Makaleأكثر كلام العرب على موافقة لفظه لمعناه, وقد يأتي (أي الكلام) محمولا ً على المعنى دون اللفظ, والحمل على المعنى جر واسع جدا في اللغة العربية أصيل فيها, وهو أسلوب لطيف من أساليب العرب وسنة من سننها, كما أنه كثير الاستعمال فيها, وقد ورد استعماله في القرآن الكريم وفصيح الكلام نظمه ونثره. وقد كان للحمل على المعنى أثر كبير في تذكير وتأنيث أسماء ال ُ بلدان والقبائل والأمم, وهذا ما نحاول أن نوضحه في هذا البحث إن شاء الله.Arapça kelimelerin çoğunda kelimenin lafzı manasına uygun olarak gelir. Bazen ise her hangi bir kelimenin lafzı manasına uygun olmayabilir. Kelimelerin lafzının manaya hamli Arap dilinde çok geniş ve köklü bir iştir. Bu metod, Arapçanın hoş üslubundan ve kurallarındandır ve yaygın olarak kullanılır. Bu kullanım Kur’an-ı Kerimde, fasih konuşmada, nazımda ve nesirde gelmiştir. Kelimelere anlam vermenin, ülke kabile ve ulus isimlerinin müzekker ve müennes olmasında büyük etkisi olmuştur. Bu araştırmada bu konu açıklanmaya çalışılacaktır.Most of the Arabic words comply with both their literal and their words meaning. But some words (ie speech) may come carried on the meaning without the literal word. The load on the meaning is very wide and thorough in the Arabic language. It’s a gentle method of Arabs, a part of their tradition and a widely used method. This method has been used in the Koran and in eloquent (faseeh) langue, whether written or spoken. Carrying on the meaning has a significant impact in the feminization and masculinization of names of countries, tribes and nations and this is what we are trying to clarify in this research

TCP FTAT (Fast Transmit Adaptive Transmission): a New End-To-End Congestion Control Algorithm

Congestion Control in TCP is the algorithm that controls allocation of network resources for a number of competing users sharing a network. The nature of computer networks, which can be described from the TCP protocol perspective as unknown resources for unknown traffic of users, means that the functionality of the congestion control algorithm in TCP requires explicit feedback from the network on which it operates. Unfortunately this is not the way it works with TCP, as one of the fundamental principles of the TCP protocol is to be end-to-end, in order to be able to operate on any network, which can consist of hundreds of routers and hundreds of links with varying bandwidth and capacities. This fact requires the Congestion Control algorithm to be adaptive by nature, to adapt to the network environment under any given circumstances and to obtain the required feedback implicitly through observation and measurements. In this thesis we propose a new TCP end-to-end congestion control algorithm that provides performance improvements over existing TCP congestion control algorithms in computer networks in general, and an even greater improvement in wireless and/or high bandwidth- delay product network

The advantages and constraints of IAS (11) implementation in construction companies in Gaza Strip

This study aims to identify situation of international accounting standard no. 11 implementation by constructing companies working in Gaza strip in their financial statements through distributing 60 questionnaires to construction companies which have first & second grades from Palestine Contractors Union, then making analysis by statistical tests in SPSS program. The study found that most of constructing companies do not implement international accounting standard no. 11; major restrictions are missing in legislations, laws and regulations referred as generally accept. Also, improve the efficiency and professionally of accountants, financial employees and management in construction companies. In addition to the shortage of professional experience of the administrative and financial employees in such companies in regard to the application of the internationally accepted accounting criteria
