    Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Engagement of Corporate PT Pertamedika IHC

    Nowadays companies are facing with employee engagement problems. One way that can be done is to implement strong organizational culture in the company to increase employee engagement. Pertamedika IHC made a change in corporate culture that was expected to spur work motivation towards employee engagement in the company. Corporate Pertamedika IHC as the holding company has a big role in the application of corporate culture, because it is an example for business units. This study aimed to determine employee perceptions and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work motivation on employee engagement. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The population in this study amounted to 79 employees with a sample of 68 respondents. The method of analysis in this research were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. This study indicated a significant cultural relationship and work motivation simultaneously to employee engagement. Partially, organizational culture had no influence on employee engagement while work motivation affects employee engagement

    Generasi Z mendominasi di perguruan tinggi dan memiliki karakteristik yang unik yaitu cepat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi. Perguruan tinggi merupakan  salah satu tempat pembelajaran untuk mempersiapkan sumberdaya manusia yang berkualitas era revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifkasi karakteristik mahasiswa generasi Z (2) menganalisis pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap prestasi mahasiswa generasi Z. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Departemen Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen IPB angkatan 52-55. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu Nonprobability Sampling dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS menggunakan Smart Pls 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik responden merupakan bagian dari generasi Z berusia 18-22 tahun dan gaya belajar auditori memengaruhi prestasi secara signifkan.Generation Z which known to have a unique characteristic as able to quickly  adapt to rapid technological advancement currently dominates the population of university students. University is one place of learning to prepare people to be qualifed human resources in the industrial revolution era 4.0. This study aims to (1) find out the characteristics of Generation Z students, (2) analyze the effect of learning styles on Generation Z student achievement. The respondents of this study were batch 52-55 students of Management Department FEM IPB. The sampling method used in this study was nonprobability purposive sampling. The analytical tool used in this study was descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS using Smart PLS 3.0. The result shows that respondents’ characteristics were part of Generation Z aged 18-22 years and the auditory learning style  signifcantly affected student achievement

    IPB is consistently becoming the Top 4 Best Universities based on the result of The Ministry of Research and Higher-Education Assessment Score for three years. Meanwhile, IPB still has the lowest assessment score on student affairs among other three universities. One of the significant components is the student achievements. This research aim (1) to identify the characteristics of the excellent students, (2) to analyze the perceptions about factors that significantly affect student achievement and student achievement itself, (3) to analyze the factors that significantly affect student achievement and student achievement itself, (4) to determine the result of Net Promoter Score of alumni to IPB. This research focused on a case of Department of Management Alumni Graduates of 2009 - 2013 FEM IPB that was conducted in Bogor Agricultural University from January to April 2018. This research used both primary and secondary data. The data analysis of this research was conducted by descriptive analysis, SEM-PLS, and Net Promoter Score. This research resulted that the environmental, physiological, psychological and instrumental factors had a t-statistic as orderly followed by 2.053, 2.031, 2.701, 0.033, whereas these factors were concluded to significantly affect the students` achievement.   References BAN-PT.     Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) IPB organizes a Lecturers Community Service Program, as an innovation of lecturers community service by facilitating lecturers to several villages in Bogor and outside of Bogor to directly interact and provide solutions for the community. The purpose of these activities is to enhance the implementation of science and technology from the university for society welfare. One of the villages partners in this program is Cihideung Udik Village with prominent agricultural potential. More than 60% of the land is used for agriculture. Yet, until now the community still face agriculture problems such as decreasing agricultural land area due to changes into residential house. This condition triggers a decrease in the availability of ground water, and cultivation type or pattern change. Previously the community cultivate paddy, but now the community shifts to plant secondary crops especially corn. Not only that, various complex problems in Cihideung Udik require innovative solution available at universities such as IPB University. Lecturer community service at Cihideung Udik was carried out through the socialization of necessary materials viz., future skills motivation, family financial planning, water saving irrigation, water saving cultivation, agrosilvofarmaka, mapping of village potential and marketing. This activity preceived to be useful and any material delivered by the lecturer in general, were needed by the community. Although there was a material that need to be evaluated in order to increase public knowledge. Therefore, the Lecturer Community Service Program have to evaluate and improve their system in responding to community problems and also continuously improve community welfare

    Final project is an independent task that must be completed by final year undergraduate students as a graduation requirement. The process includes the preparation stage (proposal), implementation, thesis writing, and thesis defense. The purpose of this study is determine the symptoms of stress experienced by final year students, knowing the stress factors, and determine alternative stress management in writing their thesis. The method that used is non-probability sampling with a quota sampling technique. Total sample is 419 respondents. Descriptive and factor analysis are used for analytical tools. The results stated that IPB students felt stressed during the preparation of the thesis with physical symptoms that were felt easily tired and heart palpitations. The most contributing factor in student stress is the data analysis method. Alternative stress management for students is taking a short break, doing activities according to hobbies, setting a schedule for meetings with the supervisor, making graduation targets, and thinking positively

    Criteria of consumer perceptions in design and development of products is an important factor for the success of the resulting products. Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merill) is one source of vegetable protein and non cholesterol. Soy milk powder products is one of alternative processed soybean raw material which has a high economic value that can spur an increase in raw material usage at the level of postharvest soybean farmers. Consumer need�s factor for determining priority level of important attribute often overlooked uncertainty element and can not be strictly (crisp) set. Development of soy milk powder products using Value Engineering with Fuzzy Logic integration at the information stage (stages of development priorities) and the determination of the stage (stage zero-one method). Integration of Fuzzy Logic method used to fix the limit values represented by composing the membership functions. By this research, obtained attributes that overlooked by the consumers such as color, aroma, taste, price, packaging, nutritional content, and viscosity.
