    Di era revolusi industri 4.0 diperlukan suatu keterampilan yang dapat mengantarkan sesorang untuk sukses dalam kehidupannya. Keterampilan tersebut adalah keterampilan 4C yaitu keterampilan Critical Thinking, Communication, Creative Thinking, dan Collaboration. Keterampialn 4C ini dibutuhkan di abad 21. Keterampilan4C dapat dilatih melalui pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan. (1) Critical Thinking dan Creative Thingking, dapat dilatih dengan pendekatan yang diawali dengan masalah seperti dengan strategi pembelajaran problem based learning, project based learning, cooperatif group investigation, inquiry learningyang dalam penerapan strategi tersebut, dilanjutkan dengan tantangan berupa cara pemecahan masalahnyasecara berbeda-beda dengan melihat masalah tersebut dari berbagai sudut pandang.(2) Collaboration atau bekerjasama dapat dilatih melalui strategi coopererative learning dan strategi pembelajaran lain yang dilaksanakan secara berkelompok dengan memunculkan nilai-nilai pembelajaran kooperatif. (3) Communication dapat dilatih melalui: menyusun laporan hasil kegiatan, presentasi tugas proyek, diskusi kelompok/kelas, pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring), dan kegiatan lain yang menimbulkan interaksi antar peserta didik dengan peserta didik lain, dosen, dan dengan sivitas sekolah/kampus lainnya

    PERBEDAAN AROMA DAN TEKSTUR SELAI PADA BERBAGAI KOMPOSISI RUMPUT LAUT Eucheuma cottonii DAN BUAH STRAWBERRY (Fragaria annanasa)

    Terbatasnya produk olahan yang berasal dari pemanfaatan rumput laut Eucheuma cotonnii karena memerlukan langkah pengembangan untuk menjadi produk olahan selai. Produk olahan selai dari rumput laut memiliki aroma yang tidak disukai karena memiliki bau yang amis, warna yang dihasilkan kurang menarik dan dari segi rasa tidak enak sehingga bahan alami perlu ditambahkan. Strawberry menjadi salah satu alternatif pilihan bahan alami dikarenakan masyarakat sudah terbiasa mengkonsumsi selai berbahan dasar buah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan aroma dan tekstur selai pada berbagai variasi komposisi rumput laut Eucheuma cottonii dan buah strawberry melalui skala hedonic. Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) digunakan dalam penelitian dengan 6 perlakuan. Perlakuan pada penelitian yaitu rasio rumput latu dan strawberry terdiri atas 6 level. pada setiap level diberikan perlakuan pengulangan sebanyak empat (4) kali, sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 24 unit percobaan. Pengujian mutu selai dilakukan menggunakan skala hedonic dengan menggunakan 15 panelis. Hasil pengujian mutu selai pada parameter aroma score tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan P6 (50% rumput laut dengan 50% strawberry) dan P5 (60% rumput laut dengan 40% strawbery), berbeda bermakna dengan perlakuan lainnya dengan score 4,50 ± 0,57 (suka) dan terendah pada P1 dengan score 2,50 ± 0,50 (tidak suka). Uji hedonic pada parameter tekstur terdapat perbedaan secara bermakna antara perlakuan dimana nilai tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan P6 dengan score rata - rata 4,50 ± 0,57 (suka) dan terendah pada P1 dengan score 3,00 ± 0,00 (agak suka).Terbatasnya produk olahan yang berasal dari pemanfaatan rumput laut Eucheuma cotonnii karena memerlukan langkah pengembangan untuk menjadi produk olahan selai.      Tujuan kajian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala dalam implementasi pendidikan inklusif, serta solusi yang dapat mengoptimalkan penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif melalui perbaikan aspek input dan prosesnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kendala dalam pendidikan inklusif meliputi guru pembimbing khusus yang kurang memadai, kompetensi minim guru reguler, persepsi keliru tentang Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, kurikulum yang belum disesuaikan, serta kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang ramah dengan solusi meningkatkan guru pembimbing, pelatihan untuk guru reguler, sosialisasi tentang Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, adaptasi kurikulum, dan peningkatan fasilitas.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Auditory Intellectualy Repetition (AIR) berbantuan media konkret terhadap aktivitas dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Kelayu Kecamatan Selong tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa keas V di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Kelayu Kecamatan Selong tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest posttest design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan one sample t-test. Hasil hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa 63,95 dan menunjukkan kategori tinggi. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model Auditory Intelletualy Repetition berantuan media konkret terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa kelas V di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Kelayu Kecamatan Selong Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022.  Kemudian hasil hipotesis kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa menunjukkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 2,396 (thitung) ≥ 2,101 (t tabel) yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model Auditory Intelletualy Repetition berbantuan media konkret terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Kelayu Kecamatan Selong Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022

    This research aims to improve natural science teacher's ability in primary school cluster IV sub-district Sukasada in writing lesson plans implementation based on standard process through feedback technique in KKG activity. The result shows that in cycle I, teacher's ability in writing lesson plans refers to Permendiknas No. 41 Tahun 2007 was 69,57% and categorized as sufficient. While in cycle II, teacher's ability in writing lesson plans refers to Permendiknas No. 41 Tahun 2007 was 96,52% and can be categorized as very good. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the implementation of feedback technique in KKG activity was very effective to improve natural science teacher's ability in writing lesson plans implementation based on standard process in primary school cluster IV sub-district Sukasada

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of Santi Sarma's activities namely Monday and Friday Learning Together which is an effort by teachers and principals to face an independent curriculum by utilizing the independent teaching platform (PMM) at SDN 1 Melinggih Kelod, Payangan sub-district, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province and its problems. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study method. The research subjects were nine teachers at the elementary school who were implementing the independent curriculum. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used an interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the teachers at Melinggih Kelod 1 Elementary School have utilized various menus at PMM in Santi sarma activities. This activity is very effective in efforts to increase teacher productivity, especially in terms of learning tools and teacher innovation to develop learning that ends in real action with students in their respective classes. The obstacles found in the implementation of PMM in this santi sarma activity are the ability of teachers who are approaching retirement to access and apply the PMM menu and the busyness of teachers due to obligations in traditional activities. The commitment of the teachers and the full support of the principal who facilitated this activity brought new colors and enthusiasm to the culture of quality and the learning culture of teachers which led to improving the abilities and character of students

    The Color Concept of Baju Bodo as Traditional Clothing at Schools in Makassar: Philosophical Perspective and Ethno-Policy Framework

    This study aims to examine the philosophical perspective of the Bodo shirt as one of the traditional clothes of South Sulawesi, which will be applied in the regulations for the use of traditional clothes in schools in Makassar City. This is based on the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 50 of 2022 concerning School Uniforms for Students at the Elementary and Secondary Education Levels. This study used a qualitative approach with an ethnomethodological research design. Data analysis used indexicality analysis and reflexivity analysis. This analysis is intended to provide an overview of group agreement regarding the use of Baju Bodo in elementary school policies as one of the local cultural assets as well as the implementation of ethno-policies for cultural literacy. Determination of informants was carried out by means of purposive sampling, namely researchers who determine the informants themselves to be interviewed based on representative considerations. The informants in this study included teachers, school principals, and community leaders who knew about the philosophy of the Baju Bodo and the color schemes used in the use of Baju Bodo for the Bugis people of South Sulawesi. The results of the study show that in a philosophical study the structure of the baju bodo represents the characteristics of Bugis-Makassar women in general. The distribution of colors in Baju Bodo is divided into two types, the first is in everyday life, such as children under the age of 10 wearing Baju Bodo which are usually called Waju Pella-Pella, this shirt is Ivory Yellow. This shirt is called waju pella-pella or butterfly because it depicts the world of small children who are full of joy.
