Renewable energy sections are fast-spreading, as they can be considered new growth areas for many countries. Contains many economic and environmental possibilities. As solar energy is considered to have a major and effective role for the acquisition of energy, in the face of the identification of rural areas that are difficult to access electric power. The traditional solar power system used is produces weak energy by assumption that the sun is moving all the day, therefore requires the purchase of more solar panels refer to the high cost .The project aims to develop the traditional solar system to solar tracking system using Arduino, two servo motor and light dependent resistor (LDR) to obtain high efficiency in electric power generation. Where, the main goal agreed is to track the sunlight at its maximum intensity until the panel move towards the sun, and the project is divided into two main parts, the development of software and hardware. In hardware development will be used four LDR installed on plastic base on solar panel, connected wires to transfer the measurements from sensors to Arduino with resistances and Multi-meter to measure the required energy coming from the pane

The core idea behind this research is to examine the significance of financial ratios taken from the financial reports or statements to forecast trend in stock price. For this purpose financial ratios have been taken to forecast stock returns from 2008 to 2018. Thus to predict the future price of stock four financial ratios have been taken, “price to book ratio (P/B), price to earnings ratio (P/E), dividend per share (DPS) and firm sizesâ€. This research comprises on panel data with fix and random effect model for analysis that is a very effective and comprehensive predictive regression method for forecasting the stock returns. This study reveals results which show that the financial ratios are the most efficient tool for predicting stock returns. Among the four taken ratios in this research the firm size has proven to be more accurate prediction power as compare to dividend per share as well as price to book ratio. Nevertheless, the relationship between price to earnings ratio and stock returns has not been proven to be significant. Thus the study has proven that financial ratios are reliable tool to predict stock price while making investment decisions

A new alkaloid, pellacalyxin was isolated from the leaves of Pellacalyx saccardianus of Rhizophoraceae family. Pellacalyxin was analyzed using nuclear Overhauser spectroscopy (NOESY) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique to determine the absolute configuration. The analysis of absolute configuration of pellacalyxin was supported by X-ray crystallography.1H-1H NOESY NMR spectroscopy exhibited that pellacalyxin possesses two chiral centers (3S) and (6R)

Effects of novel muscarinic M3 receptor ligand C1213 in pulmonary arterial hypertension models.

Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a complex disease comprising a pathologic remodeling and thickening of the pulmonary vessels causing an after load on the right heart ventricle that can result in ventricular failure. Triggered by oxidative stress, episodes of hypoxia, and other undetermined causes, PH is associated with poor outcomes and a high rate of morbidity. In the neonate, this disease has a similar etiology but is further complicated by the transition to breathing after birth, which requires a reduction in vascular resistance. Persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn (PPHN) is one form of PH that is frequently unresponsive to current therapies including inhaled nitric oxide (due to lack of proper absorption and diffusion), and other therapeutics targeting signaling mediators in vascular endothelium and smooth muscle. The need for novel agents, which target distinct pathways in pulmonary hypertension, remains. Herein, we investigated the therapeutic effects of novel muscarinic receptor ligand C1213 in models of PH We demonstrated that via M3 muscarinic receptors, C1213 induced activating- eNOS phosphorylation (serine-1177), which is known to lead to nitric oxide (NO) production in endothelial cells. Using signaling pathway inhibitors, we discovered that AKT and calcium signaling contributed to eNOS phosphorylation induced by C1213. As expected for an eNOS-stimulating agent, in ex vivo and in vivo models, C1213 triggered pulmonary vasodilation and induced both pulmonary artery and systemic blood pressure reductions demonstrating its potential value in PH and PPHN In brief, this proof-of-concept study provides evidence that an M3 muscarinic receptor functionally selective ligand stimulates downstream pathways leading to antihypertensive effects using in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo models of PH

Background: This research set out to assess the functional prognosis of constrained condylar knee (CCK) in patients with severe intraoperative instability and/or coronal deformity undergoing primary total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Materials and methods: A prospective cohort study including 25 knees (21 cases) who underwent primary TKA using CCK implants. Senior surgeon operated all patients during 2020/2021 and followed clinically and radiographically at three, six and 12 months and 2 years postoperative. All cases were implanted with a single-design, second-generation CCK implant with a mean follow-up of 2 years. Results: The current research involved 25 knees (21 patients) with mean age 62.8 ± 12.2 years and most of the included patients were females (19; 76%). Preoperatively, valgus was demonstrated in six patients (24%) while varus was reported in 19 patients (76%) with mean preoperative Valgus/Varus angle            24.4 ± 9.9. Mean preoperative Knee Society Score (KSS) was 13.2 ± 2.7, mean preoperative functional KSS was 23.8 ± 19.2 and mean preoperative range of movement (ROM) was 107 ± 19.2. After 6 months, mean values of KSS was 86.2 ± 7.59. After 1 year, 2 years & over 2 years, mean values of KSS were 86.2 ± 7.6, 86.2 ± 7.5, 86.3 ± 7.7 respectively. Degree of change in KSS before and after the operation was 69.1 ± 20.9. Mean values of late functional KSS was 62.5 ± 23.3.  Degree of change in functional KSS before and after the operation was 36.8 ± 19.1. Postoperative ROM mean value was 120 ± 6.9 with degree of change 12.8 ± 6.3. Three cases reported postoperative complications; one cellulitis, one anterior femoral notching and one peroneal nerve injury. KSS increased from baseline to early postoperative with statistically significant variances (p< 0.001) however, no statistically significant changes were discovered in KSS from early postoperatively to 2 years of follow up. Conclusion: Primary TKA utilizing CCK implants in cases with severe coronal abnormalities and/or intraoperative instability had a good short-term survival rate, on par with less limited implants. With positive clinical and radiological results, CCK implants can be thought of as a good alternative in some instances. It is important to exercise caution while utilizing an elevated level of restraint, since less restricted implants should be preferred
