    Penyebaran keilmuan melalui jaringan ulama Tarekat Naqsabandi di Kepulauan Riau

    Tarekat Naqsabandi merupakan tarekat yang memiliki jaringan terluas di dunia Islam dan memberikan pengaruh besar bagi perkembangan dan corak masyarakat Islam di nusantara khususnya di Kepulauan Riau. Pesatnya perkembangan jaringan tarekat ini tidak lepas dari adanya salāsilaḥ sebagai hubungan guru-murid yang membentuk jaringan ulama yang khas. Jaringan ulama ini terkandung keilmuan yang penting bagi hala tuju dan pengajaran tasawuf dan syari'at di Kepulauan Riau. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membangun kerangka penyebaran keilmuan melalui jaringan ulama tarekat Naqsabandi di Kepulauan Riau. Ada lima masalah pokok dalam kajian ini, iaitu tentang bentuk jaringan, corak jaringan, wujud hubungan guru-murid, penyebaran keilmuan dan kerangka penyebaran. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui temu bual, kajian dokumen dan pemerhatian, dimana kesahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Teknik Analisis data melalui tiga tahap, iaitu pengurangan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Ada lima dapatan dalam kajian ini, iaitu: pertama, jaringan ulama tarekat naqsabandi terbentuk melalui hubungan keilmuan ulama tarekat Naqsabandi Haramaian, nusantara dan Kepulauan Riau. Kedua, ada tiga corak jaringan tarekat Naqsabandi di Kepulauan Riau iaitu; Khalidi, Muzhari dan Qadiriah Naqsabandi. Ketiga, hubungan keilmuan guru-murid terbentuk melalui pengajaran tarekat di masjid ataupun rumah suluk, dengan kaedah halāqah, talaqqi, hafalan dan bahsul masāil dan menghasilkan hubungan dalam bentuk salāsilaḥ dan ijāzah serta diperkuat dengan pemahaman kewalian dan guru kammil mukammil. Keempat, kandungan keilmuan yang berkembang memiliki ajaran dalam bentuk bai'at, rabitah, tawajjuh, suluk, zikir dan khatam. Kandungan keilmuan ini memiliki kecenderungan sufi baru yang berbentuk telaah hadis, sangat berpahamkan syari'at dan bersifat aktif untuk kemajuan zaman dan pembangunan insan. Kelima, kerangka yang dihasilkan dari penyelidikan ini mampu menjadi rujukan mengenai penyebaran keilmuan melalui jaringan ulama tarekat Naqsabandi di Kepulauan Riau

    This study aimed to analyze the effect of the audit results by Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK), the financial performance of local governments and the size of local governments on the local governments corruption perception index. The variables tested in this research are audit opinion on the financial statements of local government, the findings on the internal control system, the findings on compliance with laws and regulations, self-reliance ratio, growth ratio, the ratio of effectiveness and the size of local governments. This study uses secondary data derived from the results of the audit report by BPK on the financial statements of local governments in 2009 fiscal year and local governments corruption perception index derived from research reports by Transparency International Indonesia in 2010. The method uses in this study on selecting the samples are purposive sampling method. The data in this study tested using classic assumption test and correlation analysis. The hypothesis in this study tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that not all the audit results by BPK has a significant influence on the local goverments corruption perception index. Findings on compliance with the legislation is the only variable of the audit results by BPK with significant influence and negatively affect the local goverments corruption perception index. Based on the financial performance of local governments, the variables that have a significant influence on the local goverment corruption perception index only independence ratio and effectiveness ratio and which have a positive influence on the local goverment corruption perception index. The size of local governments have a significant negative effect on the local goverment corruption perception index

    “Banuroja” (One Village with Three Religions): A Model of Social Harmony in Gorontalo

    Banuroja is an acronym for “Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Gorontalo and Java”. From its naming identity, it appears that the community is heterogeneous both in terms of ethnicity, language, culture and religion. The heterogeneity of the people of Banuroja Village is actually an element that strengthens the harmony between them. There does not appear to be arrogance from followers of a particular religion, there is no excessive militancy, there is no intrigue to negate each other. This study shows that there are five aspects which are the key words of the Banuroja social harmony, namely (1) aspects of education and youth; (2) aspects of settlement and tradition; (3) aspects of work; (4) aspects of village government institutions; and (5) other aspects such as the prominent figures / religious elites. The driving aspects of integration on the one hand are actually at the same time a trigger for conflict on the other side. The author argues that the people of Banuroja have succeeded in showing that harmony is not just passive co-existence, not an artificial harmony. Living in diversity, in the context of Banuroja, actually being actualized by active co-existence in intimate friendship dissolves in the specialness of each rite without denouncing the other rites

    Marginalization of Women in Islam: Problem Interpretation

    This article aimed to find out the development of a view that tends to marginalize women is certainly not derived from religious teachings, but is more influenced by problems of interpretation. Although sourced from the same reference namely the Qur'an and Hadith, the interpretation of gender relations in Islam developed into diverse variants. Among the important factors that encourage diversity are the different perspectives on the inclusion of sociological and historical considerations in making interpretations. For interpreters who agree, historical elements, sociology must be taken into consideration in interpreting the verse. If the element is ignored, then the interpretation that appears will contain bias. That factor causes the interpretation paradigm of creation mythology, the involvement of women in the public sphere and several related issues about fiqh which seem contradictory to the main mission of Islamic teachings that puts forward the spirit of justice and equality. Therefore, reinterpretation of even the interpretation of interpretations is necessary. Therefore, it can easily reveal how far an interpretation correlates with the socio-cultural order of society when the interpretation is present. With this kind of paradigm, the discourse is distorted from the building of religious understanding which has been dominated by masculine interpretations, can be avoided.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perkembangan pandangan yang cenderung memarginalkan perempuan yang sudah pasti tidak bersumber dari ajaran agama an sich, tetapi lebih dipengaruhi oleh problem interpretasi. Varian tafsir tentang relasi jender dalam Islam begitu berkembang, meskipun bersumber dari referensi yang sama, yakni al-Quran dan hadis. Salah satu faktor penting yang mendorong keragaman tersebut adalah perbedaan perspektif tentang penyertaan pertimbangan historis dan sosiologis dalam penafsiran. Bagi mufassir yang pro, elemen historis dan sosiologis harus dijadikan pertimbangan dalam melakukan penafsiran ayat. Jika diabaikan, maka tafsir yang muncul akan mengandung bias. Faktor itulah yang menyebabkan paradigma tafsir tentang mitologi penciptaan, keterlibatan wanita dalam ranah publik serta beberapa isu yang terkait tentang fikih tampak kontradiktif dengan misi pokok ajaran Islam yang mengedepankan semangat keadilan dan kesetaraan. Oleh karena itu, penafsiran kembali bahkan rekonstruksi tafsir adalah suatu keharusan. Dengan demikian secara mudah dapat menyingkap seberapa jauh suatu tafsir berkorelasi dengan tatanan sosio-kultural masyarakat saat tafsir itu hadir.     Leaching Of Ionic Liquid From A Fixed Bed

    The effect of hydrocarbon solvent, operating temperature and solid support on the leaching of supported ionic liquid phase is studied in this research project. Supported ionic liquid phase catalysis has already been applied in gas phase applications because to its stability, its application in liquid phase however requires coordination of the ionic liquid and reactants to avoid leaching. Leaching causes contamination of the product phase causing an increase in costs due to product purification and catalyst deactivation which is caused by cross solubility and mechanical removal. To adhere to the given project timeline and to make the project feasible only a certain number of variables are tested. The tested variable includes three types of hydrocarbon solvent, which are n-heptane, n-dodecane and toluene. The temperature at which the experiment is conducted is also manipulated at 25°C, 35°C, 45°C. The experiment was conducted in a batch operated method where hydrocarbon solvent is flowed from a reservoir to a glass column containing a constant amount of supported ionic liquid phase. Water is then washed with the hydrocarbon and analysed using the conductivity meter and atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results showed that aromatics cause more leaching than n-alkanes. For n-alkane, varying operating temperature had a negligible effect on leaching

One of them was Shaykh Muḥammad Maḥfūẓ ibn Abdullāh ibn Abd alMannān al-Tarmasī al-Jāwī al-Makkī al-Syāfiʻī. Shaykh Muḥammad Maḥfuẓ compiled the book of Jurisprudence and Proposals, Hadīṡ and also al-Qirā’at. The contribution of Maḥfūẓ al-Tarmasī's thoughts in the study of Hadīṡ in Indonesia can be seen in the book, first; Al-Minḥah al-Khairiyyah. Second, Manhaj Żawī al-Naẓar fī Syarḥ Manẓūmati ʻIlm al-ʻAṡar. Third, Transmission of Sanad in the book entitled Kifāyatu al-Mustafīd fīmā ʻalā min al-Asānīd by the work of Muhammad Yāsin alFānānī. Maḥfuẓ al-Tarmasī's work entitled Manhaj Żawī al-Naẓar fī Syarḥ Manẓumati ʻIlm al-ʻAṡar is a book that is used as a reference in many universities such as Egypt, Morocco, Mecca and Indonesia. This one work is the explaination book from the great work of the world Hadīṡ scholars, namely Alfiyyah al-Suyūṭī who discusses the science of Hadīṡ. The difficulty in understanding the naẓm-naẓm contained in the work of al-Suyūṭī, makes Maḥfuẓ al-Tarmasī challenged and then agrees with it with the intention to be more easily understood and understood by students and lovers of Hadīṡ knowledge in general
