    IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT UNTUK MENURUNKAN ANGKA KEMISKINAN DI KOTA PONTIANAK

    Penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Untuk Menurunkan Angka Kemiskinan di Kota Pontianak. Data jumlah kemiskinan di kota Pontianak menunjukkan adanya kenaikan dan penurunan. Namun melonjak jumlahnya di tahun 2020 yang sebelumnya 29.171 jiwa menjadi 30.700 jiwa dan kemudian menurun lagi jumlahnya di tahun 2022 menjadi 29.610 jiwa. Oleh karena itu, sudah menjadi tugas pemerintah daerah dalam hal ini Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi melalui Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pelatihan Kerja dan Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja (UPT PKPTK) Kota Pontianak untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskrtiptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Untuk Menurunkan Angka Kemiskinan di Kota Pontianak sudah berjalan baik hal ini dilihat dari indikator kesesuaian antara program dan pemanfaatan, kesesuaian antara program dengan organisasi, serta kesesuaian antara kelompok pemanfaat dan organisasi pelaksana.   Kata Kunci: Implementasi Program, Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, KemiskinanPenelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Untuk Menurunkan Angka Kemiskinan di Kota Pontianak.     FOOD PRODUCT EDUCATION OF SIWALAN FRUIT (BORASSUS FLABELLIVER L.) INNOVATION IN HENDROSARI VILLAGE, MENGANTI, GRESIK

    One of the areas in Gresik that has natural and environmental potential is used as a tourist spot, namely Hendrosari village. Tourist attractions in Hendrosari village called Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu provide various facilities, including restaurants and food stalls typical of Hendrosari with dishes. Palm trees are the main potential of Hendrosari village. People take advantage of the palm tree from its fruit and water. Cultivation of lontar plants as the main commodity produces siwalan (Borassus flabellifer L.). Generally, people consume siwalan fruit in fresh condition and the basic ingredients for making siwalan dawet. Fresh siwalan fruit easily rots, this causes losses for farmers and sellers of siwalan fruit. The results of previous observations obtained long shelf life of siwalan fruit products. In addition to improving the quality of siwalan fruit products, with processing efforts also increase consumer interest in buying siwalan fruit products. The variety of siwalan fruit products is also expected to increase the production value and selling value. Palm trees producing siwalan fruit in the Hendrosari village community, Menganti District are used in 2 types of products. Products sold by the public are usually in the form of fresh siwalan fruit and dawet siwalan. Community service activities through innovation in processing siwalan fruit with the aim of increasing the variety of food products and creativity of the Hendrosari village community. This activity consists of observation, licensing, training, and evaluation. The implementation of the activity was supported by the enthusiasm of the participants, the support of village officials and a group of women from Hendrosari village. The heating process aims to reduce the water content and shape the texture of food products as expected to produce snacks that are liked by everyone at various stages of age. The community needs to socialize and develop the processing of siwalan fruit into snack products from various characteristics of siwalan fruit (young, ripe, and old). Variety of snack products from siwalan fruit optimally to increase product added value, independence, community creativity and one of the choices of local tourism souvenirs

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan dan keefektivan sistem pengendalian internal dalam proses pemberian kredit korporasi yang dilakukan PT. BPD Jawa Timur Cabang Gresik. Data penlitian diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi langsung dari bagian yang terkait di PT. BPD Jawa Timur Cabang Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Kelebihan penelitian ini dibanding penelitian sebelumnya yaitu adanya proses membandingkan COSO statetmen dengan kebijakan perkreditan BI tentang sistem pemberian kredit dilihat dari praktiknya. Hasil dari penelitan menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan sistem pengendalian intern pada proses pemberian kredit mikro oleh PT. BPD Jawa Timur Cabang Gresik melalui prosedur kredit yang sesuai dengan sistem pengendalian intern menurut COSO (The Commite Of Sponsoring Organizations) yaitu lingkungan pengendalian, penafsiran resiko, aktivitas pengendalian, informasi dan komunikasi, pemantauan, kemudian sistem pengendalian intern pada proses pemberian kredit korporasi telah ditetapkan secara efektif karena PT. Bank Jatim Cabang Gresik selain menggunakan COSO, juga menerapkan analisis 5C (Character, capacity, capital, condotional dan collateral) sesuai dengan prinsip kredit bank kovensional (sesuai dengan UU No. 10 Tahun 1998 Tentang Perbankan)

The results obtained from this research are in the form of BCP documents used by PT. XYZ in response to a disturbance. With the BCP, PT.     Generally, Tumang Sari, Cepogo is dry land in the form of yards, fields, and plantations. Low environmental awareness in Tumang Sari regarding rainwater infiltration and organic waste management results in environmental problems such as waterlogging, garbage accumulation and health problems. Biopore Infiltration Hole (LRB) is expected to be a solution to these environmental problems. This program aims to increase public understanding of how to optimize rainwater catchment areas and overcome the problem of organic waste. The methods used are socialization and delivery of materials, training and assistance in making LRB, as well as post-activity monitoring and evaluation. The results obtained are  improvement knowledge, understanding and skills of the Tumang Sari community after the socialization and assistance by the KKN-T Team. The LRB socialization and development program which was carried out in Tumang Sari received good support and response from the government and the local community. Socialization activities and the practice of making LRB is hoped can reduced  the volume of puddles and the organic waste in the LRB begun to decomposed and became to be compost

    Kemampuan Self Reflection Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar pada Mata Kuliah Microteaching Tahun 2020/2021

    This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the self-reflection ability of PGSD students in microteaching courses, this type of research is a qualitative research data analysis. This research was conducted on PGSD students who were taken randomly at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta in the 2020/2021 academic year. The data collection technique in this study was using content analysis in the form of self-reflection documents written by students. The results of this study indicate that in general what students have written in self-reflection are as follows: (1) Benefits of microteaching courses for their provision as professional teachers, (2) Mastery of material that must be qualified when presenting material, (3) Maximizing media available in order to create conducive and efficient learning conditions, (4) Feedback from lecturers and other students is very helpful in motivating somewhat better in the future

    Proses tempering dan pendinginan cokelat yang tidak tepat akan menimbulkan terjadinya bintik putih pada permukaan luar cokelat (fat bloom). Untuk menghindari terjadinya hal tersebut maka perlu digunakan emulsifier. Salah satu emulsifier yang sering digunakan pada pembuatan cokelat adalah lesitin. Selain lesitin, emulsifier yang biasa digunakan dalam produksi pangan adalah hidrokoloid. Hidrokoloid memiliki kelebihan mampu meningkatkan daya lepas komponen aktif dan mudah larut dalam sistem pencernaan. Kajian ini bermanfaat untuk mengetahui jenis dan konsentrasi hidrokoloid yang tepat sebagai emulsifier pada proses pembuatan cokelat untuk menghindari fat bloom. Hidrokoloid jenis glukomanan dan karagenan berpotensi dimanfaatkan sebagai emulsifier dengan konsentrasi optimal berkisar antara 0,1 – 0,75%

    Comparative Analysis of Financial Performance Before and After the Acquisition (Study on the Go Public Acquisitors For The Period of 2011-2019)

    The study aims to compare financial performance in Go Public Acquirer Companies before and after acquisition by analyzing significant differences in related to Liquidity (Current Ratio and Quick Ratio), Solvency (Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio), Activity (Total Asset Turn Over) and Profitability (Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Net Profit Margin). This study used secondary data of financial statements two years before and after the acquisition of the acquirer company 2013-2017 with the research period of 2011-2019. The sampling technique use purposive sampling. A hypothesis test tool for testing H1 until H8 using Paired Sample T-Test or Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed that there is a significant difference in Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, dan Net Profit Margin, while in Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Debt to Asset Ratio there is no significant difference

    This study aims 1) to determine the suitability of Science materials in the student book in 2013 curricullum the fifth grade of primary school in terms of Content Standards. 2) describe the suitability of Science materials in the student book in 2013 curricullum the fifth grade of primary school in terms of scientific approach. The research is a qualitative research design with a content analysis study. Data collection techniques used were documentation and observation. The data obtained are tested its validity by triangulation. The data obtained are checked repeatedly and be checked by the professionals. The results showed that the suitability of the Science material in terms of Content Standards have compatibility of 96,67% in a category of very appropriate. 2) The result of the analysis of the suitability of Scine materials in grade fifth student’s book of 2013 curriculum. In term of scientific approch are a) observation with 73 activities ( 24,7%), b) questioning with 60 acctivities ( 20,3%), c) Thingking with 54 activities (18,2%), d) experiment with 68 activities (22,9%), e) Comunicate with 41 activities (13,9%). The student’s book have strengths and weaknesses, so the teacher must know the quality of the book in order to teacher effectively
