    DAMPAK TINGKAT BUNGA DAN LAJU INFLASI TERHADAP KURS: BUKTI DARI INDONESIA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan pengaruh tingkat bunga dan laju inflasi terhadap kurs menggunakan model dinamis Fully Modified Ordinary Least Square (FMOLS), Dynamic Ordinary Least Square (DOLS), and Canonical Cointegrating Regression (CCR). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tingkat bunga SBI, laju inflasi, dan kurs rupiah terhadap dolar Amerika dari Januari 2014 hingga Juni 2021. Hasil penelitian menggunakan tiga model dinamis tersebut menunjukkan dalam jangka panjang tingkat bunga berpengaruh negatif terhadap kurs. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat bunga di Indonesia, semakin rendah kurs (rupiah terapresiasi) dan sebaliknya. Sedangkan laju inflasi dalam jangka panjang tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kurs. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada Bank Indonesia agar menggunakan kebijakan tingkat bunga SBI untuk menstabilkan nilai rupiah terhadap dolar Amerika

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membandingkan peningkatan keterampilan proses sains siswa antara siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan software circuitmaker dengan yang siswa yang pembelajarannya tidak menggunakan software circuitmaker melalui model pembelajaran inkuiri, serta untuk mengetahui tanggapan dan respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran dasar dan pengukuran listrik menggunakan software circuitmaker. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain Quasi Eksperimental dengan bentuk desain Nonequivalent Control Group serta penggunaan skala likert sebagai pedoman pengukuran hasil angket penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan di Cimahi, Jawa Barat. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda keterampilan proses sains, angket dan lembar observasi kualitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadi peningkatan keterampilan proses sains dengan kategori sedang pada kelompok siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan software circuitmaker dan peningkatan dengan kategori rendah pada kelompok siswa yang pembelajarannya tidak menggunakan software circuitmaker, serta apresiasi yang baik dari siswa terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan software circuitmaker melalui model inkuiri pada mata pelajaran dasar dan pengukuran listrik.;--- The research is aimed to find and compare the student improvement of science process skill between a group of students who perform practice with circuitmaker software and a group of students who perform practice without circuitmaker software through inquiry based learning, also to find students’ reactions and responses about Dasar dan Pengukuran Listrik lesson using circuitmaker software. The research use Quasi Experimental Design with Non-equivalent Control Group design type with Likert scale as measurement standard of research questionnaire result and located in SMKN 1 Cimahi, West Java. The instruments are using multiple choice test to assess science process skill, questionnaire and learning quality observation sheet. The result show medium improvement category in group of students who perform practice with circuitmaker software and low improvement category in group of students who perform practice without the software. In addition, there is a good appreciations from group of students who perform practice with the software through inquiry based learning in Dasar dan Pengukuran Listrik lesson

    Biofloc is one of the aquaculture technologies that change the environment with the power of oxygen and microorganisms. Tilapia was chosen as an excellent product for the biofloc cultivation system because it is a herbivore and can digest flakes containing microorganisms such as bacteria, algae, zooplankton and phytoplankton. When culturing bio-flocculation systems, an aerator that provides a continuous supply of oxygen is required to prevent death of the flocculation bacteria. Tilapia farming also suffers from an unavoidable obstacle: tilapia disease. To prevent tilapia diseases, an expert system was created in his Biofloc system to classify tilapia diseases by the forward linkage method. This research aims to create a system to help fish farmers detect and overcome diseases occurring in tilapia. The method used in this study is the forward chain method. Forward chaining is an expert system technique for finding problems by gathering data or facts from experts. The stages used to solve this problem start with knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation, rule or rule creation, decision tree creation and knowledge base creation. This study aims to create a system for diagnosing tilapia disease and its treatment. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews with experts, and literature study. The data obtained are 9 diseases, 34 symptoms, and 14 solutions. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for ordinary people to use this application so that tilapia diseases can be handled quickly and accurately. Application testing is carried out by fish farmers using the black box method with results that can help fish farmers and become a means of outreach to the public who will cultivate tilapia in the biofloc cultivation system

    Seiring berkembangnya zaman, tafsir al-Qur’an mengalami banyak problematika dalam perkembangannya, terutama pada sumber penafsiran sekunder atau tafsir bi al-ra’yi. Hal ini disebabkan karena pada dasarnya Rasulullah Saw tidak memberikan penjelasan ayat al-Qur’an secara menyeluruh, sehingga mendorong para sahabat untuk senantiasa menafsirkan dan mencari tahu makna yang terkandung pada ayat-ayat al-Qur’an. Apalagi pasca wafatnya Rasulullah Saw banyak muncul permasalahan yang belum pernah ada di zamannya, yang menjadikan penafsiran dengan menggunakan ra’yu amat dibutuhkan. Dengan demikian, diperlukan adanya pengkajian kembali tentang tafsir bi al-ra’yi untuk mengetahui lebih jauh terkait sejarah, problematika, maupun batasan-batasan yang ada pada tafsir bi al-ra’yi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan tafsir bi al-ra'yi melalui riset kepustakaan (library research). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tafsir bi al-ra’yi merupakan penafsiran al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan nalar dan logika. Pada dasarnya tafsir bi al-ra’yi telah muncul di zaman Rasulullah, tetapi sebagian ulama mengganggapnya sebagai tafsir bi al-ma’tsur karena bersumber dari Nabi dan segala yang bersumber dari Nabi dianggap sebagai wahyu. Pada awalnya penafsiran dengan menggunakan ra’yu mengalami banyak penolakan karena dianggap dapat membawa pada kesesatan. Tetapi seiring berjalannya waktu, sebagian ulama memperbolehkan penggunaan akal dalam menafsirkan al-Qur’an, namun dengan syarat harus mengikuti sejumlah kaidah bahasa dan ketentuan lainnya

The results indicate thatthere is an effect of trading days on stock return. The study also shows that there isthe difference in daily stock returns.     Translation Shifts in English-Indonesian Versions of Holy Quran Surah Az-Zalzalah

    Translation shift is a part that is not far from what is referred to the notion of translation and constitutes a process in translating which aims to find the equivalent meaning between SL and TL. It is caused by the rules that every language has. Translation shifts are divided into 2 types that are category shift and level shift. Furthermore, category shifts fall into 4 categories which are structure shift, unit shift, class shift, and intra system shift. This current study aimed 1) to investigate the types of translation shift which are found in the English and Indonesian translation versions of the Holy Quran of Surah Az-Zalzalah and 2) to discover the most dominant shift appearing in the English and Indonesian translation versions of the Holy Quran of Surah Az-Zalzalah. To answer the quest, the design used in this study was qualitative. This study has affirmed that, except structure shift, there are 3 types of shifts belonging to the category shift found namely: class shift, unit shift, and intra-system shift. To wrap up, this study has revealed that not all category shifts and level shift are found in the Indonesian-English translation version of surah Az-Zalzalah. Pergeseran bentuk (translation shift) merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari proses penerjemahan dan bertujuan untuk menemukan bentuk yang paling sesuai untuk memadankan makna dari bahasa sumber ke bahasa sasaran. Fenomena pergeseran ini disebabkan adanya perbedaan tata bahasa. Translation shift dibagi menjadi dua tipe, yaitu pergeseran kategori (category shift) dan pergeseran tingkat (level shift). Lebih lanjut, pergeseran kategori dibagi menjadi 4, yaitu pergeseran struktur (structure shift), pergeseran unit (unit shift), pergeseran kelas kata (class shift), dan pergeseran intrasistem (intra system shift). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menemukan bentuk-bentuk translation shift  dalam versi dwibahasa (Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia) Al-Quran Surat Az-Zalzalah, serta 2) menemukan pergeseran yang paling dominan dalam proses penerjemahan versi dwibahasa Al-Quran Surat Az-Zalzalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif. Temuan penelitian ini adalah 3 bentuk pergeseran kategori yaitu: class shift, unit shift, dan intra system shift. Tidak ditemukan adanya pergeseran kategori berjenis pergeseran struktur. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa tidak semua bentuk translation shift ditemukan dalam versi dwibahasa Al-Quran Surat Az-Zalzalah

    This study aims to understand determinants implementation of accrual accounting in local government. The determinants may supporting or constraint when implementation of accrual accounting in public sectors.This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Phenomenological approach is used to describe determinants of the implementation of accrual accounting in the public sector. Data obtained through indepth interviews of informants in some SKPD Semarang and head of senior auditor BPK RI representative of Central Java. Data were analyzed based on the results of the interview. The results indicate that there are six determinants effectively influences in the implementation of accrual accounting, such as: technologies and information system, human resources, commitment and support of top management, the role of colleagues, the role of external parties, and the costs of implementation accrual bases

    Utilization of mine tailings (waste) for improving environmental quality: a case study of community artisanal mining at Sekotong District West Nusa Tenggara Province Indonesia

    Tailing is one of the wastes that generated by mining activity and recorded around 14 billion tons worldwide. Artisanal mining is also producing tailing from its processing activity (‘Gelondong’ and ‘Tong’) and creates potential environmental impact associated with tailing management. One of the strategies to reduce the impact is by applying the tailing utilization strategy. This paper is aimed to assess the possibility of using tailing that generated by community artisanal mining activity for construction purposes (paving block). In order to achieve the aim, the laboratory analysis and case study are applied. Six paving blocks that consist of normal paving block, and 15% tailing paving block were prepared and tested its compressive strength. In addition, the tailing that used was generated by community artisanal mining at Sekotong District of West Nusa Tenggara Province. The result showed that  the increasing compressive strength of normal paving block from day 14 to day 28 (ultimate) was 26% higher compared to tailing paving block. However, based on the SNI standard that these two types of paving block are categorized as quality B of paving block and could be used as parking pavement construction. Therefore, the 15% tailing paving block met with the SNI standard

    ANALYTICAL CALCULATION FOR LAMINAR AIR FLOW MOMENTUM TRANSPORT IN UNDERGROUND MINE TUNNEL USING NEWTONIAN EQUATIONS OF MOTION

    ABSTRAKDalam kasus tertentu terdapat terowongan percabangan tambang bawah tanah yang tidak teralirkan udara secara mekanis tetapi udara tetap mengalir secara alami teridentifikasi beraliran laminar. Studi ini memodelkan perpindahan momentum aliran laminar udara terowongan dengan dimensi rectangular atau Cartesian untuk memvisualisasikan profil distribusi kecepatan linier fluida dan profil tegangan geser fluida. Metode pemodelan menggunakan perhitungan analitik matematika dari persamaan gerak aliran fluida Newtonian untuk rejim laminar Navier-Stokes. Beberapa data yang dikumpulkan adalah dimensi terowongan, kecepatan linier udara, dan temperatur. Beberapa sifat fisik udara dikutip dari literatur. Hasil pengukuran kecepatan udara rata-rata diinputkan ke dalam model empiris untuk mendapatkan profil koordinat dua dimensi (x,z) untuk distribusi tegangan geser dan kecepatan udara yang mendekati keadaan sebenarnya untuk aliran laminar pada dimensi Cartesian. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pressure drop aliran sebesar 2,2 x 10-5 Pa, aliran mengandalkan perpindahan molekular bukan perpindahan secara konveksi paksa karena dilihat dari profil sebaran tegangan geser yang terlalu kecil dan laju alir sebesar 0,32 m3/s tidak memenuhi fungsi ventilasi tambang bawah. Kata kunci: perpindahan momentum; aliran laminar; fluida newtonian; ventilasi tambang. ABSTRACTIn certain case there is a mine tunnel branch that is not mechanically ventilated but air still flow naturally identified as laminar flow. This study modelled the momentum transport of the tunnel air laminar flow with rectangular or Cartesian dimensions to visualize the linear velocity distribution profile of the fluid and the fluid shear stress profile. The modelling method uses analytical mathematical calculations of the Newtonian fluid flow equations of motion for the laminar regime of Navier-Stokes. Some of the data collected are tunnel dimensions, air linear velocity, and temperature. Some physical properties of air are cited from literature. The results of the average air velocity measurement are input into the empirical model to obtain two-dimensional coordinate profiles (x,z) for the shear stress distribution and air velocity that are close to the actual situation for laminar flow in the Cartesian dimension. The results of the study obtained a pressure drop of the flow was 2,2 x 10-5 Pa, the flow using molecular transport instead of forced convection transport because seen from the shear stress distribution profile was too small and the flow rate was 0,32 m3/s did not fulfill the underground mine ventilation function. Keywords: momentum transport; laminar flow; newtonian fluid; mine ventilation
