    Designing Information Systems for Transaction and Production Data Management A&N convection

    Many companies have implemented technology in conducting their business, one of them is by using information systems in managing their business. The business process that runs on the Konveksi A&N is still manual because the Konveksi A&N has not implemented or is familiar with information systems like other companies has. This causes all the data collection process of goods, production, and transactions are all documented in different books, making it possible for errors in recording and calculating the data. In addition, the owner also needs to come directly to the location to find out new data or updated data where this takes more time. This research aims to establish a web-based system that can make business processes in Konveksi A&N more effective. This web-based system will be built using a system development methodology in the form of a prototyping method that uses the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language. System modeling was developed using UML 2.5, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The final result of this study is a website-shaped information system that can document all data contained in the Konveksi A&N such as the existence of a master data that contains all the data of convection, production data, and also transaction data to facilitate the owner in checking back all activities that are occurs in Konveksi A&N. There are also some reports about the transaction that can display information related to data contained in the system

    The Office Room Security System Using Face Recognition Based on Viola-Jones Algorithm and RBFN

    The university as an educational institution can apply technology in the campus environment. Currently, the security system for office space that is integrated with digital data has been somewhat limited. The main problem is that office space security items are not guaranteed as there might be outsiders who can enter the office. Therefore, this study aims to develop a system using biometric (face) recognition based on Viola-Jones and Radial Basis Function Network (RBFN) algorithm to ensure office room security. Based on the results, the system developed shows that object detection can work well with an object detection rate of 80%. This system has a pretty good accuracy because the object matching success is 73% of the object detected. The final result obtained from this study is a prototype development for office security using face recognition features that are useful to improve safety and comfort for occupants of office space (due to the availability of access rights) so that not everyone can enter the office.The university as an educational institution can apply technology in the campus environment.     Sistem informasi manajemen produksi dapat digunakan untuk membantu serta meningkatkan kualitas manajemen produksi pada sebuah perusahaan manufaktur agar semua proses produksi yang dilakukan dapat menjadi lebih optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian dan PkM ini yaitu mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen produksi untuk PT. Maju Bersama Persada Dayamu (MBPD) Tangerang serta memberikan pelatihan kepada pihak PT. Maju Bersama Persada Dayamu (MBPD). Sebelumnya, manajemen produksi yang dilakukan oleh PT. MBPD masih bersifat manual, misalnya proses produksi dicatat dengan menggunakan kertas, serta tidak adanya sistem yang terintegrasi secara baik pada bagian produksi. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa masalah, seperti ketidakakuratan pencatatan dan analisis data yang tentunya dapat mengganggu proses kelancaran kegiatan produksi perusahaan. Sistem yang diusulkan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung PT. MBPD dalam meningkatkan kualitas manajemen dan proses produksinya. Selain mengembangkan dan menyerahkan sistem usulan kepada PT. MBPD, kegiatan pelatihan kepada user terkait cara penggunaan sistem yang dibuat. Pelatihan ini ditargetkan kepada karyawan produksi, manajer produksi, maupun direktur PT. MBPD

    Universitas Pelita Harapan adalah sebuah perguruan tinggi swasta yang berlokasi di Karawaci. Saat ini Universitas Pelita Harapan belum menerapkan sistem terintegrasi berbasis web yang berfungsi untuk mengelola informasi workshop / seminar dan proses pendaftaran peserta. Semua proses selalu dilakukan melalui postingan Instagram dan media sosial lainnya. Oleh karena itu akan dirancang sistem yang berfungsi untuk mendukung proses mulai dari entri data, perencanaan hingga pendaftaran acara. Data pendaftaran dan informasi tentang mahasiswa dan institusi akan disimpan dalam database dan diolah menjadi laporan yang dapat diakses untuk keperluan Universitas Pelita Harapan dan institusi mitra sekolah lainnya. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web ini dirancanga menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan menggunakan metodologi Rapid Application Development (RAD). Pemodelan yang digunakan dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini adalah UML yang terdiri dari use case diagram, relasi diagram antar tabel, activity diagram dan class diagram.     AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan dengan system Customer Relationship Management pada Hypermart dengan Hicard. Faktor – faktor yang dimaksud tersebut terdiri dari Customer Service Quality, Empaty, Promotion, Rewards, Value Added Service. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pemilik Hicard Hypermart. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor Rewards memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, di sisi lain Customer Service Quality, Empaty, Promotion, dan Value Added Service tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sementara itu, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara signifikan. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas, Customer Relationship Management, SE

    PT Maju Bersama Persada Dayamu merupakan salah satu perusahaan pada bidang manufaktur. Proses produksi merupakan proses penting dalam bidang manufaktur. Sistem informasi persediaan bahan baku dapat membantu proses produksi berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian dan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah mengembangan sistem informasi persediaan bahan baku untuk membantu menyelesaikan kendala penyediaan bahan baku PT Maju Bersama Persada Dayamu saat ini yang masih bersifat manual dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan kartu bahan baku. Hal ini mengakibatkan data-data tidak terintegrasi pada semua departemen, sehingga informasi ketersediaan dan pengelolaan bahan baku belum sepenuhnya akurat. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototyping, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework CodeIgniter. Pemodelan sistem dibuat menggunakan notasi UML. Selain mengembnagkan sistem, pengujian dan pelatihan penggunaan sistem juga dilakukan untuk memastikan sistem yang dihasilkan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan membantu efektivitas proses persediaan barang PT Maju Bersama Persada Dayamu

The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database.
