahan yang timbul di SD Katolik Cor Jesu Malang tentang pembaharuan kurikulum darurat, seperti guru yang kesulitan dalam menentukan indikator pencapaian hasil belajar, menentukan metode pembelajaran saat online, etika peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran, kurangnya jam perwalian dalam penyelesaian permasalahan peserta didik secara individu dan para guru masih terbatas dalam hal informasi dan teknologi. Maka dari itu diperlukan inovasi dan penguatan kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan kurikulum darurat pada Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan

    Women’s Resilience and Vulnerability in Facing COVID-19 in DKI Jakarta and East Java

    Indonesia ranks 23rd as the most COVID-19 confirmed cases in the world. DKI Jakarta and East Java provinces have the highest cases in Indonesia. However, data on the transmission of COVID-19 in both provinces were not further analyzed regarding vulnerability between genders. This research attempted to compare the differences in the gender distribution of COVID-19 cases by analyzing data from COVID-19 DKI Jakarta and East Java Task Force Information Center and various biological, medical, and socio-cultural studies to understand risk of women being exposed to COVID-19. The results of this research revealed that both provinces had a higher number of confirmed patients under surveillance (PDP), people under surveillance (ODP), and death cases in men than that of women. In DKI Jakarta, the number of recovered cases in men was higher than that of women, but in East Java it was not significantly different. Based on literature reviews, women were more resilience in manifestations of COVID-19 severity than that of men due to differences in ACE2 gene distribution and expression, hormones regulations, immune responses, comorbidities, and ages. However, data from socio-cultural literature reviews in both provinces showed women were vulnerable to be exposed to COVID-19 since many women performed as health workers, office workers, market traders, public transportation users, and did religious activities. Besides, women were vulnerable due to mental health condition, such as depression, anxiety, and special medical condition (e.g. being exposed to or infected with COVID-19 during pregnancy)
