Robotic Leg Design to Analysis the Human Leg Swing From Motion Capture
In this paper presented the prototype of robotic leg has been designed, constructed and controlled. These prototype are designed from a geometric of human leg model with three joints moving in 2D plane. Robot has three degree of freedom using DC servo motor as a joint actuators: hip, knee and ankle. The mechanical leg constructed using aluminum alloy and acrylic material. The control movement of this system is based on motion capture data stored on a personal computer. The motions are recorded with a camera by use of a marker-based to track movement of human leg. Propose of this paper is design of robotic leg to present the analysis of motion of the human leg swing and to testing the system ability to create the movement from motion capture. The results of this study show that the design of robotic leg was capable for practical use of the human leg motion analysis. The accuracy of orientation angles of joints shows the average error on hip is 1.46º, knee is 1.66º, and ankle is 0.46º. In this research suggesting that the construction of mechanic is an important role in the stabilization of the movement sequence
Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) Pada Anak Sekolah
PHBS stands for clean and healthy living behavior. It is a set of behaviors that are practiced on the basis of awareness in an effort to be healthy and active in helping the healthy of the surrounding environment. PHBS at an early age is very good for educating and instilling awareness of the importance of hygiene as an effort to maintain personal health and the environment. This PKM aims to provide knowledge and understanding of PHBS to students of TK Al-Fadhiilah and the students of SD Cibangunkidul, so that students can practice it in their daily lives. The implementation method was carried out by counseling using in-focus, note-book, and some teaching aids. PHBS counseling for school children went well, all participants were enthusiastic about participating in this PKM activity
Inkorporasi Kromium oleh Fungi Ganoderma lucidum dengan Limbah Industri Kelapa Sawit Sebagai Substrat
The aim of this study was to determine the effective Cr (chromium) level for Ganoderma lucidum growth in solid state fermentation of oil palm by-product. Treatments were combination of Cr level (0, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 25000, and 3000 ppm) and fermentation time (0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks). The treatments were allocated in a factorial 7x5 of complete randomized design with four replications. Inoculant of G. lucidum was grown in potato dextrosa agar (PDA) medium for 10 days and then innoculated to substrate which have been autoclaved and mixed with CrCl3.6H2O. The moisture of substrate was maintained at 65%. Growth media of G. lucidum was diluted with aquades and the supernatant was analysed for its Cr content. The result showed that the addition of Cr up to 3000 ppm into the medium stimulated the G. lucidum growth in all experimental condition. The Cr ions were incorporated into the media and G. lucidum cells during fermentation. Incorporation of chromium by G. lucidum was higher in oil palm by-product substrate with 3000 ppm Cr than the others. It is concluded that Cr can be incorporated into the G. lucidum cells during fermentation. The effective level of Cr for G. lucidum growth was 3000 ppm with efficiency of Cr incorporation 68.23% in 8 weeks fermentation and chromium in protein of fermentation product was 12.01%. Key words: chromium, Ganoderma lucidum, oil palm by-produc
Single-shot qubit readout in circuit Quantum Electrodynamics
The future development of quantum information using superconducting circuits
requires Josephson qubits [1] with long coherence times combined to a
high-fidelity readout. Major progress in the control of coherence has recently
been achieved using circuit quantum electrodynamics (cQED) architectures [2,
3], where the qubit is embedded in a coplanar waveguide resonator (CPWR) which
both provides a well controlled electromagnetic environment and serves as qubit
readout. In particular a new qubit design, the transmon, yields reproducibly
long coherence times [4, 5]. However, a high-fidelity single-shot readout of
the transmon, highly desirable for running simple quantum algorithms or measur-
ing quantum correlations in multi-qubit experiments, is still lacking. In this
work, we demonstrate a new transmon circuit where the CPWR is turned into a
sample-and-hold detector, namely a Josephson Bifurcation Amplifer (JBA) [6, 7],
which allows both fast measurement and single-shot discrimination of the qubit
states. We report Rabi oscillations with a high visibility of 94% together with
dephasing and relaxation times longer than 0:5 \mu\s. By performing two
subsequent measurements, we also demonstrate that this new readout does not
induce extra qubit relaxation.Comment: 14 pages including 4 figures, preprint forma

On the Convergence of Perturbative QCD at High Temperature
The free energy for QCD at high temperature is calculated to order
using effective-field-theory methods to separate the contributions from the
momentum scales and . The effects of the scale enter through the
coefficients in the effective lagrangian for the 3-dimensional effective theory
obtained by dimensional reduction. The perturbation series for these
coefficients seem to be well-behaved if the running coupling constant is
sufficiently small: . For the contribution to the free
energy from the scale , the perturbation series is well-behaved only if
is an order of magnitude smaller. The implication for
applications of perturbative QCD to the quark-gluon plasma are briefly
discussed.Comment: 12 pages, LaTe
Direct conversion of methane to aromatics in a catalytic co-ionic membrane reactor
[EN] Nonoxidative methane dehydroaromatization (MDA: 6CH(4) C6H6 + 9H(2)) using shape-selective Mo/zeolite catalysts is a key technology for exploitation of stranded natural gas reserves by direct conversion into transportable liquids. However, this reaction faces two major issues: The one-pass conversion is limited by thermodynamics, and the catalyst deactivates quickly through kinetically favored formation of coke. We show that integration of an electrochemical BaZrO3-based membrane exhibiting both proton and oxide ion conductivity into an MDA reactor gives rise to high aromatic yields and improved catalyst stability. These effects originate from the simultaneous extraction of hydrogen and distributed injection of oxide ions along the reactor length. Further, we demonstrate that the electrochemical co-ionic membrane reactor enables high carbon efficiencies (up to 80%) that improve the technoeconomic process viability. This work was supported by the Research Council of Norway (grants 195912, 210418, 210765, and 219194) and the Spanish government (grants SEV-2012-0267 and ENE2014-57651).
