    SISTEM PENGELOLAAN NILAI RAPOR BERBASIS VBA DI MTS ALI MAKSUM

    Pengelolaan nilai rapor berbentuk cetakan merupakan format baru dalam penyajian rapor. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) merancangan dan membangun sistem pengelolaan nilai rapor berbasis VBA di MTs Ali Maksum, dan (2) Mengetahui kualitas perangkat lunak sistem pengelolaan nilai rapor berbasis VBA di MTs Ali Maksum berdasarkan aspek functionality, reliability, efficiency, maintainability, usability, dan portability dalam software quality testing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) sesuai dengan kaidah rekayasa perangkat lunak yaitu model waterfall. Prosedur pengembangan penelitian antara lain: (1) Analisis kebutuhan meliputi pengumpulan data dengan melakukan studi literatur, observasi, wawancara, (2) Desain meliputi desain arsitektural, desain prosedural, serta desain interface, (3) Pengkodean meliputi persiapan lingkungan pengembangan, serta implementasi interface program, dan (4) Pengujian meliputi analisis kualitas functionality, portability, maintainability dan efficiency yang dilakukan dengan metode observasi serta analisis kualitas usability dan reliability yang dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Berdasarkan prosedur pengujian yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil perancangan sistem pengelolaan nilai rapor melalui serangkaian proses pengembangan perangkat lunak, dan hasil pengujian aplikasi. Hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai: (1) functionality dengan nilai 100% yang berarti memenuhi standar Microsoft Certification Logo, (2) reliability dengan nilai 100% masuk dalam skala “sangat tinggi”, (3) efficiency degan waktu respon 1,51 detik masuk dalam skala “sangat puas”, (4) maintainability memiliki nilai “sangat baik”, (5) usability dengan nilai 92 yang berarti sangat layak pada rentang skala Likert, dan (6) portability dengan nilai 100% masuk dalam skala “sangat tinggi”. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengelolaan nilai rapor berbasis VBA di MTs Ali Maksum telah memenuhi keenam aspek kualitas yang diteliti yaitu functionality, reliability, efficiency, maintainability, usability, dan portability.     COVID-19 yang telah dinyatakan sebagai suatu pandemi global telah merenggut hampir seluruh moda kehidupan. Ekonomi menjadi sektor yang paling terdampak, namun pendidikan tidak kalah terdampaknya dengan sektor ekonomi. Perguruan Tinggi Islam sebagai lembaga pendidikan ikut terguncang pada sistem pengelolaannya hingga sistem pembelajarannya. UIN Sunan Kalijaga sebagai salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Islam ikut terdampak. Permasalahan pembelajaran daring yang ada di UIN Sunan Kalijaga didapatkan tiga sudut pandang permasalahan, yakni dari sisi pengelola, dosen, dan mahasiswa. Problematika tersebut ditelaah ke dalam analisis SWOT dan menghasilkan sasaran strategi yang dapat digunakan UIN Sunan Kalijaga untuk dapat menjaga eksistensinya dengan pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi COVID-19.     Pendidikan berkualitas merupakan harapan bagi seluruh elemen pendidikan. Harapan tersebut merupakan investasi mahal yang harus didukung dengan pembiayaan yang menunjang. Tujuan penelitian mengkaji manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan berbasis bebas sumbangan pembinaan pendidikan. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan progam manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan Ethologi Kemanusiaan. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 3 orang, kepala sekolah, pengawas manajerial, guru dan tenaga administrasi pendidikan. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber yang dilaksanakan dengan cara membandingkan informasi berbagai sumber dalam penilitian.  Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan pendidikan berbasis bebas sumbangan pembinaan pendidikan di SMK Cendekia Madiun dilakukan dengan cara mengelola manajemen pembiayaan, berdasarkan 3 langkah metode konseptual manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan. Tahapan pertama yakni perencanaan dengan melakukan penyusunan RKaS. Tahapan kedua yakni pengaplikasian dengan pengelolaan penerimaan dana dari BOS, BPOPP, serta UNIPMA, dan pengelolaan hasil unit usaha sebagai sumber dana pendidikan lain. Tahapan ketiga yakni pengawasan dengan membentuk tim SPI (Sistem Pengendalian Itern), melakukan pelaporan berupa LPJ (Laporan Pertanggungn Jawaban), serta melakukan pengecekan 3 bulan sekali

    This study aims to describe the theory of learning cognitivism in learning according to the views of David P. Ausebel and Robert M. Gagne. This research uses a qualitative approach to content analysis and descriptive research design. The results of this study show that cognitive learning theory is more concerned with the learning process than the learning outcomes themselves. Ausubel's theory of meaningful learning occurs when a person learns by associating new phenomena into the structure of their knowledge. In the process of learning a person constructs what he has learned and associates new experiences, phenomena and facts into the structure of their knowledge. According to Rober M. Gagne, learning is a set of processes that are internal to each individual as a result of the transformation of stimuli derived from external events in the environment of the individual concerned (conditions).     The research that the researchers conducted had the aim of knowing and describing the role of a principal's leadership in shaping religious character and to find out how the implementation of the principal's role in shaping the religious character of students at SMK Cendekia Kota. Madison. The research uses descriptive (qualitative) research and uses a technique or method of purposive sampling. There are six roles of a principal in shaping the religious character of students. From the research, the researcher shows that the principal of SMK Cendekia Madiun carries out the role as a leader by carrying out the principal's leadership function; as an educator by providing knowledge or teaching, encouragement and direction to teachers, employees and students; as a manager by planning activities to realize religious character building activities; as administrator with the preparation, financing and documentation of all school programs. The school principal provides support for religious activity programs, starting from the provision of funds in the form of fees; as a leader by formulating and determining the goals to be achieved and deciding the planning of religious character building activities; being a motivator providing a motivation to all teachers, employees, students and managing the physical environment and work atmosphere; as a supervisor by carrying out various observations, supervision and control, in the implementation of religious character building activities

    Social restrictions that affect various aspects of life have encouraged Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari to be able to survive and continue to carry out the Islamic boarding school learning process. The learning of the book which is the main learning in Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari has shifted its implementation methods. This happened as a form of learning development in Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari during the covid-19 pandemic. Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari runs the strategic management stage in the implementation of learning development during the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study, as follows: (1) To find out the implementation of strategy management carried out in the development of Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari learning during the covid-19 pandemic; (2) To know the ideal concept of strategy management in the development of Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a type of qualitative research using a phenomenological research approach. Data collection is done with observation techniques (participant observation), interview (in depth interview), and documentation. While data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data displays, and data validity checks through source triangulation and then conclusion withdrawal. Based on the results of research with the title of Strategic Management in the Development of Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic it was found that: (1) Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari has implemented strategy management in its learning development process during the covid-19 pandemic ranging from environmental observation, strategy formulation, implementation, to evaluation; (2) The ideal concept of strategy management based on Hunger and Wheelen, the development of Learning Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari during the covid-19 pandemic must be able to identify uncertainties in every internal and external analysis carried out, identify possible shifts in external variables can be considered, devise strategies that are able to answer the formulation of W-T (strategies that minimize weaknesses and avoid threats), preparing a budget as needed in the strategy implementation process, comparing the performance that has been carried out with the performance standards to be achieved in the beginning

    ANALYSIS OF CONTEXT, INPUT, PROCESS, AND PRODUCT (CIPP) MODEL EVALUATION IN THE KIBAR GUIDANCE PROGRAM IN LEARNING TO READ AND WRITE AL-QUR’AN AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DURING COVID-19

    This study describes the analysis of the evaluation of the CIPP model (context, input, process, and product) in the KIBAR guidance program in learning to read and write the Al-Qur’an at SD Muhammadiyah Condongcatur Yogyakarta during the covid-19 period. Using qualitative descriptive-analytical approach. The data in this study were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed in three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The primary data are the Principal, Teachers, and Students. The results showed that the CIPP evaluation model was carried out in a way, first, at the context stage, an problems analysis that occurred related to students' ability to read and write the Al-Qur’an. Second, at the input stage, a study was conducted on the obstacles and factors causing the low ability to read and write the Al-Qur’an and apply the KIBAR method as a solution. Third, at the process stage, an analysis of the effectiveness of the KIBAR program which is conceptualy considered well but there are obstacles. During covid-19, teachers had hardship teaching because they did not meet face-to-face. Fourth, at the product evaluation stage, an assessment of the success of the KIBAR Program is carried out which in general is quite good. However, there are still deficiencies in the activeness and seriousness of some students due to online learning. The deficiencies that occur are evaluated and become the material for continuous improvement of the KIBAR program. Through the evaluation of the CIPP model, the KIBAR approach is regarded to be able to increase students' fluency in reading the Al-Qur’an but during the Covid-19 period, it is not as much as face-to-face learning.Penelitian ini menguraikan analisis evaluasi model CIPP (context, input, process dan product) pada program bimbingan KIBAR dalam pembelajaran baca tulis Al-Qur’an di SD Muhammadiyah Condongcatur Yogyakarta di masa covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif analitis. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan tiga tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yakni Kepala Sekolah, Ustadz/Ustadzah, dan Siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model evaluasi CIPP dilakukan dengan cara, pertama, pada tahap context dilakukan analisis permasalahan yang terjadi terkait kemampuan siswa dalam baca tulis Al-Qur’an dan perumusan solusi. Kedua, pada tahap input dilakukan kajian mengenai hambatan dan faktor-faktor penyebab rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam baca tulis Al-Qur’an siswa dan menerapkan metode KIBAR seagai solusi. Ketiga, pada tahap proses dilakukan analisis efektivitas pelaksanaan program KIBAR yang secara umum dinilai sudah berjalan baik sesuai konsep namun terdapat hambatan. Selama covid-19, para guru mengalami kesulitan mengajar karena tidak tatap muka secara langsung. Keempat, pada tahap evaluasi produk dilakukan penilaian terhadap keberhasilan Program KIBAR yang secara umum sudah cukup baik. Namun masih terdapat kekurangan dalam hal keaktifan dan keseriusan beberapa siswa karena pembelajaran daring tidak efektif. Kekurangan-kekurangan yang terjadi dievaluasi dan menjadi bahan penyempurnaan program KIBAR secara terus-menerus. Melalui Evaluasi model CIPP, pendekatan KIBAR dinilai dapat membantu peningkatan kefasihan peserta didik dalam membaca Al-Qur'an namun di masa covid-19 tidak semaksimal pembelajaran tatap muka
