Upaya Peningkatan Kedisiplinan dan Kinerja Guru melalui Pembinaan Indivindu

The purpose of this study are to describe how to increase the discipline through individual coaching, to describe whether the application indivindu coaching can improve the performance of teachers, to describe how is the process of applying coaching indivindu to improve discipline and performance of teachers. Data were collected by the instrument scale discipline andteacher performance assessment and observation sheet. Action Research was used in this research. EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN LKS “KEANEKARAGAMAN GEN DAN JENIS” DENGAN MODEL PENEMUAN KONSEP UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan LKS keanekaragaman gen dan jenis dengan model penemuan konsep berdasarkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar dan repons siswa. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan One Group Pre-test and Post-test Design. Tahap persiapan penelitian dilakukan  di jurusan Biologi, FMIPA, UNESA bulan Juni 2014 sedangkan tahap penerapan LKS dilaksanakan pada tanggal 4-6 Agustus 2014 di SMAN Kesamben Jombang. Hasil penelititan menunjukkan persentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pertemuan I dan II kelas X MIA-1 sebesar 88,2% dan 88,9%,  dan kelas X MIA-3 sebesar 88,2% dan  94,4%. Aktivitas siswa mendapatkan skor 3,2 pada kelas X MIA-1 dan 3,18 pada kelas X MIA-3. Hasil belajar siswa kompetensi sikap kelas X MIA-1 dan X MIA-3 berturut-turut mendapatkan persentase 95% dan 94%. Kompetensi pengetahuan kelas X MIA-1 dan X MIA-3  mendapatkan nilai ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 86,7% dan 93,3%. Kompetensi keterampilan kelas X MIA-1 dan X MIA-3 berturut-turut  mendapatkan nilai klasikal sebesar 93 dan 85. Respons siswa kelas X MIA-1 dan kelas X MIA-3 mendapatkan nilai sebesar 91% dan 93%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pembelajaran menggunakan LKS keanekaragaman gen dan jenis dengan model penemuan konsep efektif diterapkan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMAN Kesamben Jombang. Husbands who are the head of the family must be wise in making decisions, both for themselves and for their family members including their wives. This community service aims to increase husband support with the selection of Intra uterine Device contraception in women of childbearing age. subjects in the community service activities were women of childbearing age in Mango Village, Ladang Bambu District, totaling 15 people. At the initial stage, an approach was made to the residents to deliver counseling material using the lecture method, the implementation of immunization assisted by the village midwife and continued with a question and answer session.Community service activities with the title "Community Empowerment in Increasing husband support with the selection of Intra Uterine Device contraceptive types in women of childbearing age in Mangga Village, Medan Tuntungan District, 2022" were carried out on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 09.00 WIB until completion. At the time of the activity, residents who came to register, then heard counseling material about increasing husband support with the selection of Intra Uterine Device contraceptive types in women of childbearing age, data collection was carried out which was assisted by the village midwife. It is expected for health workers to conduct health counseling to women of childbearing age, and mothers know the benefits of the type of contraceptive Intra Uterine Device in women of childbearing age

Effect of Health Education Regarding Awareness Examination as Early Detection of Breast Cancer on the Knowledge and Attitude of Adolescent Women at the Medan Tuntungan Health Center

Breast cancer (Carsionama mamae) is cancer that originates from the glands, ducts and supporting tissues of the breast but does not include the skin of the breast. Breast cancer is the second most common cancer affecting Indonesian women and is the number one killer of women in the world (Mangan, 2005). The purpose of this study was to find the effect of education between health education regarding BSE examination and the knowledge and attitudes of young women at the Medan Tuntungan Health Center in 2020. The research method used was quasi-experimental. The population in this study were all young women who lived in the area of ​​the Medan Tuntungan Health Center. Sampling technique with a total sampling of 34 people. The results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test, obtained p value = 0.025 (p value <0.05) meaning Ho is rejected, which means that there is an influence between the Health Department on adolescent attitudes about BSE examinations. It is hoped that adolescents can increase their knowledge about BSE examinations and be more concerned with their own health conditions so that they can detect cancer in themselves early

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Penyuluhan Perawatan Gigi Dan Mulut Pada Anak Sekolah TK Kabar Baik di Desa Ajibaho Kabupaten Deli Serdang Tahun 2022

Cavities are still a common complaint in both children and adults. This condition cannot be ignored as it can affect a person's quality of life by causing pain, discomfort, disability, acute and chronic infections, eating and sleeping disorders, as well as a high risk of hospitalization. As a result, medical costs can increase significantly. One of the main causes of oral health problems in children is the lack of knowledge about how to maintain oral health. To address this issue, a health counseling was conducted focusing on "Dental and Oral Care in School Children of Kabar Baik Kindergarten in Ajibaho Village, Biru-biru District, Deli Serdang Regency." This counseling involved 32 students from Kabar Baik Kindergarten. Through this activity, the students were introduced to the importance of oral care, as well as practical ways to maintain dental hygiene. The counseling included learning about proper brushing techniques, the importance of a healthy diet, and prevention of excessive sugar consumption. In addition, students were also given information on good habits to maintain dental health, such as avoiding nail biting or finger sucking. By involving children from an early age in education about oral care, it is hoped that their awareness of the importance of maintaining oral health will increase. This counseling aims to prevent cavities in the future and improve children's quality of life with healthy habits implemented early on

PELATIHAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI SIMLITABMAS BAGI DOSEN SEKOLAH TINGGI TEKNOLOGI PAGAR ALAM

Perkembangan teknologi dimasa covid-19 masih begitu cepat. Teknologi banyak dimanfaatkan oleh perguruan tinggi negeri maupun swasta. Salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta kota Pagar Alam yang memanfaatkan teknologi yitu Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagar Alam. Masalah yang dihadapi pada dosen Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagaralam (STTP) adalah Dosen masih sering mengabaikan hal yang menunjang tugasnya selain mengajar dikelas dan sebagian dosen masih belum terlalu memahami prosedur pelaksanaan yang disediakan seperti aplikasi Simlitabmas. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melatih dan mendampingi dosen menggunakan aplikasi Simlitabmas. Metode yang digunakan pada pelaksanan pengabdian yaitu ceramah, diskusi dan praktek. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ilmu yang dapat menggunakan  aplikasi simlitabmas. Sehingga dosen STTP kedepannya dengan menfaatkan aplikasi simlitabmas dapan menunjang kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian

BIODIVERSITAS MIKROFUNGI PADA EKOSISTEM MANGROVE DI DESA GAMPONG PANDE KECAMATAN KUTA RAJA KOTA BANDA ACEH

Desa Gampong Pande merupakan kawasan ekosistem mangrove yang terletak di Desa Gampong Pande Kecamatan Kuta Raja Kota Banda Aceh. Keberadaaan pemukiman warga dan tambak di daerah tersebut mempercepat degradasi kawasan mangrove. Keberadaan mikrofungi pada ekosistem mangrove dapat menjadi bioindikator lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja  mikrofungi yang ditemukan serta untuk mengetahui nilai indeks keanekaragaman mikrofungi pada ekosistem mangrove Desa Gampong Pande Kecamatan Kuta Raja Kota Banda Aceh. Metode purposive sampling dan eksploratif digunakan untuk mendapatkan data keanekaragaman mikrofungi pada kawasan ini. Isolasi mikrofungi menggunakan metode cawan sebar. Pada stasiun 1 diperoleh total koloni mikrofungi 3,7 x 106 cfu/ml, stasiun 2 sebanyak koloni 3,2 x 106 cfu/ml dan stasiun 3 sebanyak 6,1 x 106 cfu/ml koloni. Sebaran mikrofungi terdiri dari genus Simplicillium, Aspergillus, Cunninghamella,  Macrophomina, dan Mucor dengan nilai indeks keanekaragaman di stasiun 1 H’= 0,68, stasiun 2 dengan nilai H’= 0,29, dan stasiun 3 sebesar H’= 0,81 yang tergolong rendah karena nilai H’<1. Jika nilai H’<1 maka dapat diketahui bahwa keadaan suatu lingkungan tersebut memiliki keanekaragaman spesies yang rendah, kestabilan komunitas rendah dan keadaan lingkungan tercemar berat

Multiple Role Conflict of Working Mothers and Attitude of Exclusive Breast Milking in the New Neighborhood of the Bamboo Field, Medan Tuntangan District

Breast milk (ASI) is the most complete and natural source of food or nutrition for babies. Breastfeeding is an important activity in child care and preparation for future generations. Working mothers will encounter difficulties regarding timing between breastfeeding and work. This type of research is descriptive research, namely research or observations carried out simultaneously at one time (once). The population in this study were working mothers in the Baru Ladang Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan District, who had 32 children aged over 6 months. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of the statistical test between the dual role conflict of working mothers and the action of exclusive breastfeeding in the Baru Ladang Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan District, obtained a correlation coefficient or r value of -0.420, the probability of 0.020 with a 95% confidence level where p <0.05. This means that there is a relationship between the dual role conflict of working mothers and the action of exclusive breastfeeding in the Baru Ladang Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan District. It is hoped that mothers will increase their knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding even while working, either through mass media or asking health workers
