    Knowledge Analysis of PGSD FKIP University of Mataram Students on Physical Education, Sports, and Health Concept

    As a very unique subject, Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) is here to be a bridge that combines the three learning domains namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor. This study aims to analyze the knowledge of students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD), Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Mataram on the concepts of physical education, sports, and health which are presented in the curriculum courses. The questions that appeared in the questionnaire were developed based on the concepts of physical education, sports, and health as subjects which were divided into three main variables, namely (1) the definition of PJOK; (2) the purpose of the PJOK; (3) PJOK activities. The collected data were analyzed using the Guttman scale by giving a score of 1 for the correct answer and 0 for the wrong answer. PGSD students have a very good level of knowledge of the PJOK concept with a percentage of 84.09%. In terms of the main variable PJOK, student knowledge is in a good category (92.44%). For the PJOK objective variable, a percentage of 82.05% is also included in the very good category. Meanwhile, the PJOK activity variable obtained a percentage result of 78.30% in the good category. Searching for students' knowledge of the PJOK concept is one of the efforts to improve the quality of PJOK learning in order to optimize the achievement of learning objectives amidst limitations and various obstacles

    The Secret Garden of Pakisjajar: Pengembangan Desa Wisata Berbasis Kearifan Lokal

    Berbagai potensi yang dimiliki oleh Desa Pakisjajar tentunya dapat menjadi satu lokasi yang memungkinkan untuk dikembangkan sebagai objek wisata. Salah satu potensi yang dapat dikembangkan di Desa Pakisjajar adalah adanya enam sumber mata air yang cukup melimpah. Kegiatan pengandian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan pendekatan dengan memberikan kesempatan seluas-luasnya dan mengajak masyarakat Desa Pakisjajar untuk berperan serta secara aktif dalam proses pembangunan, pengembangan dan mewujudkan desa wisata yang berbasis alam. Terdapat tiga tahapan yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, yaitu (1) penggalian informasi dan analisis kebutuhan; (2) penyusunan desain perencanaan; dan (3) perbaikan aksesibilitas. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dikonstruksi dalam bentuk analisis kebutuhan sebagai dasar membuat rencana, rancangan atau desain tiga dimensi yang dapat dijadikan rencana induk pengembangan lokasi wisata di desa Pakisjajar dan menghasilkan prasarana berupa jalan (aksesibilitas) sebagai salah satu prasyarat dasar dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Adanya pengembangan kepariwisataan berbasis masyarakat pada kegiatan ini telah menjadikan sumber daya lokal dengan segala potensi yang dimiliki untuk dikelola secara swadaya guna peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Pakisjajar. Kata kunci— Desa wisata, Pengembangan desa, Kearifan lokal Abstract  The various potentials of Pakisjajar village can certainly be a location that allows it to be developed as a tourist attraction. The potentials that can be developed in Pakisjajar village is the existence of six springs which are quite abundant. Community service activities are carried out with an approach by providing the widest opportunity and inviting the Pakisjajar village community to participate actively in the process of development, development and realizing a nature-based tourism village. There are three stages carried out in this community service activity, namely (1) extracting information and analyzing needs; (2) preparation of planning designs; and (3) accessibility improvements. The results of this community service activity are constructed in the form of a needs analysis as a basis for making plans, designs or three-dimensional designs that can be used as a master plan for the development of tourist sites in Pakisjajar village and produce infrastructure in the form of roads (accessibility) as one of the basic prerequisites in developing a tourist village. The existence of community-based tourism development in this activity has made local resources with all their potential to be managed independently in order to improve the welfare of the community in Pakisjajar Village. Keywords— Village-based tourism, Village Development, Local Wisdo

    Kompetensi guru menjadi faktor utama dalam menunjang keberhasilan proses pendidikan. Hal ini karena guru menjadi ujung tombak dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Salah satu kompetensi yang wajib dimiliki guru adalah kompetensi pedagogik. Melalui kompetensi pedagogic guru mampu mengajar dengan baik di kelas. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin di sekolah memiliki peranan penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogic guru di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru di sekolah dasar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah di salah satu SDN di Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Analisis data menggunakan tahapan analisis dari Milles dan Huberman yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi yang digunakan kepala sekolah adalah: (1) Membangun motivasi guru dengan cara memberi arahan, berdiskusi, dan memberikan penghargaan. (2) Melakukan supervisi. (3) mendorong guru untuk mengikuti pelatihan, baik yang diselenggarakan di dalam sekolah mapun di luar sekolah. (4) mendorong guru agar terlibat aktif dalam musyarawah guru mata pelajaran

    The purpose of this study was to develop mobile learning-based futsal refereeing signals for students majoring in Physical Education, Health and Recreation. The research and development model used adopts Lee & Owens' research and development model. The stages of research development are as follows; 1) Assessment or analysis which is divided into two parts, needs assessment and front-end analysis, 2) Design (planning phase), 3) Development (product development), 4) Implementation (implementation). product development results), 5) Evaluation of the achievement of goals in development). The results of the development of mobile learning-based futsal refereeing products, which are realized in the form of an Android-based application, have the following characteristics: (1) Futsal-based refereeing signal products are developed based on answers to student needs for deepening of mobile learning materials for futsal refereeing signals; (2) Application of futsal refereeing signals based on mobile learning, has the aim of helping to improve understanding of the material of refereeing signals which is one of the materials in futsal courses; (3) Mobile learning-based futsal refereeing signals are realized in the form of applications that can be installed on smartphones; (4) Applications for futsal refereeing signals based on mobile learning contain signals that can be used by futsal referees as rules for futsal matches and their motion analysis

    AbstrakTujuan kegiatan ini adalah melakukan dengan menerapkan hasil penelitian untuk pemecahan permasalahan yang terkait dengan penerapan ilmu kepelatihan olahraga yang diprioritaskan pada pembenahan kondisi fisik serta bersama-sama meyakini adanya perubahan peningkatan prestasi atlet sebagai hasil tindakan penerapan iptek dalam program latihan pada cabor yang bersangkutan. Metode tindakan digunakan untuk mengetahui penerapan berbagai aspek performa fisik sehubungan dengan latihan setelah merefleksikan dalam beberapa episode pelatihan melalui program latihan yang disusun oleh pelatih. Secara lebih spesifik kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi empat tahapan utama, diantaranya: perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi/evaluasi. Pelatih merasakan dampak yang sangat luar biasa dengan adanya pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh akademisi dalam hal penyusunan dan pengembangan program latihan serta adanya pendampingan terhadap pelaksanaan latihan yang dilakukan selama masa persiapan atlet menuju Asean Para Games 2020. Berdasarkan perspektif atlet, pendampingan ini juga dianggap berhasil karena memberikan kesadaran penuh kepada atlet tentang dasar-dasar program latihan sehingga secara mandiri mereka dapat mereka melaksanakan latihan dan merasakan manfaat latihan yang telah disusun oleh pelatih dan kolaborator.Kata kunci: disabilitas, latihan, fisik, sitting volleyball

    STUDENT’S MOTOR PERFORMANCE FITNESS ANALYSIS AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER STUDY PROGRAM UNIVERSITY OF MATARAM

    Physical fitness and physical activity are the main modalities for physical and mental health, but the level of physical activity and physical fitness decreases in adolescents, especially college students. This study examines physical performance which is a component of physical fitness in college students. Research using a survey with a descriptive approach. 30 students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at the University of Mataram consisting of 15 boys and 15 girls with an average age of 18.93 years were involved in this research. The data collection technique used a performance test, namely (1) a standing long jump test (broad jump) to measure the explosive power of the leg muscles; (2) an Agility Shuttle 10 meters (4 x 10 meters) which aim to measure agility and running speed; (3) 20 Meter Dash which aims to know the speed. Data analysis using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the basic locomotor skills of PGSD students were included in the low category. It is necessary to identify the factors that influence the low interest in physical activity of students and formulate appropriate strategies to increase physical activity and physical fitness of PGSD students

    Produk yang dihasilkan dari penelitian dan pengembangan telah melewati ragam prosedur yang sistematis serta perlu teruji kelayakan dan kepraktisannya untuk digunakan. Langkah awal dalam menentukan spesifikasi produk yang relevan adalah melakukan analisis kebutuhan selama di lapangan. Banyak ragam strategi yang digunakan dalam menghimpun berbagai masalah dari hasil analisis kebutuhan guna membuat inovasi pengembangan produk. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah menyajikan ragam strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengembangkan produk dalam penelitian dan pengembangan khususnya di bidang pendidikan jasmani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan yang dianalisis dengan cara pendekatan kualitatif. Strategi merupakan rencana yang matang untuk meminimalkan atau menghindari masalah dan mengoptimalkan potensi untuk mencapai tujuan. Dengan adanya strategi yang tepat akan mengakibatkan produk dari hasil penelitian dan pengembangan akan mendapatkan hasil yang valid dan praktis digunakan. Dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, produk pengembangan dapat berupa model pembelajaran, media, modifikasi alat, sumber belajar, dan instrumen penilaian.     How Does The Covid-19 Pandemic Impact On The Training Patterns Of Indonesian Sitting Volleyball Athletes?

    This study aims to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the training patterns of seated volleyball athletes for the Indonesian national team. All members of the Indonesian seated volleyball national team participated in filling out a questionnaire consisting of sports participation, exercise intensity and volume, the impact of COVID-19 on exercise patterns, and training support infrastructure. A total of 11 athletes who were all male with an average age of 31.91 (± 7.43) had completed the questionnaire in the period July to August 2020. Most of the athletes practiced 5 times per week (73%) which was carried out in the morning and evening. in the afternoon (36%), they do exercises with direct guidance from online trainers both synchronously and asynchronously (82%). Athletes also feel that they experience a reduction in exercise volume and intensity (45%) compared to when they were at the national training center. Most athletes (82%) felt that they had experienced a decline in their physical condition. it is very clear that the COVID-19 pandemic is having a huge impact on the training patterns of seated volleyball athletes, they must focus more on maintaining their training to maximize their fitness so that they perform optimally when competition resumes

    Adaptation of The New Normal Sports Training Centering System

    The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in the temporary suspension of the training centering system which has resulted in complex decisions relating to the continuation of training activities in accordance with existing circumstances. This paper aims to provide education and guidance in the implementation of regular exercise programs that must be realized as a solution to minimize the occurrence of COVID-19 transmission in the regular training process as well as provide understanding to the main sports branch management, coaches and athletes in carrying out regular training programs. This study uses a literature review method where the researcher conducts a series of studies by reviewing and analyzing various content and data, which involves various kinds of information related to the implementation of the training centering system in the new normal era. There are 4 key principles in the re-implementation of the training process on a regular basis or training camps, including preparation for resumption of training, criteria for training commencement, assessments and guidelines that serve as a reference for the implementation of training camps, as well as management and strategies for mitigating COVID-19 risks at training camps

Studi ini menggali informasi yang berkaitan dengan proses belajar mengajar melalui evaluasi ekstensif pada matakuliah bermain dan permainan anak Sekolah Dasar yang menjadi salah satu matakuliah di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Mataram. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif eksploratif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan suatu keadaan tertentu dari objek yang akan diteliti. Secara lebih khusus penelitian ini akan menggambarkan kondisi apa adanya tentang evaluasi proses belajar mengajar (PBM) pada matakuliah bermain dan permainan anak SD di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Mataram. Hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan pada matakuliah ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh rangkaian proses belajar yang dilakukan telah dirasakan sangat baik dan bermakna oleh mahasiswa. Seluruh proses belajar mengajar yang dikemas dalam bentuk pembelajaran aktif (active learning) dengan memadukan teori dan praktik dapat dipertanggungjawabkan efekivitas dan efisiensinya serta dapat terlaksana dengan terarah dan terukur sesuai dengan Standar Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan (SCPL) yang termaktub pada matakuliah bermain dan permainan anak Sekolah Dasar
