In most of its applications, Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) has been improved patient safety by reducing medication errors and subse- quent adverse drug events (ADEs). Medication error such as elixir in writing, determination of dose, and correct drug type used for patient with certain health condition in health services can be reduced. But, the CPOE still has some weknesses such as additional time to entry the patient information by physician to the sistem. To evaluate the impact of end-user perception using CPOE sistem on patient safety medication, a qualitative research has been conducted at Gadjah Mada Medical Health Center which has adopted this sistem for ten years. Data and informations were collected by in-depth interviewing nine physicians (seven general docters and two specialists) as end-user informen using interview guide, tape recorder, note-book, and checklist observation tools. The results show that ten year CPOE implemention has improved the effectiveness and efficiency of medical health care, but potential adverse drug event (ADE) such as drug prescription errors still occur as a result of patient-physician communication distraction due to additional time for data entry. It is concluded that CPOE sistem has not been able to support decision to prevent the ADEs in patient medication

Abstract—Computed Tomography (CT) imaging is one of the conventional tools used to diagnose ischemic in Posterior Fossa (PF). Radiologist commonly diagnoses ischemic in PF through CT imaging manually. However, such a procedure could be strenuous and time consuming for large scale images, depending on the expertise and ischemic visibility. With the rapid development of computer technology, automatic image classification based on Machine Learning (ML) is widely been developed as a second opinion to the ischemic diagnosis. The practical performance of ML is challenged by the emergence of deep learning applications in healthcare. In this study, we evaluate the performance of deep transfer learning models of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN); VGG-16, GoogleNet and ResNet-50 to classify the normal and abnormal (ischemic) brain CT images of PF. This is the first study that intensively studies the application of deep transfer learning for automated ischemic classification in the posterior part of brain CT images. The experimental results show that ResNet-50 is capable to achieve the highest accuracy performance in comparison to other proposed models. Overall, this automatic classification provides a convenient and time-saving tool for improving medical diagnosis

This research investigates the role of tax avoidance in mediating the effect of GCG and CSRD on firm value. In this study, the samples were 31 manufacturing companies in the 2016-2019 period with 124 annual report that were processed using SEM-PLS. The results showed that institutional ownership and CSRD did not affect tax avoidance. Meanwhile, the independent board of commissioners affected tax avoidance. Institutional ownership had a negative effect on firm value. Further, independent board of commissioners, CSRD, and tax avoidance positively affected firm value. In this study, tax avoidance could mediate an independent board of commissioners on firm value but failed to mediate the effect of institutional ownership and CSRD with firm value

Activities disclosure reflects corporate accountability, responsibility, and transparency to investors and other stakeholders. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to analyze and empirically test the effect of the board of directors and the environment certification at 36 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange within 2019-2021 with 108 annual reports. The results of multiple linear regression data processing showed that the board of directors could not increase the amount of environmental disclosure information. Meanwhile, environmental certification and firm size can increase the amount of environmental disclosure information. The implication of this research is companies need to disclose enviromental information in order to gain business trust from the public, investors and other stakeholders

deepest part of the brain. This appears to cause significant degradation in CT image quality due to the effect of beam hardening and bone thickness. Whilst these issues may not fundamentally limit the scanning procedure, it does appear to be the contributory factors in reducing the performance of the ischemic diagnosis procedure. Thus, it is seen that image filtering is playing an important role in improving the CT image quality and effectively eliminates the influence of Poisson noise in the PF region. Therefore, this paper attempts to assess the feasibility of four different filtering methods; Anisotropic diffusion, Bilateral, Median and Wiener to eliminate noise in the CT image of PF containing ischemic. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to report the performance of filtering in ischemic PF. The efficacy of these four filters is evaluated in details using qualitative and quantitative metrics such as Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Structural Similarity Index (SSIM) and processing time. The experimental works demonstrate that Bilateral filtering offers promising results in which this method can eliminate Poisson noise in CT images for ischemic PF with average PSNR, RMSE, SSIM values of 32.95, 5.7416 and 0.9749 respectively. This filter has provided the flexibility of being applicable even in cases where ischemic is presented in PF

Introduction. Breast cancer was count for 30.5% of all cancers diagnosed in Indonesia. Although preventable, breast cancer is mostly diagnosed in advanced stages and caused leading dead among females. Given the increasing growth of online information seeking behavior, adequate cancer health promotion through virtual setting is needed to tackle the massive increasing burden of breast cancer. Therefore this study aims to explore the community interest in breast cancer using Google Trends. Method. 5 years (from September 2013 to August 2018) information searches for breast cancer from Google were retrieved in Indonesian language. Data were downloaded at national and sub-region level to examine the pattern and distribution of queries. Results. Sporadic traces of information searches related to breast cancer from Google Trends presented the pattern and distribution of queries. Massive search happened in July 2015 and June 2017 following the died of Indonesian celebrity who suffered from breast cancer. However, the cancer awareness month every October does not impact the number of information searches. Considering the high influence of celebrities, many studies reveal the positive impact of celebrities involvement in health promotion. Celebrity can attract the public attention to health messages and increase the agreement of vaccination and screening for cancer. Thereby, celebrities involvement and availability of qualified breast cancer online information should be increased to win the breast cancer health promotion program in the digital era. Online information related to breast cancer could be disseminated through targetted risk population using Mobile JKN that has been downloaded by 1.5 million members. Conclusion. Google Trends could be potentially used as a novel tool to measure the dynamics of community interest in breast cancer in Indonesia. Therefore, adequate cancer health promotion through a virtual setting is the key to tackling the massive increasing burden of breast cancer in the digital era
