    Efforts to empower the economy of fishermen through the development of fisheries-based businesses are very necessary to increase family income and reduce extreme poverty. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the income of fishermen\u27s families through diversification of fisheries-based businesses. Creating a sustainable program that focuses on improving the economic welfare and health of fishermen\u27s families. The training method in the core program is through a participatory approach. The implementing team has carried out community service activities, in a series of 2024 student KKN-PAR programs according to the stages of the plan and the resulting achievement targets. The results of the implementation of community service are based on the realization related to the achievement targets, namely the eradication of extreme poverty. Through the Empowerment of Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises, the core program of KKN-PAR UNUGO makes SKIPJACK TUNA FLOS, which later this activity will have an impact on improving the quality of human resources in the Patoameme village community

    Digitalisasi dan Tantangan Moral: Strategi Guru PAI di SDN PasirBaru dalam Membentuk Karakter Siswa

    Digitalization has brought a significant impact on education, particularly in shaping the character of elementary school students. Islamic Education (PAI) teachers face moral challenges arising from the uncontrolled use of digital media. This study aims to explore the strategies employed by PAI teachers at SDN PasirBaru in fostering students’ character amid the wave of digitalization. The research applies a literature review method with thematic analysis of relevant national and international studies published between 2014 and 2024. The findings reveal that several effective strategies can be implemented, namely: (1) integrating Islamic values into students’ digital lives, (2) utilizing appropriate character-based learning media, (3) teachers’ role modeling as behavioral exemplars, and (4) close collaboration with parents in monitoring technology use. These strategies are proven relevant in addressing moral challenges in the digital era, particularly in preventing value degradation and deviant behavior among elementary students.The implications of this study highlight the urgency of strengthening digital literacy among PAI teachers, developing contextual Islamic character education models, and fostering collaborative support between schools, families, and policymakers. Thus, this research provides both theoretical contributions to enrich the discourse on character education in the digital era and practical guidance for teachers and schools in shaping religious and virtuous young generations.Digitalisasi membawa dampak besar dalam pendidikan, khususnya pada pembentukan karakter siswa sekolah dasar. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dihadapkan pada tantangan moral yang muncul dari penggunaan media digital yang tidak terkontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka untuk mengkaji strategi guru PAI di SDN PasirBaru dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai Islam dalam konteks digital, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang tepat, keteladanan guru, dan kerja sama dengan orang tua merupakan strategi efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan moral era digital.     This study aims to determine the effect of education level, employee work experience on employee compliance in completing follow-Up on audit findings in the North Gorontalo Regency government work unit. The study used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sample in this study were 44 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation and data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis in testing hypotheses.     Background: This research discusses the Arabic Muslim Adventure application, an interactive app designed to help students learn Arabic through a game-based learning approach. The main issue explored is how this application affects students\u27 functional and emotional engagement. Aims: This research aims to explore the extent to which Don Norman\u27s hierarchy of design is applied in the user-centred AMA application from functional and emotional aspects. Methods: The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources were obtained from field observations and interviews with participants. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling based on gender. The participants in this research were eight elementary school students. The data collection technique was carried out through two stages, namely observations and interviews. The data analysis process through: data display, data verification, and conclusion drawing. Results: AMA is easy to use because of the familiar icons and useful to help understand Arabic vocabulary. The AMA application has an Islamic cultural identity and attractive visuals that successfully increase learning motivation. Some improvements are proposed, such as adding notifications on the charades game and clearer explanations in the mufradat section. This application successfully combines functional and emotional aspects that create positive responses. Implications: This research is expected to provide new insights into the importance of a user-centred design approach in the development of educational applications, especially in the context of Arabic language education

    Pendidikan Islam di Indonesia memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter dan moral umat, serta memperkuat identitas keagamaan di tengah tantangan globalisasi dan perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prospek pendidikan Islam di Indonesia dengan mempertimbangkan tantangan dan peluang yang ada. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi permasalahan terkait dengan kualitas pendidikan, kurikulum yang belum sepenuhnya relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman, serta keterbatasan fasilitas dan tenaga pendidik yang berkualitas. Sementara itu, peluang untuk pengembangan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia sangat terbuka lebar, terutama dengan kemajuan teknologi, meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan, serta dukungan kebijakan pemerintah dalam memperkuat sistem pendidikan Islam. Melalui pendekatan yang inovatif dan adaptif, pendidikan Islam dapat memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dalam membentuk generasi yang kompeten secara akademik dan kuat dalam nilai-nilai agama. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan perlunya reformasi dalam kurikulum, peningkatan kualitas pengajaran, dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar di lembaga pendidikan Islam di Indonesia

    PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER BERBASIS APRESIASI DAN SANKSI: TELAAH KONSEPTUAL DALAM PERSPEKTIF AL-QUR’AN

    ABSTRACT Character education is a fundamental pillar in shaping the personalities of young generations with noble morals, preparing them to face global challenges. This article explores character education based on appreciation and sanction from the perspective of the Qur’an through a conceptual study employing a library research approach. The method utilized is qualitative with thematic analysis techniques applied to Qur’anic verses, classical and modern tafsir, as well as relevant Islamic education literature. The findings reveal that the Qur’an provides appreciation for positive behavior through promises of reward and spiritual motivation, while also emphasizing the importance of sanctions as an educative moral control. The integration of appreciation and sanction is proven to foster the development of disciplined, responsible character aligned with universal values. The implication of this research underscores the necessity of implementing proportional and humanistic appreciation and sanction models in character education within schools or madrasahs. Keywords: Character education, Appreciation, SanctionABSTRAK Pendidikan karakter merupakan fondasi utama dalam membentuk kepribadian generasi muda yang berakhlak mulia dan siap menghadapi tantangan global. Artikel ini membahas pendidikan karakter berbasis apresiasi dan sanksi dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an melalui kajian konseptual berbasis studi pustaka. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik analisis tematik terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, tafsir, dan literatur pendidikan Islam yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an memberikan penghargaan (apresiasi) terhadap perilaku positif melalui janji pahala dan motivasi spiritual, serta menegaskan pentingnya sanksi sebagai kontrol moral yang edukatif. Integrasi apresiasi dan sanksi terbukti mampu mendorong terbentuknya karakter disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan berorientasi pada nilai-nilai luhur. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan perlunya penerapan model apresiasi dan sanksi yang proporsional dan humanis dalam pendidikan karakter di sekolah atau madrasah.     Purwokerto is known as a city with a distinct cultural identity. Nicknamed the “Ngapak City,” it is characterized by the straightforward and unpretentious dialect of its people, reflecting an open and egalitarian social character. The acculturation between Islam and local culture in this region has given rise to a unique expression of religiosity. Islam did not arrive as a dominating force seeking to replace existing traditions but rather merged harmoniously with long-standing local values. This study aims to explore the dynamics of Islam in Purwokerto using a phenomenological approach to understand religious practices in a deep and holistic manner. The findings reveal that Islam has become an integral part of daily life, evolving through a process of acculturation that fosters diverse yet respectful expressions of faith. At least five typologies of Islamic expression can be identified: Kejawen Islam, Kampung Islam, Sufi Islam (Tarekat), Moderate Islam, and Puritan Islam. This diversity reflects a dynamic and pluralistic face of Islam, yet one that remains harmonious. These typologies represent a contextualized, grounded, and culturally rooted form of Islam in the Ngapak City.Purwokerto merupakan salah satu daerah di Jawa Tengah yang memiliki keunikan dalam dialek bahasa sehari-hari. Walaupun masih dalam wilayah Jawa, namun dialek percakapan sehari-hari justru berbeda dengan daerah yang dianggap sebagai pusat bahasa Jawa, seperti Solo atau Yogyakarta. Bila bahasa Jawa di Solo atau Yogyakarta disuarakan dengan dialek yang terkesan lembut dan halus, maka berbanding terbalik dengan dialek masyaarkat Purwokerto yang terlihat sangat tebal, seakan kasar dan jauh dari kesan halus atau lembut. DIalek inilah yang sering disebut “ngapak” bagi masyarakat Purwokerto dan sekitarnya. Di samping bahasa yang sangat unik, Purwokerto juga memiliki banyak tradisi-tradisi lokal yang tetap bertahan hingga saat ini. Perkembangan Islam di Purwokerto terus berjalan di tengah kuatnya budaya dan tradisi lokal yang juga tetap bertahan. Keunikan dan kuarnya tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya akulturasi antara Islam dan budaya setempat. Tuliasan ini mengungkapkan bagaimana perkenbangan dan kondisi Islam di Purwokerto yang sarat dengan budaya lokal yang kuat. Islam dan budaya mengalami pergeseran, di mana saling mengisi hingga membentuk budaya baru. Dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, penelitian ini akan mengemukakan gambaran dan pemahaman secara komprehensif holistik secara deskriptif terhadap diinamika, perkembanan dan perubahan umat Islam di Purwokerto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islam dan budaya di Purwokerto saling bersinergi dan saling mengisi dalam kehidupan masyarakat.     STRATEGI MEMBANGUN KESADARAN MEREK UNTUK MENCIPTAKAN KEPERCAYAAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP SEKOLAH DI LAJNAH PENDIDIKAN DAN PENGAJARAN (LPP) AL-IRSYAD AL-ISLAMIYYAH PURWOKERTO

    Brand awareness is the primary foundation for building public trust in educational institutions. Despite being a crucial asset, not all schools have successfully built strong brand awareness like LPP Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Purwokerto. This study aims to describe LPP Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Purwokerto strategy in building brand awareness to foster public trust. Using a qualitative case study method through interviews, observation, and documentation, this study shows that LPP Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Purwokerto applies a structured Hierarchy of Effects model. At the cognitive stage, awareness is built through centralized digital and traditional marketing and strategic networking to instill brand knowledge. The affective stage is achieved by creating differentiation through the international curriculum (IB), engaging alumni, and building a positive narrative to foster liking and preference. Finally, the conative stage is realized through a pre-order system to manage high demand and measurable evaluations to encourage enrollment. As a result, this integrated strategy has proven effective in building brand awareness, leading to the formation of public trust in the school.Kesadaran merek (brand awareness) merupakan fondasi utama dalam membangun kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga pendidikan. Meskipun menjadi aset krusial, tidak semua sekolah berhasil membangun kesadaran merek yang kuat seperti LPP Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Purwokerto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi LPP Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Purwokerto  dalam membangun kesadaran merek guna menumbuhkan kepercayaan publik. Menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa LPP Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Purwokerto menerapkan model Hirarki Efek yang terstruktur. Pada tahap kognitif, kesadaran dibangun melalui pemasaran digital dan tradisional yang terpusat serta jejaring strategis untuk menanamkan pengetahuan merek. Tahap afektif dicapai dengan menciptakan diferensiasi melalui kurikulum internasional (IB), melibatkan alumni, serta membangun narasi positif untuk menumbuhkan kesukaan dan preferensi. Terakhir, tahap konatif diwujudkan melalui sistem inden untuk mengelola permintaan tinggi dan evaluasi terukur untuk mendorong tindakan pendaftaran. Hasilnya, strategi yang terintegrasi ini terbukti efektif dalam membangun kesadaran merek yang berujung pada terbentuknya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sekolah

    PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN ASESMEN AWAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR BERDIFERENSIASI ANAK USIA DINI

    This research aims to develop an early assessment instrument that can be used to improve differentiated learning outcomes in early childhood, especially the age group of 5-6 years old in PAUD Dengilo District. The method used is research and development (R&D) with a mix-method approach, which combines qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research procedure includes needs analysis, product development, expert validation, limited trials, revisions, and extensive trials. Qualitative data was obtained through observation and interviews, while quantitative data was obtained from the results of pretest and posttest children\u27s learning outcomes. The results of the study showed that the initial assessment instruments developed were valid (validity score of 92%), practical, and effective in identifying children\u27s early abilities. After the application of the instrument in differentiated learning, there was a significant improvement in children\u27s learning outcomes, which was shown by an increase in the average score from 67.8 to 83.2. The t-test showed a significance value of p < 0.05, which indicates a statistically significant difference. Thus, this initial assessment instrument can be used as a strategic tool for PAUD teachers in designing learning that suits the needs and potential of each child.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen asesmen awal yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar berdiferensiasi pada anak usia dini, khususnya kelompok usia 5–6 tahun di PAUD Kecamatan Dengilo. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/R&D) dengan pendekatan mix-method, yaitu menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Prosedur penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan produk, validasi ahli, uji coba terbatas, revisi, dan uji coba luas. Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan data kuantitatif diperoleh dari hasil pretest dan posttest hasil belajar anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen asesmen awal yang dikembangkan valid (skor validitas 92%), praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi kemampuan awal anak. Setelah penerapan instrumen dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar anak, yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan skor rata-rata dari 67,8 menjadi 83,2. Uji-t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi p < 0,05, yang mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan yang bermakna secara statistik. Dengan demikian, instrumen asesmen awal ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu yang strategis bagi guru PAUD dalam merancang pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan potensi masing-masing anak

    Kontroversi Putusan Hukum Tentang Royalti Hak Cipta Lagu Sebagai Harta Bersama

    The controversy over legal decisions regarding song copyright royalties as joint property in Indonesia can generally be termed joint ownership of individual rights. This paradigm assesses the status of joint property based on the time of acquisition, the spouse\u27s contribution, or the character of the asset. Joint property in Indonesian marital law is all property acquired during the marriage period unless there is a property separation agreement agreed upon before marriage. Inherited assets, inheritance, or grants remain the personal property of each spouse unless otherwise agreed. This issue arises because royalties have both a personal nature and long-term economic potential. This article analyses the controversy using a qualitative approach with a case study method, exploring the forms of controversy, causal factors, and implications. Data were obtained from a qualitative case study conducted by reviewing decision No. 1622/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JB and interviewing 3 judges and 2 advocates. The main findings show that controversy arose in three aspects: royalty division, copyright status, and asset division. Contributing factors include the misalignment between the personal nature of copyright and the communal concept of property, legal uncertainty, and the difficulty of economic valuation of song copyrights. The implications of this controversy include shifting social norms, uncertainty for creators, and increased complexity in asset division. This research underscores the need for comprehensive legal reform to accommodate the complexity of copyright royalty issues in the context of common property, as well as the development of more accurate valuation methods. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the interaction between intellectual property law and family law in Indonesia.Kontroversi putusan hukum mengenai royalti hak cipta lagu sebagai harta bersama di Indonesia secara umum dapat disebut kepemilikan bersama hak individu. Paradigma ini menilai status harta bersama berdasarkan waktu perolehan, kontribusi pasangan, atau karakter aset. Harta bersama dalam hukum perkawinan di Indonesia adalah semua harta yang diperoleh selama masa perkawinan, kecuali ada perjanjian pisah harta yang disepakati sebelum menikah. Harta bawaan, warisan, atau hibah tetap menjadi milik pribadi masing-masing pasangan, kecuali disepakati lain. Masalah ini muncul karena royalti memiliki sifat pribadi sekaligus potensi ekonomi jangka panjang. Artikel ini menganalisis kontroversi tersebut menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, mengeksplorasi bentuk-bentuk kontroversi, faktor-faktor penyebab, dan implikasinya. Data diperoleh dari studi kasus kualitatif dilakukan dengan mengkaji putusan No. 1622/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JB dan mewawancarai 3 hakim serta 2 advokat. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa kontroversi muncul dalam tiga aspek: pembagian royalti, status hak cipta, dan pembagian aset. Faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi meliputi ketidakselarasan antara sifat personal hak cipta dan konsep komunal harta bersama, ketidakpastian hukum, serta kesulitan valuasi ekonomi hak cipta lagu. Implikasi dari kontroversi ini mencakup pergeseran norma sosial, ketidakpastian bagi kreator, dan meningkatnya kompleksitas dalam pembagian harta. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi perlunya reformasi hukum komprehensif untuk mengakomodasi kompleksitas isu royalti hak cipta dalam konteks harta bersama, serta pengembangan metode penilaian yang lebih akurat.
