MAQASID AL-SHARIAH VALUES ON MANAGING ASSETS IN THE INDONESIAN MUSLIM MERCHANT ASSOCIATION (ISMI) EAST JAVA PERSPECTIVE

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population who are the actors of various types of economic practices in this modern era. However, fiqh products is not able to answer all of problems in modern economic activities. So we need an alternative and solution amid the high stretching of Muslim entrepreneurs who want to migrate to sharia-based business activities. Maqasid al-Sharia is a principle in Islamic law which is expected to be able to solve these problems. Asset management is the object of this research as a way to fully and broadly understand the implementation of sharia values in economic and business activities.  This research was conducted qualitatively with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that there is a strong relationship in the implementation of Maqasid al-Sharia values on asset management of ISMI East Java members both theoretically and practically. The type of asset management that uses the Islamic Wealth Management (IWM) approach has all the indicators in Maqasid al-Muamalah which include al-rawaj, al-wudluh, al-hifzh, al-tsabat and al-'adl. As for the presence of ISMI as an entity that accommodates Muslim entrepreneurs with the same goal of reviving the spirit of Islam in a congregation has many benefits. Among these benefits are educational benefits, networking benefits and social benefits. ISMI East Java as an educational forum for members in studying Islamic economics and business and progressive business development with the involvement of technology. ISMI East Java is also a forum for friendship and productive discussions that create opportunities in the form of cooperation (syirkah). From a social aspect, ISMI East Java also has activities around ZISWAF as a manifest of Islamic philanthropy in distributing assets to people in need

Orang tua adalah role model bagi anak, sehingga perilaku orang tua dapat dicontoh oleh anak. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada perilaku makan anak yang menunjukkan picky eater atau pilih-pilih makan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Cross Sectional. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah anak usia toddler dan ibunya. Analisa data menggunakan Uji Spearman Rank Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perilaku makan orang tua memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan kejadian sulit makan (picky eater) pada anak usia toddler. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan informasi bagi UPTD Kesehatan Kecamatan Kepanjenkidul Kota Blitar untuk menginformasikan akan pentingnya memberi contoh makan yang baik khususnya bagi orang tua yang memiliki anak usia toddler.Kata Kunci: Perilaku Makan Orang Tua, Kejadian Sulit Makan (Picky Eater), Anak Usia ToddlerABSTRACTToddler age (1-3 years old) is the golden age (golden period) which children has grown and developed vastly. Children at this age are in an imitating phase or copying phase of the behavior of their closest person. Parent is a role model for children, so parent's behavior should become a model for their children. This matter can be seen in children's picky eating behavior. This research used Cross Sectional method. Samples of this research are toddler-age children and their mother. Data analysis of this research was using Spearman Rank Test. The findings of this research shows that parent's eating behavior has a relationship with picky eater case at toddler-age children. It can be concluded that parent's eating behavior has a relationship with picky eater case at toddler-age children .This research can be used as an information for Health UPTD (Regional Technical Implementation Unit) Kepanjenkidul Village in Blitar City to inform the others the importance of giving the children good examples of eating behavior especially for parent that have toddler-age children

Analisis Sistem Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Kas pada PT PLN (Persero) Area Ponorogo

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem informasi akuntansi penrimaan dan penggeluaran kas yang ada pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Ponorogo. Lokasi peneltian ini adalah PT. PLN (Persero) Area Ponorogo yang berada di jalan Arif  Hakim No. 8 Ponorogo. Metode  pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan literature sedangkan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut : sistem penerimaan kas tidak menggunakan penjualaan tunai melainkan melalui pengajuan dana anggaran kepada PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Timur. Sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Ponorogo telah dilakukan menggunakan komputerisasi yang melibatkan bagian keuangan dan akuntansi dalam proses pembayaran dan pembayarannya dilakukan melalui bank sehinggga tidak ada penrimaan dan penggeluaran uang kas secara berlebihan. Perbandingan antara teori sistem penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas dengan PT. PLN (Persero) Area Ponorogo tersebut sudah sesuai dengan teori yang ada.Kata Kunci :  Penerimaan Kas dan Pengeluaran Kas

INSTAGRAM SEBAGAI MEDIA PENYAJIAN PROJECT DAN KARYA SENI PADA PRAKTIK PAMERAN ONLINE SISWA KELAS IXD SMPN 31 SURABAYA

Pada mata pelajaran seni budaya bidang seni rupa kelas IX SMP terdapat KD 4.4 menyelenggarakan pameran seni rupa, menurut kompetensi dasar tersebut siswa diharapkan mampu melakukan praktik penyelenggaraan pameran. Akibat adanya pandemi COVID-19 siswa kelas IXD SMPN 31 Surabaya tidak dapat secara langsung melakukan praktik penyelenggaraan pameran di sekolah. Melalui fenomena ini, peneliti berinisiatif memanfaatkan aplikasi instagram sebagai media praktik pameran online sehingga siswa tetap mendapatkan pengalaman terkait penyelenggaraan pameran. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut maka peneliti merumuskan masalah dan tujuan penelitian sebagai berikut, (1)Mendeskripsikan proses persiapan pameran online melalui aplikasi instagram oleh siswa kelas IXD SMPN 31 Surabaya, (2)Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pameran online melalui aplikasi instagram oleh siswa kelas IXD SMPN 31 Surabaya, (3)Mendeskripsikan tanggapan pengunjung pameran dan siswa kelas IXD SMPN 31 Surabaya setelah pelaksanaan praktik pameran online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner atau angket. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, hingga menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan praktik penyelenggaraan pameran online dengan memanfaatkan fitur instagram cukup efektif sebagai alternatif penyelenggaraan pameran di masa pandemi serta mampu memberikan manfaat positif kepada siswa kelas IXD SMPN 31 Surabaya. Tarjumān Al-Mustafīd: Answering the Need for Accessible Qur'anic Interpretation for The Masses

This article examines the interpretation model of Tarjumān al-Mustafīd as a means to address the need for Qur'anic interpretation for the general public. Using a qualitative method with content analysis and a systematic literature review, the study explores the approach used by Abd al-Raūf al-Fanṣūrī in his interpretation of the Qur'an. The results of the study indicate that al-Fanṣūrī's interpretation model includes three key elements: avoiding interpretations based solely on word meanings, providing context through asbāb al-nuzūl, narration isrāīlīyāt, historical accounts, and faidah letter explanations, and reconciling meanings to avoid controversial interpretations in both law and belief. The study concludes that Tarjumān al-Mustafīd is not a translation of classical interpretations, but rather a reproduction of al-Fanṣūrī's interpretation, referencing classical Arabic sources, and should not be referred to as a translation of Arabic interpretation into Malay. Overall, the interpretation model of Tarjumān al-Mustafīd provides a solution for addressing the need for Qur'anic interpretation for the general public and is a valuable contribution to the field of Qur'anic interpretation

PENGARUH INTERNAL CASH FLOW, SALES GROWT, INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY TERHADAP CAPITAL EXPENDITURE

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh internal cash flow, sales growth, dan investment opportunity terhadap capital expenditure. Penelitian ini dilakukan diperusahaan sub sektor property and real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan publikasi perusahaan property and real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2019. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian adalah 22 perusahaan dengan tahun pengamatan selama 6 tahun, sehingga diperoleh 132 sampel. Untuk melihat pengaruh variabel bebas pada variabel terikat, pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS versi 25.0 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa internal cash flow secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap capital expenditure, sales growth secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap capital expenditure sedangkan investment opportunity secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap capital expenditure. Sedangkan hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukan bahwa internal cash flow, sales growth dan investment opportunity secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap capital expenditure
