This article aims to expose and analyze one of the important topics for organizations and for those who make them up, therefore, the methodology used for its preparation is a literature review, with a descriptive scope because it seeks to understand the variables through explanation. The document addresses issues such as the healthy environment, regarding the existence of risks for workers in work areas and their consequences, from inadequate facilities to risks due to factors of physical violence. In addition, issues of psychological abuse, which do not have physical contact as such, but which also yield unfavorable results, such as the diagnosis of psychological disorder, anxiety, poor performance, depression, isolation, among others. On the other hand, the article mentions the issue of harassment, which both men and women can suffer when working, the data presented in the document shows that Mexican women suffer harassment to a great extent compared to men. And finally, an approach to an emerging issue is made, which is sexual orientation in relation to the workplace, focused on discrimination, difficulty of adaptation and acceptance at work. In the form there are abbreviations to consider such as the WHO, whose meaning is World Health Organization, in addition, NOM whose meaning is, Official Mexican Standards and also, the LGBTTTIQ + community, whose meaning is lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender transsexual, transvestite, intersex and queer.Este artículo tiene como objetivo exponer y analizar uno de los tópicos importantes para las organizaciones y para quienes las conforman, por ello, la metodología utilizada para su elaboración es revisión de la literatura, con un alcance descriptivo porque busca entender las variables mediante la explicación. El ensayo aborda temas tales como el ambiente saludable, respecto a la existencia de riesgos para los trabajadores en las zonas de trabajo y sus consecuencias, desde instalaciones inadecuadas hasta riesgos por factores de violencia física. Además, cuestiones de maltrato psicológico, las cuales no tienen un contacto físico como tal, pero que igualmente arrojan resultados desfavorables, como el diagnóstico del trastorno psicológico, la ansiedad, un bajo rendimiento, depresión, aislamiento entre otros. Por otro lado, el artículo hace mención al tema del acoso, que tanto hombres como mujeres pueden sufrir a la hora de trabajar, los datos expuestos en el documento exhiben que las mujeres mexicanas sufren acoso en gran medida en comparación con los hombres. Y finalmente, se hace una aproximación a un tema emergente, el cual es la orientación sexual en relación con ámbito laboral, enfocado a la discriminación, dificultad de adecuación y aceptación en el trabajo. The problem of drug trafficking in Honduras and its impact on the national security and defense of Central America

La investigación describe el efecto generado por el narcotráfico en Honduras como un problema para la seguridad y defensa nacional en Centroamérica en un periodo considerado entre 2015 al 2019. Se abordan las causas y consecuencias que lo promueven, la convergencia del problema y su incidencia; y se describen las limitaciones que enfrenta el Estado de Honduras para frenar esta problemática. Se retomó información académica de instituciones extranjeras referentes a toda Centroamérica, así como información expedida por autoridades gubernamentales de Honduras que, como se evidenció en el proceso de investigación, no han reparado en realizar investigaciones profundas y concretas sobre el impacto a la seguridad y defensa nacional. La metodología empleada es cualitativa debido a que contempla el análisis bibliográfico y emplea la correlación de categorías desde una perspectiva centroamericanaThe investigation describes the effect generated by drug trafficking in Honduras as a problem for national security and defense in Central America in a period considered from 2015 to 2019. Causes and consequences that promote it are addressed, the convergence of the problem and its incidence; and, the limitations faced by the State of Honduras to curb this problem are described. Cooperation in the Campo de Gibraltar after Brexit. New framework for frontier workers

Brexit has directly impacted Spain’s relationship with the UK due to the Gibraltar issue. The British withdrawal from the EU has forced the redefinition of the European statute of Gibraltar, and its relations with Spain and the European Union, in institutional, legal and economic terms. In this context, novel mechanisms have also been devised to regulate the treatment of cross-border cooperation with Gibraltar, which has had intermittent phases in its evolution over time. Within the framework of the British exit process, a new model has been agreed in successive EU-UK agreements that combine Hard Law (Primary EU Law) with Soft Law (Memoranda of Understanding–MOU). This regulation has required a specific prior BritishSpanish negotiation. We will especially highlight the UK-EU Withdrawal Treaty of 2019, which has formed an authentic system of crossborder cooperation involving the UK, the EU, Gibraltar and Spain, through a series of Spanish-British bilateral Memoranda interconnected with the Protocol on Gibraltar of the Treaty, which in turn refers to the Tax Treaty. Prolazna apneja u ovaca: alternativna metoda za uzastopno uzimanje uzoraka mokraće.

Urine samples are necessary in order to carry out many veterinary diagnostic and research protocols. In ovine, these samples are usually obtained through catheterization, but a transitory apnoea could be an easy way to obtain urine samples. This is achieved by preventing air from entering through the nostrils and mouth in sheep, for a short period of time, always less than 1 minute. The results of this transitory apnoea demonstrated that urine characteristics (pH, density and proteinuria) were not different from samples obtained by bladder catheterization. There were no differences in the blood parameters studied (cortisol, glycaemia, total proteins, haematocrit and total and differential leucocyte counts) either, when compared with the control group of catheterized animals, or with the measured values before or after sampling. In conclusion this system could be considered an easy and effective method to obtain urine samples, without causing stress to the sheep and avoiding the alterations to the blood and urinary parameters measured.Prikupljanje uzoraka mokraće nužno je radi provođenja mnogih veterinarskih dijagnostičkih postupaka i znanstvenih istraživanja. Ti se uzorci u ovaca obično uzimaju kateterizacijom. No, prolazna apneja može biti jednostavan način uzimanja uzoraka mokraće u ovaca. To se može postići zatvaranjem nosnica i gubice u kratkom vremenu, uvijek manje od jedne minute. Rezultati pretrage mokraće prikupljene nakon prolazne apneje pokazali su da značajke mokraće (pH, gustoća i proteinurija) nisu bile različite od onih dobivenih pretragom uzoraka uzetih kateterizacijom mokraćnog mjehura. Nije bilo razlike u pretraženim krvnim pokazateljima (kortizolu, glikemiji, ukupnim proteinima, hematokritu, ukupnim leukocitima i diferencijalnoj krvnoj slici) u usporedbi s kontrolnom skupinom kateteriziranih životinja, a ni u usporedbi s izmjerenim vrijednostima prije i nakon uzimanja uzoraka. Može se zaključiti da je opisani način uzimanja uzoraka jednostavan i učinkovit bez izazivanja stresa u ovaca i ne dovodi do promjena u pokazateljima krvi i mokraće

Automated experimental setup for EM cartography to enhance EM attacks

Side-channel attacks are a real threat, exploiting and revealing the secret data stored in our electronic devices just analyzing the leaked information of the cryptographic modules during their normal encryption/decryption operations. In this sense, electromagnetic attacks have been posed as one of the most powerful attacks, retrieving the secret information by analyzing the existing relation between the leaked electromagnetic radiation and the data being processed. These attacks are known as ElectroMagnetic (EM) attacks and a extremely critic point for their success is the EM probe positioning. In this paper, an automated experimental setup for EM cartography is described to enhance EM attacks and to help hardware designers to detect the possible information leakage flaws, as well as to determine the security level reached by the hardware implementations against EM attacks
