We derive the sufficient conditions for the validity of strong (weak) (p,q) type inequalities for the Hilbert transform when 1<q<p<∞ (q=1,1<p<∞)

    A note on boundedness of operators in Grand Grand Morrey spaces

    In this note we introduce grand grand Morrey spaces, in the spirit of the grand Lebesgue spaces. We prove a kind of \textit{reduction lemma} which is applicable to a variety of operators to reduce their boundedness in grand grand Morrey spaces to the corresponding boundedness in Morrey spaces. As a result of this application, we obtain the boundedness of the Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator and Calder\'on-Zygmund operators in the framework of grand grand Morrey spaces.Comment: 8 page

    Model of creation and management of the process of technological projects development

    The purpose of the article is to determine and describe main principles and model of development of regional business accelerator on the basis of technical university for development of innovational startups. The research included the work on identification of the problems of the process of commercialization of technological developments, which business accelerator should solve. One of the basic purposes of creation of business accelerator is increase of the flow of prepared projects for consideration by investment committees of funds of early stages. Accelerator can be a full-scale unified mechanism of formation of deals flow from diversified mass of completed R&D. As a result of the research, the authors come to a conclusion that the process of creation of value and movement from prototype to entering a market supposes long chain with formation of various risks at each stage – scientific, financial, administrative, etc. Minimization of such risks requires from partners, involved with the work of business accelerator, solving emerging problems together. Such motivation could be formed by development of business accelerator by the principles of partnership and creation of equal access and rights for basic members.peer-reviewe

    Formation of the system of management of supporting university on the basis of strengthening of communication component

    The article deals with changes in the system of management of educational establishments of higher education caused by creation of supporting universities. The program of creation of such universities supposes formation of universities-leaders in regions, which can consolidate educational and scientific basis for training of personnel in Russian subjects. During creation of supporting regional universities, the emphasis is made on the fact that they are to become the centers of innovational development, being a part of economy and region’s infrastructure at the same time. At that, creation of new engineering and implemental centers and R&D laboratories requires complex realization of projects for creation of high-tech production and necessary conditions for development of interface of regional supporting universities and enterprises. The article views functions and organizational structure of management of technical university; establishes dependence of intensity of organizational transformations on various factors. The authors show a process of formation of matrix organizational structure of technical supporting university with the use of mobile informational and communicational structures, which is formed by placement of horizontal connections on existing linear and functional structure.peer-reviewe

    Profil épidémiologique des femmes enceintes cardiaques dans le centre de maternité de Tunis: expérience du service A

    Nous rapportons dans ce travail, le profil épidémiologique des femmes enceintes porteuses d'une cardiopathie ayant accouché dans le service «A» du centre de maternité de Tunis. Il s'agit d'une étude rétrospective descriptive sur 3 ans, de janvier 2010 à décembre 2012, portant sur les dossiers des parturientes cardiaques suivies et ayant accouché dans notre service, à l'exclusion des cardiopathies hypertensives. Les paramètresanalysés étaient la gestité et parité des parturientes, le type de la cardiopathie, le mode d'accouchement et le pronostic foetal. Cinquante six cas sur 19655 accouchements avaient été recrutés, soit une incidence de 1 pour 351 accouchements (0,285%). L'âge moyen de nos parturientes était de 30,89±5,3 ans avec des extrêmes allant de 21 à 42 ans. 23 (41,07%) avaient une cardiopathie congénitale, 35 (62,5%) une valvulopathie, 6 (10,71%) un trouble du rythme, 3 (5,35%) un trouble de la conduction à type de bloc auriculo-ventriculaire et 3 (5,35%) une cardiopathie ischémique. Cinquante deux parturientes (92,85%) avaient accouché à un terme dépassant les 37 semaines d'aménorrhée (SA). L'accouchement s'est déroulé par les voies naturelles chez 22 (39,28%) patientes et par césarienne chez 34 (60,71%). Le poids moyen des nouveaux nés à la naissance était de 3341,25 grammes. 3 transferts néonataux en unité de réanimation étaient réalisés avec un seul cas de décès néonatal. La grossesse et l'accouchement chez la femme cardiaque constituent un haut risque materno-foetal dépendant du type, mais surtout du stade de la cardiopathie, nécessitant une prise en charge précoce et multidisciplinaire de la parturiente

    Study of Changes in the Amino Acid Composition of Spiked Cereals during the Ripening Process

    Introduction. The amino acid composition of compound feed is of great importance in feeding all kinds of animals. The lack of one or another amino acid limits the assimilation of other amino acids, resulting in excessive compound feed consumption, deterioration of the metabolism in the bodies of animals and increasing of their susceptibility to diseases. The use of grain heaps of wheat in the early ripening stages as feed raw materials is a promising direction for the development of the fodder base that will provide a balanced amino acid composition of compound feed with a lower content of expensive fish meal, which is the main source of protein in compound feeds. Aim of the Article. The article is aimed at determining the optimal ripening stage of spiked cereals, at which a high content of protein and proteinogenic amino acids is observed. The proposed technology and technological tools for early harvesting of spiked cereals will reduce agrotechnical terms of harvesting, reducing losses from shatter losses, and get grain of enhanced nutritive value. Materials and Methods. To study the amino acid composition, 4 samples of a winter wheat grain heap were taken: the winter wheat varieties Admiral and Luchezar, the perennial winter wheat (trititrigia) variety Pamyati Lyubimovoy and the gray wheatgrass variety Sova. Harvesting the wheat of these varieties was carried out by a combing-threshing unit in 5 phenological stages (growth stages are presented on the BBCH scale): 77 – late milk ripeness, 83 – early phase of wax ripeness, 87 – gold wax ripeness, 89 – full ripeness, 92 – overripeness. Results. The results of analyzing amino acid composition of 4 samples of wheat grain heap showed a high content of almost all the amino acids studied in the phase of gold wax ripeness, except of aspartic acid and asparagine, glutamic acid and glutamine, and tryptophan. Discussion and Conclusion. Grain heap of waxy ripeness wheat is a promising grain raw material for the production of compound feeds, which will reduce the amount of expensive components, such as fishmeal

    Over the course of several years of meticulous selection, The Tsitsin Main Moscow Botanical Garden of Academy of Sciences, successfully cultivated a novel trititrigia crop, characterized as a hybrid between wheat and couch grass. The intrinsic potential of this crop, as highlighted by the authors, instigated a keen interest in its investigation. (Research purpose) To conduct research on the cultivation of trititrigia Pamyati Lyubimovoy (In Memory of Lyubimova) in the semi-arid southern zone of the Rostov region. (Materials and methods) Trititrigia was cultivated on typical chernozem soil with carbonate content, characterized by heavy loamy texture, in conditions of insufficient and unstable moisture, following the zonal technology for cultivating winter wheat. The main pre-sowing tillage was performed using a shallow method by a combined KUM-4 unit. For seed sowing, the «Demetra» selective seeder was used. Throughout the trials from October 2020 to August 2022, meteorological conditions were taken into account, including precipitation levels and air temperature. Using two crops as examples, the biometric data of trititrigia plants, yield structure elements, combine yield and drought resistance were studied. (Results and discussion) It is determined that trititrigia Pamyati Lyubimovoy (In Memory of Lyubimova) aligns with the declared parameters in terms of plant height, ear length, and duration of the vegetative period. The plant development type of trititrigia is identical to winter wheat. (Conclusions) It is established that trititrigia Pamyati Lyubimovoy (In Memory of Lyubimobva) shows low resistance to drought within a semi-arid climate. Additionally, the straw yield surpasses the grain yield by a factor of four, while the weight of 1000 grains is low at 23.58 grams. Moreover, the combine yield (3.80 tons per hectares) falls short compared to the winter wheat variety Stanichnaya (5.09 tons per hectares). Further investigations into trititrigia within a semi-arid climate are considered necessary to determine its cultivation feasibility.В Главном ботаническом саду им. Н.В. Цицина Российской академии наук путем многолетней селекции была выведена новая культура трититригия, представляющая собой пшенично-пырейный гибрид. Анонсированный авторами потенциал данной культуры послужил мотивацией к ее изучению. (Цель исследования) Провести исследования по возделыванию трититригии сорта Памяти Любимовой в полузасушливой южной зоне Ростовской области. (Материалы и методы) Трититригию выращивали на черноземе обыкновенном карбонатном тяжелосуглинистом в условиях недостаточного и неустойчивого увлажнения в соответствии с зональной технологией возделывания озимой пшеницы. Основную обработку почвы до предпосевного состояния проводили мелким способом с применением комбинированного агрегата КУМ-4. Для посева семян использовали селекционную сеялку «Деметра». В ходе испытаний с октября 2020 по август 2022 года учитывали метеорологические условия: количество осадков и температуру воздуха. На примере двух посевов изучали биометрические данные растений трититригии, элементы структуры урожая, комбайновую урожайность и засухоустойчивость. (Результаты и обсуждение) Определили, что трититригия Памяти Любимовой по высоте растения, длине колоса, продолжительности вегетационного периода соответствует заявленным оригинаторами сорта параметрам. Тип развития растений трититригии идентичен озимой пшенице. (Выводы) Определили, что культура трититригии Памяти Любимовой проявляет низкую устойчивость к засухе в полузасушливым климате, урожай соломы превышает урожай зерна в 4 раза, масса 1000 зерен низкая – 23,58 грамма комбайновая урожайность (3,80 тонны на гектар) ниже чем озимой пшеницы сорта Станичная (5,09 тонны на гектар). Отметили необходимость дальнейших исследований трититригии в полузасушливом климате для выявления целесообразности ее возделывания
