    The Influence of Service Quality, Religious Commitment and Trust on The Customers’ Satisfaction and Loyalty and Decision to Do The Transaction in Mandiri Sharia Bank Of Jawatimur

    This study tested the causal relationship of service quality, religious commitment and trust on customers’ satisfaction, loyalty and decision to repeat their transaction in sharia banking services. This research used quantitative approach to describe the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. The samples in this research are 160 respondents.  Structural equation modeling (SEM) is used to analyze this research. This research findings shows that the quality of service and customers’ trust, satisfaction and loyalty simultaneously influenced the decision to repeat their transaction in that banking service. The customers’ satisfaction and loyalty are intervening variables that linked the service quality and the customers’ trust with the decision to repeat their banking transaction. The religious commitment had insignificant influence toward the service quality; however, it had significant influence toward the loyalty and decision to repeat their banking transaction.Penelitian ini menguji hubungan kausalitas kualitas layanan, kepercayaan dan komitmen beragama nasabah terhadap kepuasan, loyalitas dan keputusan bertransaksi ulang  layanan perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bermaksud memberikan penjelasan hubungan kausalitas antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Jumlah sampel penelitian sejumlah 160 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modeling atau SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan nasabah, kepuasan dan loyalitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan bertransaksi ulang  layanan perbankan. Kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah menjadi variabel intervening yang menghubungkan kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan nasabah dengan keputusan bertransaksi ulang  layanan perbankan.     Abstrak Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir peluang pasar roda dua kendaraan transportasi seperti sepeda listrik masih sangat prospektif untuk dikembangkan sebagai alternatif untuk mengganti sepeda motor. Peluang didukung oleh Program Pelaporan Wajib Emisi Otomotif (MDAE) dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup menurut Kep. LH No Pria. 141, 2003 di mana salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk mendorong penciptaan kendaraan ramah lingkungan. Oleh karena itu dalam kajian ini berupaya untuk merancang motor-generator darurat sepeda sebagai sumber energi listrik listrik untuk meningkatkan kehandalan mereka sehingga sepeda listrik benar-benar dapat menjadi pilihan non-bahan bakar fasilitas transportasi darat. Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah membuat empat alternatif desain dari prototipe E-sepeda charger darurat 1,2,3 dan 4 (A1, A2, A3 dan A4) berdasarkan empat parameter kriteria (= biaya pembuatan K1, K2 = Efisiensi dari sistem, K3 = sistem Ketahanan dan K4 = kemudahan manufaktur) kemudian dipilih desain alternatif terbaik dengan analisis MCDM (Makin Multikriteria analisis Keputusan) dengan menggunakan metode Promethee II. Dari empat alternatif desain akhirnya ditemukan bahwa alternatif desain 4 (A4) adalah desain yang terbaik lengkap dengan peringkat tertinggi adalah 12,24. Berdasarkan analisis MCDM diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa alternatif desain motor-generator adalah alternatif 4 (A4) yang menggunakan motor dengan gulungan 60 dan 0,9 mm diameter kawat dikembangkan sebagai prototipe untuk E-sepeda charger darurat. Opportunities supported by the Program of Mandatory Disclosure of Automotive Emissions (MDAE) from the Ministry of Environmental Life according to Kep. LH No Men. 141, 2003 in which one goal is to encourage creation of environmentally-friendly vehicles. Therefore in this study attempted to design a motor-generator as electric bicycle emergency electrical energy source to improve their reliability so the electric bicycle can really be a choice of non-fuel land transportation facilities. The first stage in this study is create four alternative design of the E-bike emergency charger prototype 1,2,3 and 4 (A1, A2, A3 and A4) based on four criteria parameter (= cost of making K1, K2 = Efficiency of the system, K3 = Resilience system and K4 = The ease of manufacture) are then selected the best alternative design with the MCDM analysis (Makin Multicriteria Decision Analysis) using the method Promethee II. Of the four alternative designs were eventually found that the design alternative 4 (A4) is the best design complete with the highest ranking is 12:24. Based on the obtained results of the analysis conducted and the conclusion that all the factors level factors significantly influence the motor rpm by a factor and the best factor level is the number of coil windings 60 with 0.9 mm diameter wire. Based on MCDM analysis obtained the conclusion that the alternative design motor-generator 4 (A4) which use the motor with the windings 60 and 0.9 mm diameter wire was developed as a prototype for an electric energy source for non-fuel electric bike.     Synthesis of cross-linked chitosan functionalized with threonine moiety and its application to on-line collection/concentration and determination of Mo, V and Cu

    A novel chitosan-based resin functionalized with threonine moiety was synthesized, and applied to the collection/concentration of Mo, V and Cu in environmental water samples, followed by their determination using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES). The synthesized resin, cross-linked chitosan-threonine (CCTS-Thr), showed good adsorption behavior toward trace amounts of Mo, V and Cu in a wide pH range. The adsorbed elements can be easily eluted using 2 mol L-1 of nitric acid, and their recoveries were found to be 90-100%. The CCTS-Thr was packed in a mini-column, which was then installed in a computer-controlled auto-pretreatment system (Auto-Pret System) for on-line trace elements collection and determination by ICP-AES. Experimental parameters related to the improvement of sensitivity and reproducibility were optimized. The limits of detection (LODs) for target metals were found to be in sub-ppb level. The proposed method with CCTS-Thr resin was successfully applied to the determination of Mo, V and Cu in environmental water samples. The recovery test showed that common matrices which exist in environmental water samples did not interfere with the determination.</p

    Synthesis of chitosan-based resins modified with tris(2-aminoethyl)amine moiety and its application to collection/concentration and determination of trace mercury by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry

    A novel chitosan-based chelating resin modified with tris(2-aminoethyl)amine moiety (CCTS-TAA) was synthesized. and its characteristics in the collection/concentration of mercury was examined. The synthesized resin showed good adsorption toward mercury in a wide pH range, and the adsorbed mercury can be easily eluted by using 2 M HNO3 without any addition of complexing agent. The resin was then packed in a mini-column and the mini-column was installed on a computer-controlled automated-pretreatment (Auto-Pret) system coupled with inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) for on-line mercury collection and determination at trace level.</p

    PEMBUATAN KITOSAN MAKROPORI MENGGUNAKAN ETHYLENE GLYCOL DIGLYCIDYL ETHER (EGDE) SEBAGAI CROSS-LINKER DAN APLIKASINYA TERHADAP ADSORPSI METHYL ORANGE

    Kitosan makropori (CS-M) dipreparasi menggunakan EGDE sebagai cross-linker dan garam NaCl sebagai porogen. Kemampuan adsorpsi kitosan makropori terhadap zat warna methyl orange dipelajari melalui pengaruh pH dan variasi kitosan : EGDE (CS:EGE). Kemudian kitosan makropori dikarakterisasi menggunakan SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) dan Spektrofotometer FT-IR. Adsorpsi terbesar dihasilkan pada variasi CS:EGDE 4 g : 240 mg yang dicapai pada pH 7 dengan waktu kontak 180 menit. Hasil karakterisasi dengan SEM memperlihatkan struktur makropori pada CS-M dengan ukuran diameter pori berkisar antara 3-12 µm. Kata kunci: adsorpsi, kitosan, makropori , methyl orange

    Integrated Model of Customers\u27 Satisfaction and Loyality: a Business Analysis of Banking Service

    The purpose of this study is to determine the relationships of service quality, bank\u27s image, customer value and product quality with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Sample is the state-owned banks\u27 customers in four major cities in Indonesia. Data is analyzed by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Results lead to an integrated model of customers\u27 satisfaction and loyalty. In conclusion, customer value and quality of bank products do not significantly and directly affect customer loyalty, but do significantly affect customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. Service quality and bank\u27s image directly and indirectly affects customers\u27 satisfaction and loyalty. Service quality and bank\u27s image have the strongest and most dominant effects on customer loyalty

    PEMBUATAN DAN KARAKTERISASI ELEKTRODA SELEKTIF ION (ESI) TIMBAL (II) TIPE KAWAT TERLAPIS BERBASIS PIROPILIT

    ABSTRACT Pyrophyllite as an inorganic material having an active site that can serve as an ion exchanger, so that potentially to be used as ionophore ion selective membrane. Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) lead (II)-based on pyrophyllite as an ionophore, Polyvinylchloride (PVC) as the matrix polymer, activated carbon and dioktilftalat (DOP) as a plasticizer in tetrahydrofuran solven has been developed. Variables of this research consist of immertion time doing at 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 minutes and composition of the membrane. Basic characterization of ion ISE Lead (II) coated wire based on pyrophyllite were examined Nernst Factor, limit of detection, linear concentration range, response time, and life time. The results of research showed that, the optimum immertion time to 50 minutes, with the optimum membrane composition consist of Pyrophylite : PVC : activated carbon : DOP is 49 : 16 : 3 : 32 (% b/b). Characterization of Lead (II)-based coated wire type pyrophyllite produced include: linear concentration range of lead 10-5 - 10-1 M at a price of 29.33 Nernst Factor mV/decade of concentration. The resulting detection limit is 8.054 x 10-6 M or equal to 1,669 ppm of lead, the resulting response time of 30 seconds and a life time of 45 days.
