Pengaruh R&d Expenditure Terhadap Penjualan (Studi Kasus Pada Nissan Motor Company Ltd)

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of R&D expenditure on sales of Nissan Motor Company Ltd. This study also describes implications of world oil prices as a control variable in the relationship between R&D Expenditure and world oil prices. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Uses secondary data, sales, R&D expenditure Nissan Motor Company and world oil prices are acquired from the official website and publication industry. Data acquired used as the regression equation analysis in this study. The results showed that Nissan Motor Company could experience an increase in sales through increased capacity utilization and productivity of investment in R&D. R&D expenditure significant effect on the improvement of the company\u27s ability to create new technology new innovations with high competitiveness that are difficult to imitate by competitors. Other findings indicate that the rise in world oil prices do not affect the relationship between R&D expenditure on sales. The increase in oil prices can be circumvented by automotive manufacturers to leverage R&D expenditure as a capital to create products that are more efficient and attractive to customers. Consumers tend to change consumption patterns to the type of efficien vehicles to offset the increase in world oil prices

Implementasi Pasal 183 KHI dalam Pembagian Harta Waris pada Surat Perjanjian Bermaterai (Perspektif Maslahah Mursalah)

This study purpose to describe the amicable inheritance distribution system in a letter of agreement by implementing Article 183 KHI. The research methods used are library research and field research. The techniques used in this study were compiled from text studies and interviews with several heirs. From the results of this study, it is known that: First, the legal basis that allows the distribution of inheritance to be carried out peacefully by way of deliberation in Indonesia is Article 183 of the KHI, even so, it is in accordance with the concept of mas}lah}ah mursalah}. Second, the technical distribution is the stages of division by fara>id} first, then the distribution in a peaceful family manner. The distribution technique is carried out wisely, peacefully, and based on the principle of kinship which has been agreed upon and made in a stamped agreement letter. In addition, the technical distribution represents the principle of balanced justice, where the heirs divide the inheritance according to their needs and uses wisely. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang sistem pembagian waris secara damai dalam surat perjanjian dengan mengimplementasikan KHI Pasal 183. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni library reseacrh dan field research.  Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dihimpun dari telaah teks dan wawancara beberapa ahli waris. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa: Pertama, dasar hukum yang membolehkan pembagian waris dilakukan secara damai dengan jalan musyawarah di Indonesia adalah Pasal 183 KHI, pun demikian sudah sesuai, dengan konsep mas}lah}ah mursalah}. Kedua, teknis pembagiannya yakni dengan tahapan pembagian secara fara>id} terlebih dahulu, kemudian pembagian secara damai kekeluargaan. Teknis pembagian yang dilakukan secara bijaksana, damai, dan berdasarkan asas kekeluargaan yang telah disepakati dan dibuat dalam surat perjanjian bermaterai. Selain itu, teknis pembagian tersebut merepresentasikan asas keadilan berimbang, dimana ahli waris membagi harta waris sesuai keperluan dan kegunaan dengan bijaksana

LAPORAN INDIVIDU PRAKTEK PENGAJARAN LAPANGAN SEMESTER KHUSUS TAHUN 2014/2015 LOKASI 95 SD N KARANGJATI MINOMARTANI NGAGLIK SLEMAN

Pelaksanaan PPL, mahasiswa melaksanakan tugas-tugas kependidikan, dalam hal ini guru atau tenaga pendidik yang meliputi kegiatan praktik mengajar, dan kegiatan kependidikan lainnya. Program PPL ini meliputi pelaksanaan praktik mengajar terbimbing sebanyak 8 kali yang dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 11 Agustus 2014 sampai dengan 27 Agustus 2014 dan praktik mengajar mandiri sebanyak 2 kali yang dilaksanakan tanggal 28 Agustus 2013. Serta dilaksanakan pula ujian praktik mengajar sebanyak 2 kali mengajar pada tanggal 26 dan 28 agustus 2014.. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PPL meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu, tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan analisis hasil. Tahapan persiapan PPL meliputi Micro Teaching, pembekalan PPL, observasi sekolah, mengumpulkan materi ajar, mempelajari silabus dan menyusun RPP. Tahap pelaksanaan meliputi praktik mengajar terbimbing, mandiri, dan ujian. Tahap analisis hasil berisi hasil, hambatan, solusi, dan refleksi. Pada pelaksanaan program PPL di SD Negeri karangjati berjalan dengan baik. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, semua mampu teratasi berkat kerjasama yang baik antara mahasiswa PPL dan pihak sekolah. Dukungan dari berbagai pihak terutama pihak sekolah sendiri sangat membantu kelancaran pelaksanaan program PPL di sekolah tersebut. Setelah kegiatan PPL selesai, praktikan mendapatkan pemahaman bahwa menjadi seorang guru bukanlah pekerjaan yang mudah apalagi menjadi seorang guru SD Kata Kunci: PPL, Praktik Mengajar Terbimbing, Praktik Mengajar Mandiri, Ujian Prakti

PENGARUH METODE BERMAIN TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PASSING ATAS BOLA VOLI PESERTA EKSTRAKURIKULER DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI 1 BANTUL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode bermain terhadap kemampuan passing atas, pada siswa yang mengikuti ekstakurikuler bola voli di SMA N 1 Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semi eksperimen, dengan desain yang digunakan adalah One Group Pretest-posttest design. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bolavoli di SMA Negeri 1 Bantul sebanyak 20 siswa. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tes, dengan instrumen yang digunakan tes passing atas (Kuatz volleyball passing test). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji t, melalui uji prasyarat uji normalitas, dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian diperoleh thitung sebesar – 3,837 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,729. Oleh karena nilai thitung > ttabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bermain dapat meningkatkan kemampuan teknik dasar passing atas, pada siswa yang mengikuti ekstakurikuler di SMA N 1 Bantul. Besarnya peningkatan kemampuan teknik dasar passing atas, setelah diberikan latihan dalam bentuk bermain pada siswa yang mengikuti ekstakurikuler di SMA N 1 Bantul adalah sebesar 14,20%

PENGEMBANGAN WEBSITE KOMUNITAS STUDI KASUS : KOMUNITAS FOTOGRAFI

Komunitas Fotografer Amatir Bandung (KOFABA) adalah sebuah komunitas fotografi yang didirikan pada tanggal 5 Februari 2012 oleh Bapak Edi Herwansyah. Yang anggotanya adalah orangorang yang menyukai bidang fotografi untuk saling bertukar informasi dalam dunia fotografi. KOFABA ingin menjadi sarana bagi anggotanya yang memiliki hobi dan apresiasi lebih terhadap fotografi untuk dapat berbagi dan belajar bersama, selain tentunya untuk menambah teman baru yang sehobi, namun semakin berkembangnya KOFABA dan bertambahnya anggota yang bergabung, KOFABA membutuhkan suatu media sebagai tempat mempublikasikan karya-karya mereka. Penelitian ini mencakup studi tentang komunitas diantaranya: konsep, budaya, keanggotaan,aktifitas komunitas fotografi, kemudian dari hasil studi yang di dapat penulis mencoba mengembangkan website berupa prototipe yang akan disesuaikan dengan studi yang dilakukan. Metode yang akan digunakan dal am pengembanganya adalah metodologi waterfall (mencakup analisis, desain, koding dan testing). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa prototipe website komunitas fotografi yang dikembangkan sehingga website tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi serta mempublikasikan karya anggota KOFABA. PENGARUH FAKTOR INTERNAL, FAKTOR EKTERNAL DAN FAKTOR PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP INTENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN ALUMNI MAHASISWA

This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the entrepreneurship intention among graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The Graduate who are willing to become respondent amounted to 58 alumni who are scattered in various regions in Indonesia. The data collected was the primary data with variable measurement tool using a questionnaire and purposive sampling technique. Based on t test analysis, internal factors that come within the graduate, external factors which were environmental factors graduate, were influenced significanly to the intention of entrepreneurship with significan level below 0.05. Only graduate education weren’t influenced significantly to the intention of entrepreneurship. Value determinants of these three factors is 0.843, meaning 84.3% of research variables were able to determine the level of entrepreneurial intentions of alumni, while the remaining 15.7% is determined by variables outside the research. Otherwise good research model with significant F value is 0.000. The implications of this research are very important for the development of entrepreneurship in university programs. Karakteristik dan Penerapan Budaya Organisasi di PT. Radio Bintang Media Swara

The purpose of this research is to know the characteristics and application of organizational culture in PT. Radio Bintang Media Swara. Based on the findings of this research, it is hopefully can give the benefits to other companies especially in terms of organizational culture in the future. This research belongs to a qualitative research using descriptive study approach to know and get the data from the employees’ experiences and other things that employees have done in PT. Radio Bintang Media Swara. The data in this research was obtained by interviewing five employees. The interview was conducted at the company by asking the questions to explore the characteristics and application of organizational culture in the company. Based on the results of this research, it is found that there are six characteristics of organizational culture that have been applied, including creative and innovative culture, culture of togetherness and kinship, teamwork, target orientation, work by standards, and good communication. Organizational culture also has a role in the company, among others as an unifying tool of the organization, increasing loyalty, making the company ready to face the competition, and as a standard of job optimization
