The study was conducted in kabupaten kuantan singing whit the aim of obtaining the impormation of the social impact of illegal gold mining. Several problem in this study are (1) who the perpetrators of gold mining without permission in the village sungai sorik (2) what are the social impact of illegal gold mining in the village sungai sorik (3) whether there is a relationship of social mobility of livelihood to social mobility. The title of this study “The Social Impact Of Illegal Gold Mining In The Village Sungai Sorik Kecamatan Kuanta Hilir Seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi”.     Penyakit hipertensi pada kehamilan berperan besar dalam morbiditas dan mortalitas maternal dan perinatal, dengan setengah sampai dua per tiganya didiagnosis mengalami preeklampsia. Jenis obat antihipertensi juga sangat bervariasi, sehingga menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam mempertimbangkan penggunaannya pada pasien hipertensi, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis efektivitas biaya agar dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan obat yang efektif secara manfaat dan biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terapi pengobatan yang lebih cost-effectiveness untuk penggunaan antihipertensi pada pasien preeklampsia di Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih tahun 2017-2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain cross sectional dengan metode deskriptif analitik dan pendekatan retrospektif, dengan mengambil data sekunder dari rekam medik pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih tahun 2017-2018. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 rekam medik. Dari 42 sampel didapatkan hasil bahwa penggunaan obat antihipertensi yang paling cost effective pada pasien preeklampsi di instalansi rawat inap RSIJ Cempaka Putih tahun 2017-2018 adalah Amlodipine, dengan nilai ACER sebesar Rp 12.608

    Ab-initio study of mechanical, half-metallic and optical properties of Mn2ZrX (X = Ge, Si) compounds

    The structural, elastic, electronic, magnetic and optical properties of Mn2 based full-Heusler alloys, Mn2ZrGe and Mn2ZrSi, were investigated by the first-principles full-potential linearized augmented plane wave (FP-LAPW) method in the framework of the Density Functional Theory. The AlCu2Mn-type structure was considered for both compounds. Based on E-V calculation, the ferromagnetic (FM) state was more stable than paramagnetic (PM) state. So, in the FM state the equilibrium lattice parameter was calculated as 5.995 Å and 6.079 Å for Mn2ZrSi and Mn2ZrGe respectively. The integer value 2.000 µB is obtained for total magnetic moments of both compounds that is perfectly consistent with Slater-Pauling rule. These alloys in the minority spin channel have metallic property while in the majority spin channel, they have band gap that confirms their semiconductor properties. Elastic properties of the alloys such as bulk modulus B, shear modulus G, Young’s modulus E and Poisson's modulus ν were obtained. Also, optical properties like dielectric function, reflectivity, energy loss function, absorption coefficient and optical conductivity were calculated.
