The germination quality of peach seeds was increased through water washing, cold stratification and the removal of the seed testa. The method of experimental morphology of plants was following growth cotylars in the exil (cotyledon) leaf an amputated germination seeds of peas. The correlation processes are influenced by the cultivation conditions and the length of plant growth - on the 3rd day following the commencement of the experiment, light retards the growth of cotylar in the seed leaf with a cutting in the young seedling of peas (40%) which, however, exceeds within 14 days in the cotylar stimulation of a seed leaf not treated with a cutting (77%). As regards young seedlings of peach growing on a medium without growth regulators, the shoots grew with the same speed in all alternatives (33% each), which the share of growing shoots on a medium with BA increased in the exil of an amputated seed leaf (50%). Primary cultures of rootstock peach Ishtara, GF 677, GF 43, Penta, Tetra, Pumi select were derived from ten-year parent plants growing in an orchard as well as from annual plants in a greenhouse.
