    Effectiveness Of Online Learning and Physical Activities Study In Physical Education During Pandemic Covid 19

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning and physical activity in Physical Education with online media during the covid 19. Pandemic is a descriptive quantitative research about learning conditions using online learning. The population in this study SMA Plus Alfatimah students who carry out online learning. The samples in this study were Class X, XI and XII sample using total sampling. There are 346 respondes. The data collection instrument used online learning questionnaire used google form. Data analysis used descriptive statistics. The study showed that, students assessed physical education learning with online learning is very effective (8.3%) effective (36.9%) normal (40.2%) although there are also students who think ineffective online learning (11.6) very ineffective (2.9%). Result research on physical activity during the covid pandemic 19 (4.6) students do very high physical activity, (19.9%) in the high category. (69.7%) medium category and (5.8%) in low category. Types of sports activities that are conducted by students (65.1 °%) health sports, (23.2%) recreational sports, (9.1%) sports education, (2.6%) accomplishment sports. The habits of students has changes because this pandemic. Students are more often help parents activities at home. Habit changes due to during the pandemic, students do not live in school dormitories but in school respective homes. During online activities most of the students do not experienced significant impacts both physically and psychologically. Learners tend to be more interested in a mix of learning both online and offline. Students also have a deep level of interest use of certain online media used by educators. Learners also have an interest in the approach to using online learning methods

    Analysis of Basic Forehand Table Tennis Skills at El-Jiilany Club, Tuban Regency

    The training process in developing high-performance athletes is still not optimal as only 3 out of 10 athletes have achieved success. The purpose of this research is to analyze 10 athletes' basic forehand strokes using selected instruments to identify the reasons behind their lack of success in performing the fundamental movements. The research design is descriptive, employing a theory-based approach to collect, analyze, and present the gathered data. This study is quantitative in nature, with a sample size of 10 athletes. A practical test instrument was used for the analysis. The results of the research show the analysis of basic forehand stroke skills, including the initial posture, execution, and final posture, among the athletes at El-Jilany Club in Tuban Regency in 2022. Overall, the analysis indicates that the athletes' basic forehand stroke skills are satisfactory. However, there are still some athletes who demonstrate low skill levels in execution and final posture. The novelty of this research lies in the use of a practical test instrument selected by the researcher to analyze the basic forehand stroke skills of high-performance athletes. Furthermore, the study provides insights into the analysis of basic forehand stroke skills among successful athletes in a specific club, serving as a reference for athlete development in the same or other clubs

    THE EFFECT OF PANDEMIC ON PHYSICAL EDUCATION LEARNING IN MUHAMMADIYAH 4 BALEN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

    The purpose of this study was to find out how the impact of covid-19 on physical education learning in junior high schools in one of the schools in the balen sub-district, bojonegoro district. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative survey method using questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire consists of 10 questions that aim to reveal whether or not the impact of COVID-19 has on physical education learning at the Muhammadiyah junior high school 4 Balen. The respondents of this study were 88 people, consisting of 15 teachers and 73 students. Based on the findings of this study, at the Muhammadiyah junior high schools 4 Balen, 38,4% of the 88 samples said that the pandemic greatly affected the learning process, including physical education learning. While 34.7% said the pandemic did not have much effect on the learning of students

    Demi mewujudkan merdeka belajar perlu adanya sebuah dorongan untuk berprestasi khususnya dalam bidang olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterampilan tenis meja dalam mewujudkan MBKM. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif non eksperimen. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet UKM tenis meja Unugiri yang berjumlah 12 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive sampling dengan pengelompokan sampel sesuai kriteria usia 18 – 21 tahun. Pada penelitian ini, instrumen yang digunakan adalah teknik Spin, Block, Chop, Push, dan Drive. Teknik analisis data menggunakan prosentase. Pukulan yang mendominasi permainan adalah service forehand, drive forehand, smash forehand. Pukulan forehand secara keseluruhan mendominasi dalam permainan tenis meja pada penelitian ini. Servis yang mendominasi adalah teknik forehand. Aspek drive paling digunakan dengan melakukan pukulan lebih dari 50% dari prosentase keseluruhan namun pada aspek smash atlet jarang melakukan, peneliti menyoroti pemain masih pada level bawah dan akurasinya rendah. Kecepatan bola, akurasi, dan pengulangan disarankan menjadi indikator kunci level permainan. Kecepatan dan akurasi bola secara signifikan berkorelasi dengan peringkat pemain dalam sebuah kompetisi.     This study describes the strength, concentration, interest, physical activity and body mass index between regular schools and Islamic boarding schools based schools. The results of this study were carried out as material for evaluating the interests of interests. This research is a non-experimental quantitative research. The sample in this study were high school students in regular schools and Islamic boarding schools in Kab. Bojonegoro. The number of regular students is 221, students of Islamic boarding schools are 245. The instruments used to measure the variables of this study include: the strength variable (Push Up, Sit Up, Back Up). Concentration variable using grid concentration test. Interest variables using a questionnaire. The physical activity variable used the international physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ short). The body mass index variable uses the national nutritional obesity formula. This research was conducted semi-online. Items of interest and physical activity were carried out offline, while physical fitness, concentration and body mass index were carried out boldly. Regular school excels at item strength and physical activity. Islamic boarding school-based schools are superior in concentration and interest. Regular school students tend to be obese than boarding school students

    Perkembangan gerak pada anak usia dini sangat penting untuk memastikan kemampuan motorik yang baik. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi aktivitas di luar ruangan terhadap perkembangan gerak anak usia dini dan bagaimana menyusun aktivitas yang tepat di luar ruangan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah aktivitas di luar ruangan dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan motorik anak usia dini, serta bagaimana cara menyusun aktivitas yang tepat di luar ruangan untuk membantu anak-anak mengembangkan kemampuan geraknya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data berupa test dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa program latihan yang tepat untuk menstimulus motorik anak usia dini adalah program yang mencakup aktivitas fisik seperti berjalan, lari, melompat, mendorong atau menarik, mengendalikan bola, memanjat tangga, merangkak, berdiri tanpa dukungan, mengambil benda dengan jari-jari, meningkatkan daya tahan fisik
