Study of genetic markers of cardiac arrhythmias in Kazakhstan

Introduction: Cardiac arrhythmias are the most common cause of mortality and sudden cardiac death worldwide. In the past decade, genetic factors underlying arrhythmogenic diseases have been revealed and given novel insights in to the understanding and treatment of arrhythmias predisposing one to sudden cardiac death.Material and methods: We conducted a pilot genetic screening of two patients with catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (CPVT) and 14 patients with ventricular tachycardia (VT) for genetic variants in the human ryanodine receptor gene 2 (hRYR2). The most relevant 45 hot-spot exons of hRYR2 were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and directly sequenced.Results: One novel mutation in a CPVT patient (c.A13892T; p.D4631V) and a novel mutation in a VT patient (c.G5428C; p.V1810L) were identified. Both variants are located at phylogenetically conserved positions and predicted pathogenesis. Three known synonymous SNPs (rs3765097, rs2253273, and TMP ESp1 237664067) were detected in the study group. No further variants within the target regions were detected in the study group.Conclusion: The results of study can be applied to risk asssessment for life-threatening arrhythmias and assist in development of appropriate strategies for prevention of sudden cardiac death. The implementation of these strategies would assist in the management of patients with genetically determined arrhythmias in Kazakhstan

Kinetics and mechanism of the methylation reactions of anilines with dimethylcarbonate

The paper investigates the mechanism of the reaction of methylation of primary anilines by the reagent “Green chemistry” dimethylcarbonate. The mathematical model of the description of change of concentration of substances which represents a problem of Cauchy is constructed. For temperature t=145 0C and speed constants are determined.The study was carried out with the financial support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research in the framework of the research project No. 18-37-00015

The work presents the results of observation of the dynamics of the ARVI indicators in children of Aktobe city and the Aktyubisk region for the period of 2006— 2010, also ethnological structure and age composition of children. The authors also speak about clinical efficacy of combined application of Viferon preparation with differential choice of dozes and the duration of course of treatment for children with ARVI and recurrent disease.В работе представлены результаты динамики показателей заболеваемости ОРВИ детей г. Atmospheric neutrino flux supported by recent muon experiments

We present a new one-dimensional calculation of low and intermediate energy atmospheric muon and neutrino fluxes, using up-to-date data on primary cosmic rays and hadronic interactions. We study several sources of uncertainties relevant to our calculations. A comparison with the muon fluxes and charge ratios measured in several modern balloon-borne experiments suggests that the atmospheric neutrino flux is essentially lower than one used for the standard analyses of the sub-GeV and multi-GeV neutrino induced events in underground detectors.Comment: 23 pages, 7 figures, 2 tables. JUSTIFICATION MODES MICRONIZED SUBSTANCE LEGUMES

To achieve the necessary quality properties of the products of leguminous crops, along with the use of leguminous seeds flour, various processing tools are used: extrusion, micronization. Micronization of leguminous seeds changes their functional and technological properties and can significantly reduce the time of heat treatment. These changes depend on the mode of micronized substance. The article presents the modes of micronization of legumes, such as chickpeas, lentils and peas, in order to obtain on their basis a food additive for adjusting the recipes of bakery products in order to enrich wheat bread with valuable micronutrients useful for human health

STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF LOW-FREQUENCY AXIAL IMPACT ON THE RATE OF METHYLENE BLUE DECOLORIZATION BY SODIUM THIOSULPHATE

This article presents the results of a study of a low-frequency acoustic field in the fre-quency range from 10 to 100 Hz on the redox reaction of a thiazine dye methylene blue with sodium thiosulfate. Helium criterion for the formation of hydromineral fields in the Southern Urals

On the basis of theoretical study of helium geology and geochemistry is proved the use of water-helium method in hydrogeochemical and geothermal investigations to determine the regularities of formation of mineral water. Considered geochemical features of Krasnousolsk, Assy and Muldakkul deposits and several manifestations of mineral waters in the Southern Urals. It is proved their origin as a result of injection due to raising through the varying depth tectonic faults mainly depth-seated gas-liquid fluids and their mixing with mineralized waters of supergene zone
