Upaya Kepala Sekolah Meningkatkan Kemampuan Guru Menggunakan Fasilitas Voice Note Whatsapp sebagai Media Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh melalui Kegiatan Pendampingan di UPT SMK Negeri 8 Luwu

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan fasilitas Voice Note Whatsapp sebagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh  melalui pendampingan di UPT-SMK Negeri 8 Luwu Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan melibatkan 12 orang guru di UPT SMK Negeri 8 Luwu Kecamatan Larompong Selatan Kabupaten Luwu Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Validasi data dengan teknik triangulasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil pada kondisi awal, hasil siklus I, hasil siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kondisi awal menunjukkan bahwa hasil penilaian terhadap kemampuan guru menunjukkan hasil yang kurang baik dengan skor rata-rata 44,00 dan hanya masuk dalam kualifikasi kurang. Siklus pertama menunjukkan hasil angka nilai rata-rata 66,83 dan hanya masuk dalam kualifikasi C atau cukup.  Siklus kedua menunjukkan hasil angka nilai rata-rata 86,33 dan hanya masuk dalam kualifikasi B atau baik.  Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah terhadap 12 guru di UPT SMK Negeri 8 Luwu Kecamatan Larompong Selatan Kabupaten Luwu Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan dinyatakan berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan guru menggunakan fasilitas Voice Note Whatsapp sebagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh

Data Security on Internet of Things Device Using Hybrid Encryption Model

There have been many cases of breaking data and data theft on the IoT system due to poor system security, especially on the IoT device. This study focuses on how to secure data on IoT device before the data is sent to the server using a hybrid encryption model. This hybrid encryption model is a combination of AES and ECDH algorithms. Firstly this model is attempted to be implemented on RaspberryPi device. An analysis of the computational load and communication load of the encryption process is perform to measure effective and efficient of this model. The last is perform a simulation of MITM attacks to find out how well the effectiveness of this model. The results of this study shows that this encryption model is suitable enough for use on IoT device without having to overload the memory usage of device

PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN ORGANIZATION CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) TERHADAP KINERJA

Employee performance is strongly influenced by several factors, one of which is organizational culture. Organizational culture is built from behavior that can affect fellow employees or is called Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to describe the influence of organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Health Office. Descriptive research using quantitative methods with a sample of South Sulawesi Provincial Health Office employees taken about 73 respondents with Purposive Sampling and Accidental Sampling Techniques. The research instrument used reliability and validity tests and then univariate analysis to describe the effect of each variable and bivariate analysis was generated using Chi Squared Test and Coefficient Contingency. The study revealed that there was a very strong significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Health Office (P value = 0.99), there was a moderate significant effect between Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance at the Sulawesi Provincial Health Office of South Sulawesi (P value = 0.47), and there is a very strong significant effect between Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the performance of employees of South Sulawesi Province (P Value = 0.94)

The Potential and Limitations of the Treatment of Caste Discrimination in International Human Rights Law

This paper critically evaluates all the developments that lead to the making of caste discrimination an issue in international human rights law (IHRL) – both as racial discrimination and as an issue of the minority rights regime. It explores the reasons why such developments and the politics of it have proven to be insufficient in cause and totality in addressing the rampant abuses of the human rights of Dalits. While focusing on the obvious limitations of the minority rights regime in including Dalits as a minority, it weighs the limitations and the potential of the existing IHRL corpus in addressing caste discrimination. The paper will first outline the genealogy of caste discrimination in IHRL, which will provide a descriptive account of all the developments. I identify the treatment of caste in terms of a “violating norm” and as a “violation sub-category”. Then the paper seeks to engage with the theory on the limitations and critiques of IHRL, to argue that there are theoretical and legal-doctrinal fault lines in the conception of caste discrimination as a sub-set of descent-based racial discrimination both normatively and interpretatively. To support this argument the paper explores reasons for the failure of IHRL in critical legal thought – which outline the triumph of cultural and social pressures in the society over the language of IHRL. Following this, a novel attempt is made to develop the concept of “cultures of oppression” as a central theme in imagining a “Dalit critique of IHRL” which in my opinion is not only a normative contribution to the critical discourses in reimagining IHRL which is more responsive to the problems of Dalits, but also provides a new outlook for human rights movements to combat caste discrimination

PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR AKUNTANSI SISWA KELAS XI SMKK IMMANUEL II

AbstractThe research about the relationship of critical thinking skill with the score result at accounting for trading companies is based on the implementation of Curriculum 2013. One of the curriculum standards is a student-centered learning process, which means that the students must think critically. The purpose of this research is to know the level of students’ critical thinking skill with the score result. The method used in collecting data is descriptive with the form of correlation study, and the tool used to support is interview, written test. The population is the eleventh grade of accounting students. The instrument is the written test (X variable) and students score document (Y variable). The result is:1) the students critical thinking is high with the score is 2,64 with the highest result is argument analyzing with the score is 2,77, 2) the score result is high with the score is 82,99. 3) the regressing equation is Y = 55,496 + 2,094x. 4) the critical thinking skill positively connected with the study result, with the t score is 2,820 and t table 1,990. 5) the contribution critical thinking skill is 9,1% with the R square score is 0,091.Keywords: Critical Thinking Skills, Study Result, Accounting Eleventh Grade Students

Gambaran Proses Penerimaan Orang Tua terhadap Anak Down Syndrome di Wilayah Kecamatan Kurra Sulawesi Selatan

Down syndrome adalah suatu kondisi yang terjadi saat janin masih dalam kandungan akibat mutasi genetik pada kromosom 21. Penerimaan orang tua terhadap anak down syndrome penting untuk memaksimalkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran proses penerimaan orang tua terhadap anak down syndrome di Wilayah Kecamatan Kurra Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah dua pasang orang tua yang memiliki anak down syndrome. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap pasangan suami istri mengalami proses penerimaan yang sama terhadap anak down syndrome. Pasangan partisipan pertama mengalami keterkejutan (shock), kesedihan (grief) dan penerimaan (acceptance). Sedangkan, pasangan partisipan kedua secara langsung mengalami fase penerimaan (acceptance). Penerimaan kedua pasangan partisipan ditandai dengan adanya empat karakteristik berikut yakni adanya pemahaman akan kelebihan dan kelemahan anak, memiliki pandangan realistis tentang anak, adanya usaha atau upaya dalam mencari solusi untuk membantu perkembangan anak serta dapat memenuhi cinta, kasih sayang dan perlindungan yang wajar kepada anak. Salah satu faktor yang membantu partisipan melalui proses penerimaan adalah adanya nilai-nilai religiusitas.Down syndrome is a condition that occurs when the fetus is still in the womb due to a genetic mutation on chromosome 21. Parental acceptance of a child with Down syndrome is important to maximize the growth and development of the child. This study aims to describe the process of parental acceptance of children with Down syndrome in the Kurra District South Sulawesi. This study used a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach and the participants in this study were two pairs of parents who had children with Down syndrome. Data was collected by using interview and observation techniques. The results of this study indicate that every married couple experiences the same process of acceptance of children with Down syndrome. The first participant pair experienced shock, sadness and acceptance. Meanwhile, the second participant pair directly experienced the acceptance phase. The acceptance of the two pairs of participants was marked by the following four characteristics, namely an understanding of the child's strengths and weaknesses, having a realistic view of the child, the existence of an effort or effort in finding solutions to help the child's development and being able to fulfill the love, affection and reasonable protection for the child. Perancangan Video Teaser DISKOMINFO Salatiga

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Salatiga atau yang sering dipanggil DISKOMINFO merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang bergerak dalam bidang komunikasi, teknologi dan informasi. DISKOMINFO Kota Salatiga bertugas untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat serta memberikan pelayanan terkait komunikasi dan teknologi kepada masyarakat Salatiga. Namun, pelayanan yang telah dibentuk oleh DISKOMINFO Kota Salatiga belum sepenuhnya terulurkan dengan baik kepada masyarakat. Masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui fasilitas dan kegunaan dari DISKOMINFO Kota Salatiga. Maka dari itu, perancangan ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan seluruh fasilitas-fasilitas yang DISKOMINFO Kota Salatiga miliki yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh setiap masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya. Hasil akhir dari perancangan ini adalah audio visual seperti video teaser yang dikemas secara informatif berdasarkan fasilitas-fasilitas yang diberikan dan video ini mampu dipublikasikan melalui setiap media yang dimiliki oleh DISKOMINFO Kota Salatiga agar bisa tersebar dengan baik kepada seluruh masyarakat.Salatiga City Communication and Informatics Office or often called DISKOMINFO is one of the government agencies engaged in communication, technology and information. DISKOMINFO Salatiga City is tasked with providing accurate information and services related to communication and technology to the people of Salatiga. However, the services that have been established by DISKOMINFO Salatiga City have not been fully extended to the community. There are still many people who don’t know the facilities and uses of DISKOMINFO Salatiga City. Therefore, this design aims to show all the facilities that DISKOMINFO Salatiga City has that can be utilized by every community in fulfilling their needs. The final result of this design is an audio-visual teaser video that is packaged in a informative way based on the facilities provided and this video is able to be published through every media owned by DISKOMINFO Salatiga City so that it can be spread well to the entire community

Accountability of Village Fund Management: Case Study in Bulusuka Village, Jeneponto Regency

This study aimed to describe and analyze the accountability of Village fund management in terms of the dimensions of transparency, liability, control, responsibility, and responsiveness in Jeneponto Regency, Bontoramba District, Bulusuka Village. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach that is phenomenological. Bontoramba Jeneponto Regency, South Sulawesi Province. Research informants included the internal village government, Bontoramba District Head, Regional Examination Team (TPD), Academics and NGOs. Data is collected through observation, interviews and documentaries, while data analysis is done through data collection, reduction, presentation and verification / conclusion. The results showed that the accountability of Village Fund management in terms of the dimensions of transparency, liability, control, responsibility, and responsiveness were not fully maximally managed accountably. The process of managing village funds in an accountable and transparent manner through the Musdus (hamlet deliberation) and Musdes (village deliberation) of budget designs and development programs and deliberations on budget realization and development program realization by installing information boards and billboards in public places, so that the public knows the process of managing village funds universally
