This is the first report of Diplopstomiasis among rainbow trout in Iran. In June 1997 Diplopstomiasis occurred within rainbow trout farm in west Azarbayjan province. Diagnosis was Diplostomum spathaceum. This farm has the sedimentation pound. 56 species fingerling with average body weight 4.4 gr examined. Maximum and minimum metacercaria counting revealed one to five pieces respectively. In autopsies of 7 cultured fishes with average body weight 29.2 gr maximum metacercaria counting was 25 and minimum was 1 metacercaria in each eye. 8 breeder with average body weight 572.8 gr examined and infestation was 100 percent. The Lymnaeidae snails near sedimentation pound autopsies and larval stage of parasite did not exist

On Februray 1998 in one of the trout farm of Kohkiloieh & Boyer Ahmad province was observed the mass mortality of trout fry with 3 centimeters total length. The rate of mortality was 40%. The sampling was done randomly from various traphs of hatchery hall and 200 fish fry sampled. Wet smears provided from skin and gill of 100 pieces of fish showed 100%infection to parasite Ichthyobodo which the contamination in skin was severe and about gills, it was moderate. Treatment procedures recommended of increasing water flow, decreasing fish density, formalin bath with proportion of 1:4000 for one hour with use of aeration in order to supplying dissolved oxygen needed (synchronously). Above recommendations were effective in decreasing of contamination load and mortality rate

Balancing supply and demand, mitigating market tumult, improving production efficiency and productivity, transparency, and traceability of strategic agricultural distribution networks depend on intelligent management of the agricultural supply chain. For that reason, the purpose of this applied research was to design a model of intelligent management of the supply chain of agricultural businesses. In this regard, after library studies, in the first step, field studies were conducted through in-depth interviews with 33 experts from the public and private sectors active in the agricultural supply chain, who were selected by theoretical and non-probabilistic sampling. To analyze the data, qualitative data-based and coding methods were used. The validity and reliability of qualitative data collection tools were confirmed and based on the research findings, 1556 open codes, 75 core codes, and 9 selected codes including economic and financial factors, marketing and sales, production and operation, institutional, infrastructure, and logistics, communication and information, technological, climatic, environmental, biological and political were identified; accordingly, the effective factors were classified by qualitative analysis using Maxqda2020 software. Then, the research paradigm model was designed based on 7 main factors (46 sub-factors), 8 supply chain strategies (34 strategic actions), and 23 financial and non-financial consequences to achieve intelligent supply chain management
