Actuación enfermera en nutrición ante pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica

Trabajo fin de grado en EnfermeríaLa enfermedad renal crónica (ERC) es un problema de salud pública de gran importancia debido a su elevada prevalencia y morbimortalidad cardiovascular, además de los costes que supone. La ERC se caracteriza por la pérdida progresiva e irreversible de la función renal, determinada por la reducción del filtrado glomerular (FG), esto afecta a la función excretora, reguladora y metabólica- endocrina. La dieta es un aspecto fundamental y varía según el estadío y el tipo de tratamiento que lleve el paciente. Una buena adherencia al tratamiento dietético reduce el avance de la enfermedad y la aparición de las complicaciones. La enfermera, integrada en un equipo multidisciplinar debe de llevar a cabo intervenciones nutricionales dirigidas a evitar lo nombrado anteriormente, además de aumentar la adherencia al tratamiento y la calidad de vida. La educación debe ser una prioridad en el tratamiento. Objetivo: analizar la importancia de la intervención enfermera en la nutrición del paciente con ERC. Métodos: búsqueda bibliográfica en PubMed, Cinhal, Scielo, Uniteca y Cuiden. Además de Revista de la Sociedad Española de Enfermería Nefrológica (SEDEN), y en The National Kidney Fundation de documentos publicados entre 2010 y 2016. Conclusiones: La intervención enfermera es fundamental en el desarrollo de habilidades de autocuidado. Estas intervenciones deben basarse en protocolos presentes en atención especializada y atención primaria, dirigidos a enfermos en todos los estadíos, aunque se debe incidir en aquellos que se encuentran en etapas más tempranas de la enfermedad.Chronic kidney disease (CDK) is a public health problem related to its high prevalence, and cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Moreover It involves high cost. CDK is defined as a loss of renal function, determined by the reduction of the glomerular filtration which affect to excretory, regulatory and metabolic – endocrine function. Diet, is a fundamental aspect that changes as the disease progresses and depends on the type of treatment that the patient takes. The better adherence to the dietetic treatment, the less advance of the disease and the appearance of complications. The nurse, who takes part in the multidisciplinary team, must develop nutritional interventions aimed to avoid which was said previously and also to increase the adherence to the treatment and the quality of life of the patient. Therefore, education is a priority in the treatment. Objective: analyze the importance of nursing intervention in the nutrition of patients with CDK. Methods: Reference search in PubMed, Cinhal, Scielo, Uniteca and Cuiden. Moreover, in the Spanish Nephrology Nursing Magazine (SEDATE), and in The National Kidney Fundation. Documents published between 2010 and 2016. Conclusions: Nursing intervention is a key aspect developing self-care skills related to the nutrition in CDK. These interventions have to of be based on protocols in both, primary and specialized care, and directed to all patients with CDK, but focus in those who are in earlier stages. En la presente tesis doctoral, empleando herramientas biológicas diseñadas ad-hoc, tales como receptores deficientes en unión de ligandos, acoplamiento a proteína G y localización subcelular, usadas en diseños experimentales dirigidos a estudiar la funcionalidad del homodímero 5-HT2A, se ha obtenido información acerca de la unidad funcional del dímero y la capacidad de complementación entre protómeros. A mayores, se ha caracterizado el mecanismo de acción in vitro de dos compuestos con afinidad y selectividad por el receptor 5-HT7, lo que nos ha permitido describir la inactivación irreversible de la funcionalidad del receptor por parte de estas herramientas químicas

Plan de negocio de una empresa distribuidora de ventanas

En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) se realiza un estudio para la implantación de una empresa distribuidora de ventanas. Se pretende analizar y estudiar la viabilidad que tendría dicha empresa si decidiera entrar en el mercado. A lo largo del proyecto se estudia el encaje de la compañía en el sector, la estrategia a largo plazo, la demanda que se puede generar y la rentabilidad que se puede esperar. El análisis pretende ser lo más exhaustivo posible, por ello se han hecho modelos financieros que tienen en cuenta los costes que se puedan generar, desde el aprovisionamiento de materias primas hasta los gastos necesarios para llevar a cabo la operativa diaria de la empresa. Al final de este documento, el lector tendrá una idea clara del espíritu de la empresa y de lo que pretende en el corto, el medio y el largo plazo. El Plan de Negocio se ha dividido en varias secciones según los temas fundamentales para agilizar la búsqueda de información. Se partirá de un estudio del sector y de la zona donde operará la empresa, realizando un estado de la cuestión que permita situar y centrar el tema tratado, conceptualizando los términos básicos para posteriormente explicar cómo funcionará y crecerá la compañía. The financial study aims to be very accurate and it considers every single cost, in this document we can find from the expenditures in raw materials to the expenditures of the daily operation needs. At the end of this study, the reader will have a clear idea of the company’s spirit, its intentions in the short, middle and long-term. The Business Plan has been divided in many sections. The project will start with a competitive analysis and market research, paying special attention to the area where the firm is going to offer its products. After that, a complete analysis of how the company is going to work and grow will be made. La notion de biopouvoir appliquée à l analyse du discours de deux éditoriaux : Le Monde et Le Figaro

Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa selvitän, millä tavalla Foucault'n määrittelemiä käsitteitä voidaan käyttää diskurssianalyysiin. Tästä syystä halusin tarkistaa, onko Foucault'n teoria hyödyllinen tekstien analyysin näkökulmasta. Analysoidut tekstit ovat pääkirjoitus Le Monde -lehdestä ja pääkirjoitus Le Figaro -lehdestä. Pääkirjoituksissa pohditaan burkinin käyttöön liittyvää ongelmaa ja sen seurauksia Ranskassa. Tutkimus on rajattu koskemaan Le Figaron ja Le Monden pääkirjoituksia, koska nämä lehdet edustavat kahta ranskalaista poliittista traditiota, keskusta-oikestoa ja keskustavasemmistoa. Tutkimuksessa selvitetään, mihin lehtien traditiot perustuvat ja miksi lehtien lukijat jakavat saman ideologisen pohjan. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on näin ollen analysoida, käytetäänkö kieltä samalla tavalla molemmissa lehdissä. Lisäksi tutkitaan, perustuuko kielen käyttö samanlaiseen ideologiseen pohjaan. Tutkielmassani filosofinen perspektiivi määrittää diskurssianalyysin. Tekstien analyysi perustuu Foucault'n käsitteisiin diskurssianalyysin näkökulman laajentamiseksi. Tästä syystä analyysissa on kaksi tasoa. Ensimmäisellä tasolla selitetään Foucault'n peruskäsitteet, jotka ovat biovalta ja biopolitiikka. Foucault'n mukaan biovaltaa on näkymätön valta, joka määrittää sen, millä tavalla poliittiset suhteet ja poliittiset päätökset syntyvät. Biovallan logiikka perustuu ruumiin poliittiseen hallintaan. Analyysin toinen taso on tutkia, minkälaisia suhteita Foucault'n ajatuksien ja diskurssianalyysin välillä on. Apuna käytetään myös Michel Pêcheux'n, Sophie Moirandin ja Dominique Maingueneaun käsitteitä. Pääkirjoituksia analysoidaan siis paitsi kielen myös pragmatiikan näkökulmasta. Tutkielman tarkoitus on selvittää, millä tavalla biovalta määrittää diskurssien tuottoa ja sen käyttöä. Tutkielman tärkeimmät tutkimustulokset ovat: Vaikka Le Monde ja Le Figaro ovat eri lehtiä poliittisesta näkökulmasta, niiden näkökulma perustuu samaan biopoliittiseen traditioon. Biovalta on se pohja, joka määrittää kielen käyttöä ja myös sitä, millä tavalla ihmiset puhuvat ja kirjoittavat jostakin konkreettisesta aiheesta. Tämä tarkoittaa, että lehtien diskurssi on kyllä erilaista poliittisesta perspektiivistä, mutta vain periaatteessa. Pääkirjoituksien analyysin kautta voidaan osoittaa, että molempien lehtien journalistit käyttävät artikkeleissaan samantyyppisiä käsitteitä, jotka perustuvat biovallan logiikkaan

CODE-SWITCHING ACCORDING TO THE COMMUNICATION THEORY: THEORETICAL-PRACTICAL ANALYSIS USING A CASE FROM THE ESLORA CORPUS.

In this article we analyse the methodological and epistemological relevance of the concept of code-switching (CS) according to Communication Theory, focusing on the notion pro-posed by Álvarez Cáccamo. In the first place, we analyse the historical development of CS bound to Pragmatics. In the second place, we offer a critical approach to the definition of CS according to Álvarez Cáccamo. Finally, we analyse the methodological and epistemological relevance of this definition using one case from the ESLORA corpus. In the conclusions we offer information about the speculative and arbitrary nature of this notion, focusing on the necessity to reconsider its basis and practical application.publishedVersionPeer reviewe
