The nature of ransom and the issue of guaranteeing wisdom is one of the important issues in jurisprudence and law; various views have been expressed about it so far. The connection between the two goes back to the nature of ransom; if we consider ransom as a mere punishment, it is in conflict with the principle of personal punishment but if we consider the ransom as compensation, or consider it dual in nature, there will be no conflict between this rule and the principle. In this article, an attempt has been made to the nature of ransom and wisdom should be examined from the perspective of Feyz Kashani and Imam Khomeini, the basic question that arises in this regard is that; how can the views of Feyz Kashani and Imam Khomeini regarding the nature of ransom and wisdom be evaluated? The present article is an analytical description and has used the library method to examine the question. The results of the article indicate that; from the point of view of Feyz Kashani and also Imam Khomeini, ransom has a dual nature; because ransom, as an independent legal entity, has a civil aspect and compensates the damages and losses inflicted on the victim or his parents, on the other hand, it has a criminal aspect and provides the means of punishment and learning lessons for the perpetrator. Also, the payment made by the wise has been accepted from the point of view of Feyz Kashani and Imam Khomeini. Accordingly, whenever a non-Muslim citizen from Dhimma commits a pure mistake and is unable to pay the ransom, whenever a murderer commits premeditated murder and then escapes and he and his relatives have no money, whenever the person who committed the murder of a pure mistake does not have the wisdom of paying the wise ransom, or if his wisdom is incapable, the payment of ransom will be the responsibility of the treasury. From Imam Khomeini's point of view, the most important basis of the government's responsibility as a wise man is the rule of "Al-Kharaj bi Al-Dhiman" but Feyz Kashani has not discussed this issue

Abstract In this research, we calculated the atomic properties of systems have been studied (N + and O +2 ) for intra-shells (1s, 2s and 2p) using Hartree-Fock wave function. These properties included, one-particle radial density function, one-particle and inter-particle expectation values, inter-particle density function and expectation values of energies. All these atomic properties increase with atomic number, have highest values in 1s shell and lowest values in 2p shell. All results are obtained numerically by using the computer program (MathCad 14) because it able to calculation and plot functions. All atomic properties are calculated in atomic units

Relation Between Salivary (Immunoglobulin A , Flow Rate and PH ) level and Estrogen Receptor Expression Among Patients with Breast Cancer

    Get PDF
Estrogen receptors (ERs) are a group of  proteins , either of  nuclear or membrane type , that activated by estrogen hormone which expressed in majority of breast cancer patients .  Breast cancer is the most frequent cancer among the women and account about one third of the registered female malignancies. The relation between salivary immunoglobulin A (SIgA), Salivary Flow Rate (SFR) and PH of saliva with sex hormone receptors expression yet not well understood where there was few researches that highlights the nature of relation . The reduction in the SIgA  and SFR often makes oral tissue more prone for infection. The objectives of this study is to determine the relation between the SIgA, SFR, PH, and sex hormone receptor expression in patients with breast cancer. study of cross sectional design was conducted from Jan. to Nov. 2016, samples of 3-5 ml of saliva collected from forty five (45) female patients with breast cancer at Oncology Teaching Hospital . The  patients were categorized according to estrogen  receptor status  expression  depending on their medical records  (26 positive and 19 negative expression ). The sociodemographic characteristics  and gynecological history including the age ,Body Mass Index(BMI), menopause status also reported. The SIgA, measured by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay technique (ELISA) , the SFR calculated by dividing the total collected saliva volume in milliliter by  time in minute .The salivary PH measured by digital PH meter. Then  the measured variables compared according to expression of  estrogen receptor either positive or negative .The statistical analysis carried out by using independent student T- test  and pearson correlation test were used to confirmed significant( p ≤ 0.05 ) was considered significant The results showed that the level of  SIgA, SFR and salivary PH for group  of ER+ ve expression  were  significantly lower than that of ER –ve expression  where it was for ER+ve (136.8  , 155.7  and 5.8  ) while for ER-ve was  (304.5,  248.5 and  6.1) respectively.also, the results revealed that a positive correlation between SIgA and SFR ( r=0.7) while a negative correlation between the SIgA and PH (r = -0.3)  . We could conclude that the patients with breast cancer of  ER+ve expression had low level of SIgA also had reduction in SFR  which make them  more prone for oral infectio

Malware detection issues, challenges, and future directions: A survey

    Get PDF
The evolution of recent malicious software with the rising use of digital services has increased the probability of corrupting data, stealing information, or other cybercrimes by malware attacks. Therefore, malicious software must be detected before it impacts a large number of computers. Recently, many malware detection solutions have been proposed by researchers. However, many challenges limit these solutions to effectively detecting several types of malware, especially zero-day attacks due to obfuscation and evasion techniques, as well as the diversity of malicious behavior caused by the rapid rate of new malware and malware variants being produced every day. Several review papers have explored the issues and challenges of malware detection from various viewpoints. However, there is a lack of a deep review article that associates each analysis and detection approach with the data type. Such an association is imperative for the research community as it helps to determine the suitable mitigation approach. In addition, the current survey articles stopped at a generic detection approach taxonomy. Moreover, some review papers presented the feature extraction methods as static, dynamic, and hybrid based on the utilized analysis approach and neglected the feature representation methods taxonomy, which is considered essential in developing the malware detection model. This survey bridges the gap by providing a comprehensive state-of-the-art review of malware detection model research. This survey introduces a feature representation taxonomy in addition to the deeper taxonomy of malware analysis and detection approaches and links each approach with the most commonly used data types. The feature extraction method is introduced according to the techniques used instead of the analysis approach. The survey ends with a discussion of the challenges and future research directions
