MANAJEMEN HUBUNGAN MASYARAKAT (HUMAS) DAN PEMASARAN RS PKU MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA

Public Relations of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta has an important role in improving the quality of services at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta. That will make public believe that PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta has good quality health services that can maintain customer relationships, and increased profit at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta. Purpose: This study aims to knowing general overview of Public Relations and Marketing at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta. Methods: This research is qualitative research with observation and interview method for data collection in Public Relations and Marketing at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta. Results: Based on the results, public relations management and marketing of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital is implemented by planning, organizing, actuating, controlling and evaluating. The marketing mix is doing on product, price, promotion, and place. Conclusion: Hospital marketing mix activities have been doing well and there needs to be additional people, process and physical evidence elements to improve the marketing and image of the Hospital

Gaya Kepemimpinan Perempuan

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada gaya kepemimpinan perempuan yang bertujuan menemukan model gaya kepemimpinan yang khas pada perempuan. Metode penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan kajian teoritis dari penulusuran jurnal-jurnal penelitian, buku dan makalah lainnya. Hasil penelitian-penelitian masalah gender umumnya menunjukkan tidak banyak perbedaan gender dalam hal organisasi. Namun jika gender dihubungkan dengan gaya kepemimpinan terlihat adanya gaya tertentu khas perempuan, tapi bukan karena perbedaan jenis kelamin, namun lebih pada factor karakteristik/tuntutan pekerjaan. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dengan gaya kepemimpinan perempuan. Jika karakteristik pekerjaan dihubungkan dengan gaya kepemimpinan perempuan secara umum gaya kepemimpinan perempuan terbagi 2 (dua) yaitu gaya kepemimpinan feminism-maskulin dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional-transaksional.

Peran Religiusitas dalam Meningkatkan Psychological Well Being

Psychological well being merupakan suatu konsep yang berkaitan dengan apa yang dirasakan individu mengenai aktivitas dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari dalam mengevaluasi diri sendiri dan kualitas serta pengalaman hidup. Evaluasi terhadap pengalaman akan membuat seseorang menjadi pasrah terhadap keadaan dan membuat psychological well beingnya rendah atau berusaha memperbaiki hidupnya yang akan membuat psychological well beingnya meningkat. Itu berarti tinggi rendahnya psychological well being individu, tergantung dari bagaimana individu itu sendiri secara efektif dapat mengatur sumber-sumber sekitarnya baik internal maupun eksternal dalam memaksimalkan tingkat fungsional. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi psychological well being seseorang adalah tingkat menjalankan ritual agama seseorang, yang dapat dilihat dari kualitas dan kuantitas atau disebut denga religiusitas.Beberapa teori menjelaskan adanya keterkaitan antara religiusitas dengan psychological well being yang berarti bahwa komitmen religious mempunyai hubungan dengan salah satu dimensi psychological well being yaitu hubungan positif dengan orang lain. Semakin baik komitmen religius seseorang maka semakin baik pula tingkat hubungan dengan lingkungannya kerena dengan berbagai aktivitas keagamaan maka dapat meningkatkan rasa solidaritas kelompok dan memperkuat ikatan kekeluargaan sehingga akan meningkatkan psychological well bein

Penetrasi Sosial dalam Pernikahan Beda Budaya

Suku di Indonesia memiliki sistem kekerabatan yang berbeda-beda. Sistem kekerabatan adalah hubungan kekeluargaan melalui perkawinan. Secara garis besar, Indonesia mengenal tiga bentuk sistem kekerabatan, yaitu matrilineal, patrilineal, dan bilateral. Sebuah perkawinan akan membentuk sebuah keluarga. Keluarga adalah sistem sosial yang alami dengan hubungan darah, perkawinan atau adopsi serta budaya. Realitas budaya berpengaruh dan berperan dalam komunikasi. ANALISIS TEKNIK DIGITAL MARKETING DALAM APLIKASI TIKTOK (STUDI KASUS AKUN @cicichania96)V

Tiktok, which has many features and its rapidly growing presence, can now be used by anyone to do many things, one of which can be used for creativity to promote a business they have. This study aims to be able to find out and analyze techniques for using digital marketing in the @cicichania96 tiktok application. The concept used in this research is New Media. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a digital ethnographic approach. The data collection technique used by the researcher is by conducting online observations and reinforced by documentation. Digital marketing aims as the application of digital technology to create a channel that can be interconnected with consumers so that the wishes of the perpetrators can run according to their goals. The results of this study indicate that the @cicichania96 tiktok account uses digital marketing techniques, which can be seen from how to upload videos and do live broadcasts

MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN PASSING BAWAH BOLAVOLI MELALUI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN ALAT BANTU PADA SISWA KELAS VIII A DI MTS NEGERI 3 SUKABUMI

This research aims to know the skills passing down volleyball through the media learning tools in the MTs Student Affairs 3 Sukabumi. This research uses research methods class action (PTK). This research population is grade VIII A MTs Country 3 Sukabumi, totalling 36 students. Based on the results of observation increase passing down volleyball using the media tools for cycles I and II, of the results of the research there is a process of improvement of each cycle. From the results of the test there is a number of the overall results of the 36 students with a total of 2,856 and the average results obtained 79,333 from the results obtained response for researchers because changes derived from meeting to meeting very increase

PERBEDAAN PERILAKU ALTRUISME DITINJAU DARI TIPE KEPRIBADIAN DAN JENIS KELAMIN PADA REMAJA SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS

Altruism is a helping act carried out without coercion and without expecting compensation from the person being helped. This study aims to determine differences in altruistic behavior in terms of personality types and gender in high school adolescents. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there are differences in altruistic behavior in terms of personality types and gender in high school adolescents. The subjects of this study were 71 students of SMA Negeri 6 Metro. This study uses two data collection methods, first, the psychological scale (altruism behavior scale) of 35 items (α = 0, 937). Second, using 60 personality test instruments (MBTI) with the number stated in the respondent's gender identity. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be taken the results of the analysis of FA = 13,433 with p = 0,000 (p <0.01) which means there are differences in altruistic behavior in terms of personality types. FB = 13, 433 with p = 0,000 (p <0.01) which means that there are differences in altruistic behavior in terms of gender. ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI EKSPOR SARANG BURUNG DI INDONESIA

Indonesia is a country rich in natural resources and with a wealth of this nature, Indonesian people are able to get care from nature. Indonesia is the largest swallow nest producer in the world, with an average production of 500-600 tons (2011 period). The purpose of this study was to find out the factors of Indonesian bird nest exports to China. SWOT is the analytical method used in this study. Strategic planning methods are used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in a project or business speculation. A target pattern of structure that is mutually supportive and complementary leads to a comprehensive goal. As preparation for planning, in order to be able to choose and set strategies and objectives so that programs and projects are arranged that are effective and efficient. The results of the analysis using SWOT show that the strategy can be applied by swallow nest breeders in Indonesia is a strategy that uses the power to take advantage of opportunities and instead take advantage of opportunities and make them a force. This strategy uses the company’s internal strength to take advantage of external opportunities. Swallow nest farmers can use the strategy of previous breeders who have exported swallow nest products by fixing some weaknesses and avoiding or surviving against the threat of the company by creating a more competitive strategy

Antidiabetic Activity of Banana Peel Extract : Effect on Hyperglycemia, Hyperlipidemia and Augmented Oxidative Stress in Diabetes Mellitus

Diabetes mellitus is one of the common metabolic disorders acquiring around 2.8% of the world's population and is anticipated to cross 5.4% by the year 2025. In 2012, the number of diabetes sufferers in Indonesia ranked as the seventh largest number of diabetics as many as 7.6 million and according to the WHO the prevalence of diabetes cases will continue to rise up to 154% in 2030. Since long back herbal medicines have been the highly esteemed source of medicine therefore, they have become a growing part of modern, high-tech medicine. From the review it was suggested that banana peel contained large amounts of dopamine and L-dopa, catecholamines with a significant antioxidant activity. The banana peel also shown the ability as antioxidants to prevent the oxidation of fish oil and might be considered as rich sources of natural antioxidant. Thus, from the review majorly, the antidiabetic activity of banana peel is attributed to the presence of pectin (10-21%), lignin (6-12%), cellulose (7,6- 9.6%), and hemicellulose (from 6.4 to 9.4%) which show reduction in blood glucose levels. Another research shown that pectin can also against hypercholesterolemia with decreasing total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol. Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Work-Life Balance Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pekanbaru Kota

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pekanbaru Kota. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik regresi linear berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 34 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dan menggunakan kuesioner/angket dan wawancara sebagai intrumen penelitian. Melalui uji instrumen data dan teknik analisis data yang meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji persamaan regresi, uji parsial (t), uji simultan (F), dan uji koefisien determinasi ( ) diperoleh hasil bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar  (2,675)  (1,696), work-life balance berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar  (5,048)  (1,696), dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan work-life balance berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pekanbaru Kota sebesar 56,4%
