Ator cocriador da cena - Em busca de um cinema ativo construído a partir do improviso do ator

Este relatório tem como objetivo investigar as relações que envolvem a cocriação do ator no cinema, buscando compreender como as relações de natureza colaborativa estimulam através do improviso o seu potencial criador e contribuem para a representação. Partindo de reflexões e exemplos obtidos através do estágio na Associação Os Filhos do Lumière, sediada em Lisboa, este trabalho foi motivado ainda pela necessidade de investigar uma forma de representação que no cinema, mostra-se mais intuitiva que técnica. Para desenvolver este trabalho, optei por um tipo de cinema onde o processo de preparação do elenco está mais associado a um ambiente de relações de natureza cocriadora, como veremos em John Cassavetes, Jacques Doillon, Marília Rocha e nas oficinas da Associação Os Filhos do Lumière. Aliando teoria e prática, este relatório foi feito a partir de conexões entre experiências práticas de realização e conceitos teóricos do universo artístico; ABSTRACT: Actor cocreator of the scene - In search of an active cinema built from the improvisation of the actor The objective of this report is to investigate the relations that involve the co-creation of the actor in the cinema, trying to understand how the relationships of a collaborative nature stimulate through improvisation their creative potential and contribute to the representation. Based on reflections and examples obtained through the internship at Association of the Sons of Lumière, based in Lisbon, this work was also motivated by the need to investigate a form of representation that in cinema, is more intuitive than technical. To develop this work, I opted for a type of cinema where the casting process is more closely associated with an environment of co-operative relationships, as we will see in John Cassavetes, Jacques Doillon, Marília Rocha, and in Association of the Sons of Lumière,. From peer to peer: an opportunity to improve observers' professional development

Higher education teaching and learning in Europe faces challenging times and deep changes, largely dueto many reforms originated by the so-called Bologna process (Moore et al, 2008; Leite, 2007; Vieira,2005). What is a good professional is a question that gets, nowadays, other meanings when someonetalks about teaching. The objective of this paper is to present the results of a training + research projectthat was proposed by a Teaching and Learning Lab (TLL) set up jointly by the Faculty of EducationalSciences (FPCEUP) and the Faculty of Engineering (FEUP) at the University of Porto. Its underlyingstrategy aims to improve the quality of teaching and the quality of learning, and at the same time tocapture information about teaching and learning practices used within the university. As teachersevaluation process faces, at least in Portugal, new approaches and operative trends, it was research team intention to distinguish those two processes and when Peer Observation Teaching ( POT) experimentwas launched, its main and unique purpose was to promote teachers training; through the peer reviewmodel of POT, which emphasises the POT formative effects both to the observer and the observed.Specifically, this paper wants to argue the idea that POT is an opportunity to improve observersprofessional development.The organisational model underlying this training + research project was based on teams with fourelements, two from Educational Sciences and two from Engineering. The observation grid was adaptedfrom several models used in European Universities and in its second part adapts a model from F. Vieira(Vieira, et al., 2004). The first section covers class-related topics, namely "organisation", "presentation","class mood", "content", and "awareness and flexibility". The second section asks the observer tocompare the observed class with his/her own classes, offering the observer four leading questionsaddressing observation subjects that were not covered by the closed response items: 1) What was moststriking? 2) What questions would I like to ask to the teacher? 3) What similarities / differences werefound in relation to my own lecturing practice? 4) Can I make any recommendations? Finally, the thirdsection covers the post-observation reflective discussion.Are those two sections that are presented now as an exercise to highlight observers concerns ratherobserved teachers practices.Research data comes from 31 observation forms and could aloud us to conclude that experiment gave anopportunity to reflect upon teachers one practices as a result from observing peers

How social performance indicators and leadership contribute to the development of non-profits an approach to long-term care homes

Presently, non-profit organisations (NPOs) are increasingly representative in society and largely contribute to the economic and social development of countries. This development is linked to the creation of social value through their proximity to citizens, flexibility, and sensitive format, since most NPOs are service providers. Our paper focuses on long-term care (LTC) homes, a very particular type of NPO, and aims to understand how social performance indicators and leadership contribute to the development of such organisations. For that purpose, we will identify the most important social performance indicators and the main leadership characteristics. Our results provide a better understanding of the non-profit sector, and we intend to raise awareness to the importance of NPO boards' characteristics and leadership traits, emphasising the need for a more professionalised NPO management style.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio

Serviços educativos online nos museus portugueses

O Museu na sua busca incessante de encontrar o “elixir” ideal para a conquista de novos públicos tem vindo a sentir a necessidade de buscar nas novas tecnologias um complemento dinâmico, mas sempre educativo de simbiose com os visitantes. São vários os museus que utilizam os seus sites para fazer chegar a um público mais numeroso as suas colecções. Conscientes do facto de que este pode ser um meio eficaz de cativar e fidelizar os públicos, acreditamos que a aposta das novas tecnologias e nas suas acções educativas facilitará a aproximação do museu à comunidade. Neste trabalho caracterizámos os 115 sites dos museus portugueses analisados e descrevemos as actividades dos serviços educativos online. Ainda só cinco museus disponibilizam actividades

Taxonomia de Muscidae (diptera) da Guiana Francesa

A Guiana Francesa está localizada na América do Sul. Este país foi escolhido em 2015 para ser sede de uma pesquisa de biodiversidade, pesquisa conduzida pelo Museu Nacional de História Natural (MNHN) juntamente com a ONG Pro-Natural Internacional. A expedição "Our Planet Revisited" ou "La Planète Revisitèe" também é conhecida como pesquisa Mitaraka. Pouco se sabia sobre a fauna de insetos existentes na área do maciço das montanhas do Mitaraka e devido a essa expedição foram produzidos trabalhos com novos dados importantes a fauna de insetos da Guiana Francesa, incluindo avanços importantes em nosso conhecimento da fauna de Diptera. Mediante ao atual cenário de pouco conhecimento da família Muscidae da Guiana Francesa, este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar informações que ampliam o conhecimento taxonômico de espécies e gêneros na região com descrições de novas espécies. Como resultado foram obtidos 17 novos registros para gêneros, 20 novos registros para espécies e seis novas espécies foram descritas para Bithoracochaeta Stein, 1911, Cyrtoneuropsis Malloch, 1925, Micropotamia de Carvalho, 1993, Neodexiopsis Malloch, 1920 e Pilispina Albuquerque, 1954, com imagens de terminálias dos machos disponibilizadas e mapas de distribuição atualizados para as 21 espécies encontradas. Além disso, foi construída uma chave de identificação com imagens fotográficas para os gêneros encontrados para a Guiana Francesa e regiões próximas à fronteira.Abstract: Muscidae is the most species-rich family within the Muscoidea, a non-monophyletic group of Calyptratae with about 6000 known species and approximately 200 genera. French Guiana is located in South America. This country was chosen in 2015 to host a biodiversity survey, a survey conducted by the National Museum of Natural History (MNHN) together with the NGO Pro-Natural International. The "Our Planet Revisited" or "La Planète Revisitèe" expedition is also known as the Mitaraka survey. Little was known about the existing insect fauna in the area of the Mitaraka mountain massif and due to this expedition, works were produced with important new data on the insect fauna of French Guiana, including important advances in our knowledge of the Diptera fauna. Given the current scenario of little knowledge of the Muscidae family of French Guiana, this work aims to present information that expands the taxonomic knowledge of species and genera in the region with descriptions of new species. As a result, 17 new records were obtained for genera, 20 new records for species and six new species were described for Bithoracochaeta Stein, 1911, Cyrtoneuropsis Malloch, 1925, Micropotamia de Carvalho, 1993, Neodexiopsis Malloch, 1920 and Pilispina Albuquerque, 1954, with images of male terminalia available and updated distribution maps for the 21 species found. In addition, an identification key was built with photographic images for the genera found for French Guiana and regions close to the border

A qualidade no terceiro setor: o caso do Centro de Reabilitação Profissional de Gaia (CRPG)

O presente estudo tem por finalidade analisar o Centro de Reabilitação Profissional de Gaia (CRPG), enquanto associação que exerce a sua missão tendo por base a responsabilidade social. O CRPG foi a primeira associação em Portugal a apresentar a preocupação de demonstrar a qualidade das práticas que exerce, através da Certificação da Excelência dos Serviços Sociais. Esta certificação é efetuada segundo o sistema European Quality in Social Services (EQUASS), o qual permite o reconhecimento, garantia e certificação da qualidade às organizações que atuam no âmbito dos serviços sociais, tais como a reabilitação, a formação profissional, a assistência e cuidados às pessoas em situação de fragilidade social. Salienta-se a este propósito o cariz voluntário para a aquisição deste tipo de certificação, o que comprova, além de outras preocupações, como a garantia da qualidade dos serviços prestado, a conduta socialmente responsável do CRPG.This study aims to analyse the Vocational Rehabilitation Centre of Gaia (CRPG), as association that pursues its mission based on the social responsibility. The CRPG was the first association in Portugal to present the concern to demonstrate the quality of its practices, through the Certification of Excellence in Social Services. This certification is performed according to the European Quality system in Social Services (EQUASS), which allows the recognition, quality assurance and certification to organizations that operate within social services, particularly in rehabilitation, vocational training, assistance and care to people in situations of social fragility. It should be noted the voluntary nature of this type of certification, which proves, among other concerns, such as ensuring the quality of services provided, the socially responsible behaviour of CRPG

GESTÃO SOCIAL DO FUNDO ESTADUAL DE MEIO AMBIENTE DO AMAZONAS

Resumo O artigo refere-se aos resultados da pesquisa sobre a Gestão do Fundo Estadual do Meio Ambiente do Amazonas (FEMA). Nos últimos anos a gestão ambiental vem ganhando espaço e peso nas administrações federais, estaduais e municipais. Analisou-se que o fundo público estudado foi instituído pela Lei Ordinária nº 2.985/2005. Assim, a abordagem qualiquantitativa foi escolhida como perspectiva metodológica. E a pesquisa teve como objetivo principal fazer uma caracterização da forma como o fundo está contribuindo para a viabilidade da Política Estadual do Meio Ambiente do Amazonas
