    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa moodlecloud pada bahasan materi himpunan matematika SMP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D (define, design, develop, and disseminate) yaitu 1) define untuk menentukan tujuan, 2) design merupakan perencanaan untuk membuat rancangan media, 3) develop adalah pengembangan media, dan dilakukan uji validasi ahli materi berjumlah 1 orang, ahli media berjumlah 1 orang, dan 35 siswa, 4) disseminate adalah penyebar luasan produk melalui situs web. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Pembelajaran dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali pertemuan. Rencana penelitian ini adalah : 1) Pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis moodlecloud melalui 4 tahap yang meliputi pengumpulan pendefinisian, tahap perancangan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap penyebaran. 2) Berdasarkan penilaian dari validator ahli pendidik, dan ahli media, yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat pemahaman dengan kriteria sangat layak. 3) Respon siswa terhadap bahan ajar berbasis moodlecloud yang dikembangkan memiliki kualitas dengan krikteria sangat layak

    The Application of Language Learning Strategies and Its Correlation with Motivation of the Students of Bec Pare

    Language Learning Strategies include certain activities of learners to learn second or foreign languages more easily and effectively. There are some factors affecting the choice of strategies including motivation. Motivation can determine human behavior to do something by energizing the behavior. In this study, the writer conducted an analysis about learning strategies and motivation of the students of BEC Pare. This study is conducted to discover: (1) language learning strategies applied by the students of TC 120 BEC Pare; (2) the motivation of the students of TC 120 BEC Pare; and (3) the correlation between the use of learning strategies and motivation of the students of TC 120 BEC Pare. This study uses descriptive quantitative approach as it deals with the statistical data to analyze the language learning strategies and motivation and also the correlations between those two variables. The participants of the study are the students of Training Class (TC) program of Basic English Course (BEC) Pare in the period of TC 120. The writer used two instruments to collect the data: Strategy Inventory for Language Learning (SILL) questionnaire and Motivated Strategies for Language Questionnaire (MSLQ). This study reveals that Social Strategies are the most dominant learning strategies and Task Value is the most motivational orientation of the students of TC 120 BEC Pare. It shows that most students tend to work with others and consider their interest and the importance of the course in learning English. In addition, this study reveals that there is a moderate correlation between language learning strategies and motivation. Five categories of learning strategies, namely: Memory-related Strategies, Cognitive, Meta-cognitive, Affective, and Social Strategies are significantly correlated with five motivational orientations: Extrinsic Goal Orientation, Task Value, Control of Learning Beliefs, Self-efficacy for Learning and Performance, and Test Anxiety. The writer suggests the next researchers to do further studies on learning strategies and motivation related to the students' achievement. She also suggests the teachers of TC Program of BEC Pare to be aware of the students' learning strategies and motivation because the teachers can influence their students to be motivated by certain learning program and tasks

    The recent study intends to uncover and analyze the effect of the issues relating to utility perception, practical perception, security and confidentiality, and taxpayers’knowledgeaboutinformation technology on the intensity of corporate taxpayers’behaviors in utilizing E-Filling. The study is conducted in three regencies, such as Dompu, Bima and the city of Bima. The population of the current study are 770 corporate taxpayers which are registered in Raba Bima Primary Tax Office and have utilized e-filling. There are 89 respondents involved which are generated by using SlovinTechnique. SPSS V.20 is applied to analyze data. The findings of the current study indicate that the issues relating to utility perception, practical perception, security and confidentiality have positive and significant impact on the intensity of corporate taxpayers’ behaviors in utilizing e - filling. Meanwhile, taxpayers’ knowledge about information technology has not positive and significant influence on the intensity of corporate taxpayers’ behaviors in utilizing e-filling. The implication of the current study for Raba Bima Primary Tax Office is that the tax office should consider the issues relating to utility perception, practical perception, security and confidentiality, and taxpayers’ knowledge about information technology in order to maximize the successfulness of utilizing e -filling and be adopted by entire corporate taxpayers

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi pengetahuan pelaku social commerce sebagai wajib pajak pengusaha tertentu dalam membayar pajak penghasilan atas usahanya.  Penentuan perilaku agen social commerce ketika dihadapkan pada tantangan membayar pajak penghasilan, dan bagaimana kendala yang dihadapi oleh petugas pajak atas transaksi social commerce pengumpulan pajak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan mewawancarai para pelaku perdagangan social. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama pelaku social commerce tidak membayar pajak penghasilan adalah kurangnya informasi jika mereka wajib pajak dan diharuskan membayar pajak atas penghasilan yang diterima. Mereka perlu memiliki kriteria yang jelas tentang perpajakan perdagangan social, jangka waktu pembayaran, dan kepastian bahwa mereka tidak dirugikan. Berbagai kendala yang dihadapi KPP untuk keperluan perpajakan juga terjadi transaksi social commerce, seperti kesulitan melacak siapa yang bertransaksi social commerce, kesulitan menentukan objek pajak (hingga formal digital), transaksi tidak hanya di wilayah pabean Indonesia

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan materi pembelajaran matematika berbasis kontekstual pada perangkat materi dengan menggunakan video pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupaka penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Model digunakan untuk mengadaptasi model yang dikembangkan oleh sugiyono, tetapi tidak untuk mementaskan produk massal. Subjek yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII MTs nurul Falah Kutabumi tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Hasil validasi bahan ajar memperoleh nilai rata’’ sebesar 82,14%. Hasil belajar uji coba skala kecil adalah 84 dan hasil belajar sekala besar adalah 84,33%. Sehingga materi pembelajaran berbasis kontekstual pada perangkat materi bangun ruang dengan berbantuan video sangat layat digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran interaksi sosial remaja yang bersekolah di homeschooling dengan menggunakan metode distance learning di Pekanbaru. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 6 (enam) orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan in-deepth interview dan observasi behavioral checklist. Teknik analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data model interaktif dari Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa remaja yang bersekolah di homeschooling dengan menggunakan metode distance learning melakukan interaksi sosial dengan teman sebaya melalui komunikasi dengan handphone yang menggunakan aplikasi blackberry messenger, whatsapp, facebook, dan twitter. Proses interaksi sosial remaja terjadi melalui proses imitasi yaitu remaja melakukan imitasi dengan tokoh idola, melalui internet, dan melalui televisi, sugesti yaitu remaja melakukan sugesti terhadap diri sendiri dan mendapatkan sugesti dari orangtua, tutor, dan teman, identifikasi yaitu remaja mengidentifikasikan dirinya terhadap orangtua, dan simpati, baik simpati terhadap teman sebaya yaitu remaja perlihatkan dengan memberikan solusi yang tepat kepada teman yang sedang mengalami kesulitan maupun simpati terhadap lawan jenis yaitu remaja perlihatkan dengan melakukan pendekatan kepada lawan jenis yang mereka sukai. Interaksi sosial remaja terjadi dalam dua bentuk, yaitu asosiatif berupa kerjasama dan disosiatif berupa pertentangan

    Based on agency theory, earnings management occurs because of differences in economic interests between managers as agents and owners of companies as principals, where each party seeks to achieve the desired level of prosperity. Many factors affect both internal and external earnings management. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, public share ownership (KSP) and institutional ownership (KINS) to earnings management (earning management).The sample in this research is the consumer goods industry sector listed on the BEI during the period 2013-2015. By using purposive sampling method, there are 42 companies that meet the criteria. Methods of data collection is done through documentation study and literature study. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the research gives the conclusion that partially profitability, leverage, public share ownership and institutional ownership have no effect to earnings management. While simultaneously all independent variables have no effect on earnings management
