    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of Quizlet media in increasing the Arabic vocabulary mastery of class VII students at SMP PLUS Alfatimah Bojonegoro. The research design used in this study was a quasi-experimental using a quantitative approach. The type of design used is a pre-test post-test with a non-equivalent control group design. The data collected in this study consisted of primary data, namely the results of student learning tests and supporting data in the form of observations and interviews with teachers and students. The research tool used in this research is a matter of pre-test and post-test. The results of this study gave homogeneous pre-test and post-test experimental class results, respectively, namely 50.23 and 78.18. While the pre-test and post-test homogeneous values of the control class were 50.23 and 58.41, respectively. The hypothesis test using the t-test formula obtained a tcount of 8.967 > ttable of 2.001 with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the use of Quizlet media is effective in increasing Arabic vocabulary mastery in class VII SMP PLUS Alfatimah Bojonegoro

    The Child Friendly Education Unit is one of the programs issued by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. One indicator of this program is the existence of an anti-violence policy which is manifested in various ways, both written and unwritten practices, one of which is the application of positive discipline. The head of the madrasah as the leader of the institution plays an important role in implementing this program. This research aims to describe and analyze the application of positive discipline in realizing anti-violence education, as well as the role of madrasa heads in realizing this program. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research show that: 1) the implementation of positive discipline at MTs Almaarif 01 Singosari has gone well and efforts are being made to form an anti-violent character in the school. 2) The application of positive discipline is practiced through activities that shape students' religious, nationalist and social character. 3) The role of the madrasa head in the SRA program is as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor and leader. 4) The driving factor for the role of the madrasa head in the SRA program is the motivation and awareness of the school community to realize the program and the SRA program is a continuation program of a previously existing program

    The development of communication technology and globalization is one of the most impactful things for all life, one of which is in the world of Education. However, because it is less effective, it emerged a new system in which Education Authority is given to each region to be able to support the effectiveness of education with school-based management. The purpose of this study was to see how principals in running School-Based Management in schools, namely SDN Sobontoro 1 by conducting a case study approach, where researchers use observation techniques, interviews, and reduce the data, it can be argued that SDN Sobontoro 1 has principals who are competent enough in running school-based management. The principal involves all elements in the school to plan the goals, vision, and mission of the school either in the long term, medium, or short term. Although there are some obstacles such as lack of funds, infrastructure, and personnel to run the management system that has been designed, but with the support of the community, good coordination between teachers, students, administrators, committees and the community to create a good management, at least for the last 3 years. It is expected that more support from a number of agencies and the courage of the school committee to be more independent will make the school more advanced and become a school with good quality as expected
