    Mekanisme katup adalah salah satu bagian terpenting dari motor 4 langkah. Untuk memaksimalkan kembali kerja mekanisme katup yang turun karena setelan katup tidak lagi seperti semula bisa diatasi dengan cara menyetel ulang kerenggangan celah katup tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi celah katup dan terhadap prestasi mesin dan emisi gas buang pada mesin tipe G15A. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu memaparkan secara jelas hasil eksperimen di laboratorium terhadap benda uji, kemudian analisis datanya menggunakan angka-angka. Pengambilan data penelitian ini dihasilkan dari pengukuran konsumsi bahan bakar premium, tekanan dalam silinder dan emisi gas buang pada mesin tipe G15A menggunakan celah katup dengan ukuran kerenggangan 0,10 mm, 0,15 mm, 0,20mm dan 0,25 mm pada putaran mesin 1000 Rpm, 1500 Rpm, 2000 Rpm, 2500 Rpm, 3000 Rpm dan 3500 Rpm dengan bahan bakar premium menggunakan Ron 86, selama 5 menit dan sebanyak 3 kali pengulangan

    Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) merupakan strategi perawatan dengan cara memberikan metode terstruktur dan sistematis untuk mengalisis kegagalan dari suatu aset . Metode RCM bersifat continuous dan on going artinya, proses ini bisa dilakukan secara repetitif untuk mendapatkan keakuratan data mesin secara lebih akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui interval waktu pergantian komponen yang sering mengalami kerusakan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dimana pengumpulan data di dapatkan dari penelitian lapangan yang berupa wawancara dan pengamatan langsung. Pada analisis data yang dilakukan pengumpulan data kerusakan mesin roll gilingan tebu dari processing pada periode Mei sampai Agustus 2021, kemudian dilakukan perhitungan pada nilai dampak yang ditimbulkan terdapat 21 downtime kerusakan komponen. Didapatkan nilai RPN tertinggi pada komponen Scrappper Atas, Amplas Plat dan Roll Atas dengan nilai RPN 360,329 dan 294. Setelah hasil perhitungan FMEA selanjutnya akan dilakukan perhitungan waktu kerusakan (TTF) dan perhitungan waktu perbaikan kerusakan (TTR). Perhitungan TTR sama dengan lama gangguan (downtime) karena perusahan memiliki jam kerja 24 jam. Antara tanggal 14 Mei sampai dengan 20 Mei 2021 banyak hari kerja 6 hari maka perhitungan TTF 6 hari x 24 jam kerja sama dengan 144 jam. Hasil perhitungan index of fit TTF terbesar yaitu distribusi weibull sebesar 0,261 dan index of fit TTR terbesar yaitu normal sebesar -0,293. Interval waktu pemeriksaan komponen berdasarkan waktu produksi rata-rata jam kerja perbulan sama dengan 240 jam, jumlah kerusakan selama 1 tahun sama dengan 2 kali, waktu rata-rata perbaikan 0,25224, waktu rata-rata pemeriksaan 1 kali sama dengan 4 jam, rata-rata kerusakan per 1 tahun sama dengan 0,167 frekuensi pemeriksaan optimal sama dengan 32,946 interval waktu pemeriksaan sama dengan 33 har

    FABRICATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF STARCH BASED BIOPLASTICS WITH PALM OIL ADDITION

    In this work, starch-based bioplastics in advancing its properties were positively arranged with the addition of palm oil. Starch-based bioplastics were produced by dry blending method and compression technique with mixing starch and glycerol (3:1, w/w) then adding palm oil at various concentration (0%, 2.5%, 5% and 7.5% w/w). Morphology of bioplastics presented that palm oil wrapped bioplastics granules which influenced hydrophobicity properties of bioplastics compared by increasing contact angle of bioplastics from 45.950 (0% of palm oil) to 61.980 (5% of palm oil). This result indicated that the addition of palm oil could develop the properties of bioplastics to hold absorbing water molecules. Moreover, the melting point of bioplastics also affected shifting temperature from 1150 C to be 1000 C that could save the energy needed during heating process. FTIR analysis showed that C=O group at wavenumber 1747 cm-1 was dependable the interaction between starch-glycerol and palm oil. Furthermore, the addition of palm oil would accelerate the biodegradation process. Although the mechanical properties of bioplastics have not increased, the addition of palm oil on bioplastics fabrication is an alternative to improve the characteristic of bioplastics, especially physical, thermal, hydrophobicity and biodegradation properties

    Association Between Adiponectin Levels with Markers of Atherosclerosis in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

    Background: Several studies have shown that atherosclerosis underlying processes of Cardiovascular disease (CVD), increased in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and occurred early (premature). The cause of accelerated atherosclerosis in RA are still unknown.Adipokines have known that the adipokines play a role in the pathophysiology of RA and CVD. Accumulation of visceral fat associated with dysregulation of adipokinesthat influence the development of the atherosclerotic and disruption plaque. Obesity and pathological changes in fat mass and fat dysfunction as well as a change inthe pattern of secretion of proinflammatory adipokines, may have a correlation between heart disease and rheumatic diseases. Adiponectin is one of the mostwidely-studied adipokines. In RA, adiponectin is involved in the pathophysiology of RA that produces of various proinflammatory and prodestructive molecules. So far, adiponectin has been known to provide antiatherosclerotic effects in patients with non-RA. But, several recent studies in RA patients get opposite results in which increased levels of adiponectin are associated with increased prevalence of atherosclerosis. The effect of adiponectin on atherosclerosis in patient with RA is still unknown.Objective: to determine the relationship of adiponectin with atherosclerosis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study conducted on outpatients of the rheumatology clinic at Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital from January untilApril, 2013. Subjects consisted of 50 patients were diagnosed based on ACR 1987/EULAR 2010 criteria. The collection of data obtained by consecutive sampling and evaluated the patients' medical data that included age, long-suffering of RA, body mass index (BMI), lipid profile, rheumatoid factor levels, levels of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP), C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rates (ESR), blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, 2 hour post prandial blood glucose, ECG, examination of serum adiponectin levels and bilateral carotid ultrasound to measure the carotid artery intima media thickness.Results: From the results of the 50 patients studied, obtained 28 (56%) of patients had increased levels of adiponectin. Atherosclerosis was found in 13 (26%) subjects. The median value was 9.46 μg / ml with the lowest levels of 4 μg/ml and the highestlevels of 24μg/ml. The Spearman's test showed no significant correlation between adiponectin serum and atherosclerosis in patients with RA (p = 0706 and r = 0.055). The analysis results of the correlation of adiponectin with atherosclerosis based on age, disease duration, ESR, rheumatoid factor, DAS 28, CRP, BMI, dyslipidemia showed no significant correlation.Conclusion : From this study, researchers found no statistically significant correlation between adiponectin levels with marker of atherosclerosis (CIMT) in patients with rheumatoid arthriti

    Predictor Factors of Atherosclerosis and Atherosclerosis Plaque in Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients

    Background: Atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases have been known as the cause of increasing mortality among rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. Carotid intima media thickness (CIMT) measurement by ultrasound has been used as surrogate marker of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease.Methods: A cross sectional study of 86 RA patients fulfills EULAR/ACR 2010 critera for RA was conducted to study proportion and predictor factors of atherosclerosis and atherosclerosis plaque in rheumatoid arthritis patients.Results: Atherosclerosis and plaque was found in 47,7% and 29 % of patients. Age ≥ 40 yo, hypertension and duration of illness ≥ 24 mo were associated with atherosclerosis in multivariate logistic regression analysis with OR 10.70 (95% CI: 2.93-39.10), 4.99 (95% CI: 1.15-21.61) and 3.66 (95% CI: 1.11-11.99) respectively. Whereas hypertension, presence of antiCCP antibody and age ≥ 40 yo, were associated with plaque formation with OR 3.96 (95% CI: 1.15-13.57), 3.20 (95% CI: 1.11-9.24) and 3.61 (95% CI: 1.03-12.63) respectively.Conclusions: Age ≥ 40 yo, hypertension and duration of illness ≥ 24 mo was the predictors ofatherosclerosis, while hypertension, presence of antiCCP antibody and age ≥ 40 yo was the predictors of atherosclerosis plaque

    The stock market often attracts investors to invest, but it is not uncommon for investors to experience losses when buying and selling shares. This causes investors to hesitate to determine when to sell or buy shares in the stock market. The accurate stock price prediction will help investors to decide when to buy or sell their shares. In this study, we propose a new approach to predicting stocks using machine learning with a combination of features from stock price features, technical indicators, and Google trends data. Three well-known machine learning algorithms such as Support Vector Regression (SVR), Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), and Multiple Linear regression are used to predict future stock prices. The test results show that the SVR outperformed the MLP and Multiple Linear Regression to predict stock prices for Indonesian stocks with an average MAPE is 0.50%.     Using Bayesian Network for Determining The Recipient of Zakat in BAZNAS Pekanbaru

    Abstract—The National Amil-Zakat Agency (Baznas) in Pekanbaru has the function to collect and distribute zakat in Pekanbaru city. Baznas Pekanbaru should be able to determine Mustahik properly. Mustahik is a person eligible to receive zakat. The Baznas committee interviews and observes every Mustahik candidates to decide whom could be receive the zakat. Current Mustahik determination process could lead to be subjective assessment, due to large number of zakat recipient applicants and the complexity of rules in determining a Mustahik. Therefore, this study utilize artificial intelligence in determining Mustahik. The Bayesian Network method is appropriate to apply as an inference engine. Based on the experimental results, we found that Bayesian network produces a good accuracy 93.24% and effective to use in data set have an uneven class distribution. In addition, based on experiments by setting an alpha estimator’s values, at 0.6 to 1.0 can increase the accuracy of a Bayesian Network to 95.95%.
